Saraphina deals with a lot of bikers each night. There's the kind ones, who usually tip her for her kindness and service, those ones are rare, though. Then there's the ones who enjoy being vulgar and rude. Those bikers come in far more often than she would like.

She sighed, hearing the door open despite the speakers blaring music and patrons cheering and shouting, at one point even fighting, and looked over from serving a drink. This one was far more rare to walk in. The traveler who seemed to have no direction of where he planned to go. She thought she smelt smoke, wafting all the way over from where he stood. Sometimes she was grateful for the powers she gained despite having no memory of even gaining them.

She wiped a glass clean as she watched the stranger walk over, noticing that the smoke smell followed him, and realized that it didn't smell like cigarette smoke, but it reminded her of firewood. How she was able to remember that smell was beyond her. She had no memory of camping.

She walked over to him as he sat at an empty barstool, and leaned towards him, her hip against the counter. She was wore out already despite only working for three hours, but what could you do with an old man, who did the cooking with extra hands on the kitchen, and a young woman with no memories who worked the bar itself?

"What can I get for you, Stranger?" She asked curiously, looking him over.

He seemed decently built, though it may have been left up to someone's imagination since he was wearing a black leather jacket. It was slightly unzipped, allowing her to see a small amount of his chest, covered by a black t-shirt. She noted that his raven black hair was all over the place, making her wonder if he ever wore a helmet while riding. His baby blue eyes looked tired as well, making her question of he's slept A wink during his travels.

"A beer. Could you put it on a tab?" He grumbled slightly, lucky she had good hearing over all the ruckus, as she watched him wipe some sweat off his brow.

She noted that he kept his head low, and thought she'd seen some smoke.

"You sure about that, Hun? You look like you could use some water instead of alcohol." She mentioned, walking over to fill up a cup of water instead. "You look like the Arizona sun was trying to drag you with it." She added, setting the glass in front of him.

"I'm fine," He grumbled softly, taking a sip. "Mind starting a tab?"

Saraphina chuckled softly, tapping the side of her head lightly. "I may not remember my past, Stranger, but I can keep track of the only person who wanted one's tab without a book." She stated proudly, setting a Budlight in front of him.

"Do you mind if I can get a name? For the tab, of course." She asked kindly, but huffed as she heard some shouting at the other end of the Bar counter. "Men. Impatient for their booze... No offense." She added, eying one of the bikers, who often tries to grab her when he comes the on his nights off.

"Johnny." He said quietly, taking another sip, as Saraphina noted he added no other information. Sometimes, though, there were patrons who'd rather not give any details about their life or what was left of it, causing her to imagine what they had been through.

"Seraphina. Most call me Sara, Mouse if you understand the meaning, or... Heh, well if I say it someone will likely throw punches." She said, shrugging slightly at the last one while introducing herself, as she slid a beer down to one of the men threatening to climb over the counter himself.

"You do that and Ramone won't hesitate to toss you out for good, Bull. " She warned the large man, who had been outside previously inspecting Johnny's bike.

She began to note that she's been far more open with this 'Johnny'  person since he came up to the counter. Normally she's much more reserved when speaking to someone, Hell, she barely even speaks on her shifts besides telling the usual patrons to settle down before they broke something. It took her two months to open up to Ramone and here she was, not even ten minutes with this man and she's as open as a book.

'Whoever he is, he's certainly capable of getting me to open up to him. Even if it isn't much,' She thought to herself.

"Nice to meet you," Johnny spoke, not looking right at her. "So, how'd you end up working for a place like this?" He asked curiously.

Saraphina made sure she had given refills to a couple patrons before leaning against the counter in front of the man again, noticing how he seemed to be struggling with something.

"I did mention before that I had no memory, right? " She asked before continuing, " Well, I've had amnesia for three years.. At least, I'm pretty sure it's been that long. Could have been longer. Anyways Ramone found me wandering around in the desert sun, dehydrated and hungry. When he asked who I was, all I could give him was my name. That's all I could remember. " She explained, glancing towards the kitchen as another waitress stepped out carrying food trays. At least Ramone hired some help finally.

"Well, least you got a living for yourself. Most people don't even get that." He stated as he glanced out the window. "Mind gettin' away from my bike buddy?" He called to someone outside.

