1. Meditation, which opens up deeper levels of the mind ✔

2. Actions that benefit others ✔

3. Social relationships & support ✔

4. Inspiration through reading ✔

5. Enjoying the beauty of nature ✔

6. Having a vision of personal fulfillment that you follow everyday ✔

7. Aiming for inner fulfillment rather than external fulfullment ✔

8. Reducing Stress ✔

9. Taking time for peaceful reflexion ✔

10. Learning to love your own company ✔

11. Eschewing violence & anger ✔

12. Resolving conflicts, both inner & outer ✔

13. Paying one's debt to the past, which means healing old hurts & regrets ✔

14. Stepping away from 'group thinking' - always having Your Own opinion ✔

15. Not creating enemies by giving up 'us versus them' way of thinking ✔

16. Cultivating Kindness & Compassion ✔

17. Being generous of spirit ✔

18. Seeing yourself as a part of a larger community - & this community as the divine creation, despite its flaws ✔
