Pulling the sweater's hood over his head, Snowball headed out into the freezing rain that fell down upon the city. Shivering, he walked down the sidewalk with his paws in his pockets. Better head back to the sewers... he told himself, tripping a ferret with groceries with his foot.

Just then, an uneasy feeling crept up Snowball's spine. Looking over his shoulder warily, he saw two burly cats in black pushing through the crowd. And they were heading straight for him. Trying not to panic, Snowball faced forward once more and picked up the pace. Behind his back, he could hear the pair shoving animals of all kinds out of the way. Biting his lip, the white rabbit took a sharp right into a dark alley and began running.

Glancing behind him, Snowball realized with dread that the cats in black were still following him, closing the distance between them quickly. "Leave me alone morons!" he shouted, fear mingled in his voice. The hood flew off his head as he ran even faster... only to crash into a third cat...
