Grus digs the crystal fragments out of the crate and placed each one on the floor, four of the crystal fragments have symbols that Sonya had recognize (the sleeper, mascot, festivalist, and psion). However, most of the crystal fragments have symbols that she doesn't recognize since these have different symbols.

"What are you looking for?" She asked.

"I'm looking for the crystal fragment that contains the scribe job" he replied.

"Scribe?" She puzzled.

"It's a job class that I made that is basically spellcasting variety, it makes sense that we Lunarians are spellcasters" he explained.

She nodded in response, and then she saw him picking up a crystal fragment. It has a symbol of a feather pen, so she believed to contain the scribe job. Grus put the crystal fragment into his pocket before walking all the way to the entrance, in which he peered through the window to check to see if there's anything outside. He can see few monsters that were staring back at him, as if they're waiting for him to open the entrance so they're eat him. Then he noticed that Sonya had followed him, wondering what was going on outside.

"I guess that Arnos wasn't kidding when he said that if I were to escape, his minions won't be merciful" she remarked.

"It seems we're trapped, and I doubt if they'll spare a Lunarian. I get the feeling that if we were to escape from the roof, we might find ourselves surrounded by monsters. I guess we'll try and pass the time by trying out job classes, if you don't mind" he said.

She nodded as he and she went back to the crate that is filled with Crystal fragments.

Meanwhile

In the town of Ostia, Siegfried and the two of his teammates just got done shopping for them to use (items, weaponry, armor, and spells). Then, before they head to the entrance of town to leave, Octavius came running towards them. They stopped and looked at him, as if he is going to say something.

"Please, wait!" He wheezed, as he is out of breath.

They waited until he regained some breath.

"You have defeated the fiend of magma, as I am told. Unfortunately, the fiends master have made off with the fire crystal and kidnapped your friend" Octavius said.

"That is correct, but except the fact that this "Arnos" person had banished the fiend of magma to somewhere else" Eric replied.

"Before you go, I shall give you two crystal fragments" said Octavius as he hands over two crystal fragments, one crystal fragment has the symbol of a sword while the other has a circle etched into it.

"Whoa!! Where did you get those!?" Siegfried asked excitedly.

"I found those in the ruins, just before I sent one of my scrubbers to come and rescue you all" Octavius answered.

Siegfried took the crystal fragment that has the sword symbol and Laura took the other crystal fragment that has the circle symbol, they both wondered what job classes these contained.

Laura went first and used her crystal fragment to try out the job class, she glowed briefly until it stopped. She now wear a purple robe with a cord, a circlet made of gold chain with the front part that is designed to look like an eye (with a ruby in place of the iris), and pointed shoes.

Then it was Siegfrieds turn and used his crystal fragment to try out the job class, he glowed briefly until it stopped. He now wore a Roman themed armor that is that is themed after Bahamut (a recurring summoned creature that it is well known signature ability is megaflare).

"What you have changed jobs into is the ancient job classes Gladiator and Oracle, the gladiator is a master of arms that can hit all enemies. The oracle is a harbinger of good and bad fortune, their predict ability can do damage to either enemy or ally" Octavius explained.

The team were astonished at this, having access to powerful job classes. Although, Siegfried kept the crystal fragments of the scrubber and the cupid, he wanted to try out what the gladiator can do. Afterwards, the team left the town while saying farewell to Octavius. Luckily for them the airship was parked near the town, so they don't have to travel back to the steaming lake. As they boarded the airship, it lift off and flew ever westward. However, storm clouds rolled in the moment the airship is in the middle of the ocean. Laura tried to steer the airship, but I kept going in one direction.

"Everyone, hold on! We're heading into a cyclone!" She yelled.

"Can't you steer it around!?" Siegfried asked.

"I can't! It's as if some sort of magical energy is affecting this airship, causing it to draw forward into the cyclone!" She replied.

Then the team saw a swirling tornado, which formed in front of the airship. They all screamed in fear as the airship got sucked in, tearing it up in the process. Siegfried held onto a wooden support beam as he watched as Laura and Eric were tossed out of the tornado, screaming. It doesn't take long as he was tossed out of the tornado, screaming until he plummets into the ocean. Luckily, the support beam he held onto floated in the water, therefore providing him something he can drift without drowning.
