You might say I was born like everyone else. I have an element like everyone else. But that is not exactly 100 percent true.
The most common elements are:
1. Air, 2.Water, 3. Earth, 4. Fire, then their is the rarer elements.
The elements that are given to 1 in 1,000 or less. Including ; Light, dark, sound, manipulation (atoms and molecules), galaxy, solar, lunar but the rarest is ice. All of the ice elementals were thought to have died 700 years ago. And there was some trace after that but after 500 years ago the ice element was considered extinct.

I suppose I had an interesting childhood. We were all considered 'normal' because we all had an element. Those who didn't were sent away to another place. We were never told why or where but we were told they were dangerous. I was slightly different but I could control water so they didn't ask. My best friend is a galaxy. She loves staying up late at night to watch the stars it gives her energy. She sleeps for the hours that it is light and gets up when it is light. We go to school and she often sleeps in our rest period.
Our school is the school of elements. There are 200 different teachers. We are spilt into houses which are our elements. The rarer elements have a collective house known as the Wandering Wolves. I fit in that house under a small technicality. There are many of us in the Wandering Wolves. Although, we are considered different from the others. Due to the fact our elements are much rarer.

But now I need to explain what happened when I found out my element. I was 13 when my element was unlocked. Most people are about 12 -14. When your element is unlocked your hair and appearance change and you wake up wearing a necklace. On the next day you go to the elemental school. Which means there are different people each year. Each student must spend a minimum of 5 years in the school. I have choosen to spend 10 years as my power is so rare and takes more training due to me being the only ice element. The limit for common elements is 7 years. And the limit for rare elements is 9 years. The day my element was unlocked I woke up feeling boiling hot, my skin felt like it was burning. I looked in the mirror to see that my eyes were a pale blue and that my hair was white. It was snowing inside my bedroom. And I raced downstairs and told my parents. They told me not to be silly at first. "But ice elements are extinct sweetheart." Mom tried to explain. Then when I showed them and the school agreed they accepted it.

I have 3 siblings. An identical twin sister Lily she is fire element. And Adrien who is 3 years older than us, and he has the manipulation element. The Flora our sister who is 2 years younger than us she has earth element.
