BACKSTORY

amelia was the second born to the harvey family. she was a quiet child, not very fussy. as she grew up, she loved to play outside, with her brother. when her brother claimed he was too old to play with her, she would play with her soft toys, talking to them as well as having tea parties with them.

the family lived in stars hollow all of amelia's life, so, naturally, she went to stars hollow high. there, she met her best friend, lindsay, as well as lane and rory, whom she eventually got close to. she used to like dean, however, due to him being with rory and eventually with lindsay, she got over him.

jess had caught her eye when he was in stars hollow. amelia wasn't one to fall for the cliche 'bad boy', but he might be an exception. after he had left town, she assumed she'd never see him again, so imagine her surprise when only a year after he left she walks into a library in california. she had gone there for college and that was how her and his friendship rekindled. after a few months, he had then asked her out and she happily accepted.
