( And if people are trying to bring you down saying bad things about you in RL - Don't Believe Them! - don't let them lower your self esteem with that. Work on Your Self Confidence & show them that whatever they say - it doesn't move you, so they will get bored with trying if they see that you stopped being afraid of them. Because then they lose their power & can't do anything with that - & You Win!  ^_^ )
