Back in the Chamber of sleep within the Blue Moon, Sonya was busy trying out the job classes to pass the time. Then she felt her stomach growl along with Grus, the Lunarian man, as well. After all, neither of them have eaten anything (especially since she had awaken him from hypersleep).

"Are you hungry?" Sonya asked.

"Yes, haven't eaten anything since you've walked me up. Not to mention that the chamber of sleep doesn't have food stored, either we try to escape or we starve until Arnos comes back to check on you" Grus answered.

Sonya rushed over to the sealed entrance of the chamber of sleep to see if Arnos is coming, while Grus hid himself by laying next to his pod. She was shocked by what she saw from the window: the Lunarian sage Fusoya and his assistant (formerly Wendigo) was fighting against the monsters that were guarding the entrance. She took few steps back as soon as the sounds coming from outside died down, and then the sealed door glowed before opening. Fusoya and his assistant stepped into the chamber of sleep, in which she was happy that both of them have come to the rescue.

"I knew you would come rescue me!" She said while hugging the old Lunarian sage.

"Well, I thought I sensed your presence all the way from the crystal palace. Me and my assistant had traveled down into the further depths to rescue you, but it wasn't easy when dealing with the monsters that prowl" Fusoya explained.

Then Grus got up, knowing that it wasn't Arnos, and walked over towards the Lunarian sage.

"I doubt if you'd recognize me, but I was one of those who made the job classes" he said with a smile.

"Well... we better leave unless if Arnos catches wind that you're gone" said Fusoya.

Sonya nodded, and followed the old Lunarian sage along with two Lunarians as they walked up stairs towards a teleporter. As they stepped into the teleporter, it teleported them to a different part of the lunar subterraine. However, they were greeted by none other than Arnos and a small group of monsters. The rogue Lunarian stood still, but the other three Lunarians can sense that he's enraged beneath his armor.

"I see that you have freed my prisoner and waken up our brethren, old fool" said Arnos in a calm tone, but there was a hint of malice and anger in his voice.

"Arnos! Stop this madness at once! This human woman is not your hostage, so therefore, leave the crystals of the blue planet alone!" Fusoya called out.

"Why not? I want to wipe out the humans just so we can colonize the blue planet, and that is my goal" Arnos explained, until he saw Grus.

"This is pure evil! We originally wanted to coexist with the humans, not destroy them! If you keep this up, then we will have no choice but to kill you!" Grus warned.

"Ah, so you have awaken one of the geniuses, Sonya. Then I will have no choice but to kill you all!" Arnos growled.

Sonya felt scared, seeing how powerful the rogue Lunarian can really get, she wouldn't have a chance against his spells.

"Grus! You take Sonya away from here, we'll take care of him!" Fusoya instructed.

"What about you? He's too strong for any of us!" Sonya questioned.

"Don't worry about us, just focus on running away! Besides, he shares the one thing we lunarians are weak to: the black magic spell meteor!" He replied.

Without further ado, Grus immediately took Sonya by her hand and dashed off to the path towards the other side of the wall. Meanwhile, Fusoya and his assistant focused on using their spells on Arnos. The rogue Lunarian was furious with Fusoya for interfering with his plan, therefore, he casts firaga (a high level fire spell that deals one thousand damage) at the old Lunarian sage.

It may weaken Fusoya, but he casts curaga to heal himself.

His assistant casts thundaga (a high level thunder spell that deals one thousand damage).

All these high level damaging spells caused Arnos to grunt in pain, but it doesn't stop the rogue Lunarian from casting bio (a non elemental spell that deals damage and has a chance of poisoning the target) on Fusoyas assistant.

It poisoned his assistant, but Fusoya casts poisona (a white magic spell that removes poison).

"Stay strong! Now let's finish this, let us cast meteor!" Exclaimed the old Lunarian sage.

His assistant nodded, and then he and Fusoya both cast the meteor spell on Arnos to finish him off.

Arnos screamed in pain as he was pelted with numerous meteor showers that damaged his armor, it's to the point that half of his helmet broke off thus exposing half of his face. When the spell was done, the rogue Lunarian silently slumped against the wall, gasping for breath. He looked up to see Fusoya and his assistant, they were horrified of seeing his mutated face. He still have few cyan colored hair on his head, but his skin was discolored, his right eye is disfigured while his left eye is normal, his mouth was also disfigured as his teeth was jagged and splintered.

Fusoya couldn't help but pity Arnos, because of his mutated state and futile plan of wiping out humans just so the lunarians can colonize.

"I knew... You had it in you...!" Said Arnos as he makes a twisted grin.

"I had to stop you, but I can't help but to pity you" Fusoya remarked.

"Don't you.... dare pity me...!" Arnos hissed.

"If only you had realized that your plan of genocide doesn't solve anything, then this wouldn't happen! If only you used your powers for good, then you wouldn't even look like that! But no, the abuse of magic combined with your evil has twisted your appearance and mind. Therefore, I get the feeling you were born evil and you didn't realized it until now" Fusoya pointed out.

The rogue Lunarian let out a weak yet chilling laughter, he knew that the old Lunarian sage was right on everything about him.

"With all that hate... my hatred for humans...shall envelop the moon... Then... The Blue planet! I... hate... you... all..." croaked Arnos as he silently going limp, breathing his last breath before closing his disfigured eyes.

Then Sonya and Grus came back, wondering if it's over. Fusoya explained both of them on what happened, and what Arnos said. Both of them gasped in shock, for they knew no one is as twisted as the rogue Lunarian. While the old Lunarian sage was explaining, the corpse of Arnos floated off ground before disintegrated into a pillar of red and purple energy. It produced a blast that was like a strong wind that blowed everyone, in which they can see bubbles coming out from the pillar.

"No! Death only fueled the evil within him!" Fusoya cried out.

"I am the wellspring of darkness, fed by Arnos's unbridled hate! I am he who is Arnyx! I am he who knows naught but HATE!" Said the spirit, it's voice sounds like a demonic robot, as it fled into the upper reaches of the lunar subterraine.

"I am sorry, but you two have to go to the Blue planet and warn everyone. Me and my assistant has to keep Arnyx at bay" said Fusoya.

Sonya and Grus nodded, and then the old Lunarian sage casts a teleportation spell at them to send them to the blue planet.

Authors note: this has to be the longest chapter I have made, so what do you think of the video battle? This is inspired by final fantasy 4 battle cutscene where Fusoya and golbez killed zemus, only for the evil Lunarian to come back as a spirit of hate.
