2 years ago, I saw the film “avatar” which was written and directed by james Cameron. It is a science fiction film. Avatar was filmed at several locations in Califonia, Hawai and New Zealand. Sam Worthington is the leading actor.

Avatar is set in the year 2145 on the distant planet Pandora which is invaded by the RDA. When humans have severely depleted Earth’s natural resources, the RDA thinks to mining a precious mineral called unbtanium on Pandora. The expansion of the mining threatens the continued existence of a local tribe of Navi’s – a humanoid species indigenous to Pandora. The film’s title refers to a genetically engineered Navi’s body with the mind of a remotely located human and is used to interact with the natives of Pandora.

The film is a adventure to a beautiful planet with mysterious creatures. The special 3D effect are amazing and the acting is excellent. In Avatar, 3D technology and the plot as well as montages are compatiable with other.

All in all, this film is 100 years of technological development so it is a box-office hit and it is worth seeing.
