"Hey" said Mike as he arrived at his friends like every day on the bike rack. "Hey" said Will, Dustin and Lucas in unison. "And? Again cuddled with Ten? Oh yes, wait your excuse was that she can't sleep without you!" Said Dustin and teased Mike. Lucas and Will laughed.

Mike rolled his eyes "Shut up Dustin! It's true she can't sleep without someone!" He said and cursed himself telling his friends that he sleeps with Ten so she is not afraid.

"Hmh sure, i would said the same Wheeler" said Lucas and all four goes into the school. "Uhhh Mike with his protector mood" said Lucas and smirked. Mike rolled his eyes and hears Dustin and Will laughing.

"Shut up!" He said annoyed. "Oh oh Mike gets emo again, where is Ten? We need his girl" said Lucas and smirked. Now had Mike enough and stops "Shut up! She is not my girl! She will never be my girl because she is nothing to me! She is still just a girl we found! Just because i let her live with me doesn't mean that she is important to me because she is it not! I just want Eleven back and she is my only chance, how i said yesterday! So shut up!" He said and goes into the class. His friends looked after him with big eyes "Did we exaggerate?" Asked Will. "Yes, very" said Lucas and Dustin nodded.

Mike knew that nothing he just said was true but they just annoyed him. He felt bad that he talked so about Ten and he felt even worse when he thought of Eleven again. He missed her, more than that. But Ten distracted him, she took away the pain he felt about El, but because she is not with him now, he felt bad and sad again.

At 1 2 0 5, when Ten heard nothing above, she walked out of the basement into the house and looked around the hall. She looked at everything totally excited and didn't dare to leave something unseen. When she finished with the lower part of the house, she looked at the clock '1 2 3 0'. She went up the stairs and did the same as below until she found Mike's room probably. Here she took a closer look at everything. Every picture made her smile in his room and the reason was that she really saw him happy with his friends. "Friends..." she whispered softly to herself, stroking the picture of the four boys. She put it away again and sat down on his bed where she also found the clothes he put down there for her.

She smiled to herself and felt the strange tingling in her stomach as she thought about how he cared for her. 'Why did he do that? She was a stranger to him? A freak. But with him, she somehow felt normal, she felt good and....happy.'

Now Ten lives at Mike for almost two weeks, today is the 28th October. Mike and Ten came closer and closer but not the way you think now. At least they believe that. Mike still doesn't know if he and Ten are really friends. Although they behave like best friends but after a while he noticed more and more that he saw Eleven in Ten again. The two had so much similarities with each other. Actually only through the look, both look like they are sisters. Ten noticed that Mike distanced himself more and more from her but she didn't know why. Mike tried again every night when Ten might be asleep or as every night in another world while she watching the stars, to contact Eleven with his walkie-talkie on a different Chanel than he usually is with his friends. Probably it comes from the day which getting closer as he met Eleven. He and his friends and Ten noticed that he was getting sadder and angry even more. It hurt Ten a lot to see him like that and she wanted to take his pain again but he didn't allow it. Generally, he didn't allow Ten her near. She got nightmares again because she barely Mike to hold her back but she tried her best not to show it.

"Mike do you copy? Mike do you copy?" Asked Dustin as Mike his walkie-talkie goes on. "Yeah, yeah i copy" said Mike who sit in the tent in the basement.

Ten looked from the widow to Mike as she hears Dustin. Will, Lucas and Dustin became good friends with Ten after the time. They closed Ten in their hearts and loved it as well as she to spend time with each other.

"What the hell are you doing on this chanel?" Asked Dustin. "Nothing" said Mike but Ten knew it to good. Even though he thought that Ten didn't notice, she listened to him every night as he sits in the tent and tried to talk to Eleven.

"Lucas and i have six bucks total. What's your haul?" Asked Dustin and Ten was confused. 'What did they want to do tonight?' She thought.

"Shit! I don't know yet." Said Mike as he realize where he and his friends want to go tonight. "What do you mean you don't know yet?" Asked Dustin.