It seemed as though someone outside had laughed, before the door opened, showing a well built man wearing a sleeveless black leather jacket. With no shirt. He seemed to be red in the face, likely from being called out.

"Which one of you decided to get brave, huh?" He questioned aloud, looking over every biker and patron in the bar, before stopping at Johnny, which Saraphina took notice. "Don't like it that I was eyeing your bike?"

"Gabe, just leave him be, ple-" She didn't get to finish when Gabe interrupted her.

"Can it, Bitch. I wasn't talking to you." He snapped, forcing his way through the crowd to get to Johnny.

She narrowed her eyes at Gabe, as he often harassed Ramone's past girls. He was one of the reasons Mary, who had worked the bar with her, preferred the kitchens than being up front.

Johnny stood up to face Gabe, getting between the man and Sara. "Watch your mouth when your talking to the young lady." He said with a more notable southern accent.

"What are you going to do about it, Pipsqueak?" Gabe questioned, looking down at Johnny slightly, raising a brow with a slight smirk.

"Gabriel.. Ramone warned you not to start another fight.. " Saraphina reminded him with a hint of aggitation, watching as a small flame started on the back of Johnny's neck, though she had no idea if she should mention it to the man.

"Yeah? What's the old bat gonna do? What with that bad hip of his. Not like you will do anything either... Don't want animal control called, do we?" Gabe asked, hitting at something more, watching as her eyes flashed a bright blue in warning.

Johnny growled slightly, trying to fight what could change him, before flashing amber eyes and socking Gabe in the mouth. Hard.

Gabe stumbled backwards as he held his mouth, a small bit of blood dripping past his hand. A result of a busted lip and, likely, a broken tooth. He looked over at Johnny with slightly wide eyes as he seen his eyes nearly glowing. If he were to look closer, he would have thought they were actually burning.

Saraphina watched as Gabe was sent backwards, nearly impressed with the force of his punch Johnny had used and was a bit shocked hearing a growl come from a man she believed to be harmless.

'This man keeps surprising me... Then again, it takes one to know one..' She thought to herself, as her eyes returned to their normal brown, wondering why most of her was calm seeing it happen. Any normal person would have freaked by now.

Johnny huffed, as he watched Gabe fly backwards. "Now, you're gonna leave here. And keep away from the girl and my bike." He said sternly, his eyes narrowed as they returned to the baby blues.

Gabe spat some blood, and a tooth, at Johnny's feet angrily. "Your bike was a piece of shit anyways." He ground out angrily, before glancing at Saraphina. "You won't always have someone protecting you, Birdie." He sneered, as an empty beer glass passed his head, shattering behind him.

Saraphina's eyes glowed a bright blue, narrowed at the cowering man as she was leaned over the counter slightly, arm out.

"Get out, Gabriel. Next time, I won't miss. " She promised coldly, which worried many in the bar since they've never heard that tone from her before. Often she was quiet and kind, but this was something they weren't used to. They've seen her eyes change many times before, but they haven't seen this side of her.

"You alright?" Johnny asked, looking at her.

Saraphina nodded, smiling slightly as her eyes returned to normal. "I'm fine. I'm more worried about that hand of yours." She spoke, nodding down at her hand.

"I'll be fine." Johnny sat back down as he spoke, making his mug shake slightly.

Saraphina eyed him a moment, watching him, before looking at the other patrons, as they went back to what they had been doing before, and sighed softly.

"If you're willing to wait a bit till my break, there's something I'd like to show you. To help explain the.. Practically honest threat Gabe had mentioned." She offered, grabbing a towel to wipe off the counter.

"Alright." Johnny said looking around. "Sorry for starting that up."

Saraphina shook her head slightly with a smile. "Gabe had that coming to him, ask anyone here. No one, the other men, had the guts to confront him about it." She stated, shrugging.

"Wow." He said with a soft chuckle, shaking his head slightly at the absurdity.

"Only reason I hadn't was because Ramone wouldn't have been able to stop me if I started." She shrugged, her eyes changing slightly as she spoke, showing a miniscule of what he may have caused her and the girls she wanted to protect.

"Well, he's gone now." He said finishing up the drink.

"He'll come back. Not so soon... But he will." She sighed,  taking a hold of the mug, raising a brow , silently asking if he wanted a refill.
