Me? Why? I don't know what to do. Do I accept it? But there that catch. No dating. Then Edaline read the paper.
"Sophie!" Edaline yelled.
"What do I do?" I asked.
"Well I would accept it. It could give you great power. And it would help alot with the Black Swan." Edaline also noted.
"Woah. So my sister will be a Councillor. Why am I surprised anymore?" Keefe announced while pacing around the fields.
Then my imparter buzzed. There were two hails. One from Dex. One from Biana. I decided to take Biana's hail.
"SOPHIE!!!!!!! YOU ARE A COUNCILLOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Biana screamed.
"Yeah." I mumbled while rubbing my ears.
"That's great. Except for one thing. You can't date! What will happen to Sophitz!?! Oh no! What is Sophitz breaks up!?! I will die!!!!" Biana yelled. Then she bust into tears.
"Biana. I'm going to accept the position. It will help with the Neverseen. I can input my opinions then we will get a bigger chance of doing them without breaking the law at least." I tell her. It would help. And I remembered the oath I made to Join he Black Swan, I will do everything in my power to help my world. I was following the oath. The world was more important than my love life.
"Well, the council wants me to meet with them in about 20 minutes. I should get ready." I told her, wanting to end this conversation.
So I drank a bottle of Wavy Woo, witch made my hair wavy. Then I put on a teal dress. The color reminded me of Fitz's eyes. Then I remembered how bad he had looked hen we rescued him. He was still being treated. So then I went to the Leapmaster and leaped to the tribunal hall.
"Hello Miss.Foster. Glad you could make it." Oralie greeted. I looked around all of the Councillors faces were tear streaked.
"Hello. Thank you for nominating me." I said as a dipped one of my ungraceful curtsies.
"We think that we need you. You will help. You are one of the few that understand how messy our world is getting. You know what we need to do. We trust you." Emery announced. I was surprised. He had never given me that kind of praise.
"So we called you here today to tell you everything that you need to know, and what you need to decide." Bronte told me.
"Ok." I said.
Then Terik spoke up. "Your throne is there. You lick that strip on it, then it will coustomize to your liking." He said pointing to a throne. I licked it. Then the throne transformed. It was a dark brown, the same as Fitz's hair. The cushions on the seat and back were teal like his eyes. "Then you need to pick a color for your crown." He told me.
"I would like teal jewels." I told them
"Ok." Oralie said then she snapped her fingers, a crown with teal jewels appeared. It looked like it would fit my head.
Then Oralie ot up and walked up to me. Then she placed the crown on my head.
Then Bronte spoke up. "We are allowing you to date."
"Now for all the secrets." Liora told me.
Then they told me I could go. So I went to visit Fitz. Elwin had told me that I could visit him now. He would be awake. I now had to wear my crown everywhere I went.
"Hello Fitz." I whispered.
"I heard about you know." He told me with a weak voice.
"Yeah. But they said I can date!" I told him.