"Hold on. Call Will" he said, pushed down the antenna from his walkie-talkie and get up quickly. Ten was totally confused and looked at him "Mike?" She asked quietly.

Mike looked at Ten and had to swallow, he immediately had to think of El again as he saw her. "Um..yeah?" He asked and looked away.

She gets up and goes to him. "What...are..you..doing?" She asked, she still struggled with talking and didn't understand much but she got better every day. "Um...me and the boys are going to the arcade today..and yeah i have to found money so...i'm coming back i have to search" he said fast and runs upstairs to find money.

Ten looked after him and then down a bit sad. He was always like this to her since a while and it hurts her. He don't smile anymore or laughs.

Mike ran up to his big sister's room and scanned her commode until he luckily found her piggy-back and quickly got to her bed. He opened the pig and shook it so that the coins fell out. Suddenly the door opened and his Sister stood there "What the hell are you doing?" she asked. He looked at her wide eyed, put the money in his pocket and started to run. "I swear I'll pay you back! Bye!" he shouted and ran down the stairs.

"Mike!" She shouted and runs after him. "Mike! Get back here!" She shouted. "Hey! No running in this house!" Said Ted as they both past the kitchen where their parents and Molly were. "What is going on?" Asked their mother.

Both running out and Mike takes his bike. "Mike! Mike! Asshole!" She shouted as he gets to fast for her and stops.

While Mike was driving, he thought, 'Should he really? Wouldn't it be too dangerous?'

He sighed and drove back to the house but so he came to the back door of the basement. He quickly got off his bike and headed for the door, which he quickly opened. Ten looked at him shocked and her heart almost slipped into her pants.

Mike bit his lip and grabbed a shirt and a pair of jeans he had from his sister, who were much too small for her, and handed them to Ten, who looked at the clothes confused. "Put this on, I'll explain you why," he said. She just nodded, took the clothes and went to the bathroom where she changed.

When she came out again, he has admitted that she was very pretty and just adorable. It was the first time he saw her in 'girl clothes' and she looked really beautiful. His cheeks turned pink, but he immediately shook his head and cleared his throat "You um...comes with me and the others out.." he said and she looked at him with big eyes.

"Out?" She asked and he nodded. "Yes we're going out, to the arcade.." he said. She started to smile and was very excited "But..The rules are that you stay with me and if something is, you immediately tell me.." he said.

She nodded and he takes something and goes to her. "Here.." he said and takes her wrist gently.

She watched as he gently tied a bracelet around her wrist, which covered her tattoo. It was blue and looked like what he and the boys were wearing. "It's kind of like a friendship bracelet...it's covering up your tattoo.." he said and then looked up and his chocolate brown eyes fixed immediately her beautiful fawn innocent eyes for a reason.

It was the first time they were so close again, ok this time it was even closer than they normally were. They were so close that their noses almost touched. Both of them immediately got the old tingling in their stomachs which comes back again and was forgotten for a while. Both felt a kind of electric shock through their bodies and the tension that surrounded both and made them feel good.

He briefly looked down at her pink, extremely soft-looking lips and widened his eyes in shock as he realized what he was doing. 'What was that?' He thought and looked back up again in her eyes. "Um...we'll have to...leave uh...otherwise we're um...too late.." he said and she nodded.

Mike gave her one from his jackets that she put on and then went out with her to his bike on which he climbed. She looked confused at the bicycle and he smiled slightly when he saw her like this. "Come on, you have to climb up here," he said, pointing behind him.

She swallowed and looked around for a moment in the cold night. Memories came back up as she wandered alone at night but she immediately thought of something else to distract herself. She was thinking about right now, the moment she was so close to Mike. Her heart was still beating fast and she felt the heat that emanated from her cheeks. 'Was she red like Mike? But why? And why is her heart beating so fast?'

She climbed behind him on his bike and didn't know where to hold on. Mike took her hands and put them around his waist. Immediately he got goose bumps and a pleasant shower went down his back.

Mike started riding his bike to the arcade. Halfway down Ten's grip tightened and she rested her head on his back. Mike blushed and got goose bumps again. A memory wanted to go up as Eleven that did but he shook his head and sighed.
