Azura lately has noticed what a great singer you are. So, for fun, she had you dress up in her clothing and had herself dress up in your armor. The white dress was so breezy you shivered a bit from the exposer of your left leg.

"Azura... this feels weird..."

"You don't think I feel weird too? This armor hugs my body all over, it feels strange when I feel steel in my arch of my feet when I walk."

"What can I say, I hate shoes."

"As do I but... Nohrian armor feels very different..."

"I guess for you it does. Anyway what do I do? Just sing around?"

"It shouldn't be hard for you. Let people know you a good singer, (y/n), it's one of your good skills."

"I know but... I just feel shy."

"Just imagine everyone is water, they listen as you guide the music into the water's surface. If you think of that you'll realize everyone is listening more than thinking about what you are doing."

You smiled and hugged her. "Thank Azura."

Azura nodded and walked off, slowly do to the weird foot holder in the arch of her feet. You were alone and started singing softly. Everyone was training so this was a good warm up for you. You were about to turn a corner when someone bumped into you.

Looking up you saw it was Azura's son, Shigure. He shakes his head from the moment of dizziness and helps you up. "Sorry about that (y/n)... are you wearing my mother's dress?"

You blushed and picked at it. "Y-Yes... your mother and I switched for the fun of it. It's ummm... kind of breezy down there."

Shigure laughed and twirled you around suddenly making you squeak. "I think it suits you just fine. My mother told me you have a pretty good voice, mind if we do a duet?"

A huge blush came over your cheeks. This handsome man who was almost an angel when he sung, wanted you to do a duet with him. Your dreams were coming true as you nodded your head. "S-Sure! I would love to do a duet with you!"

He smiled. "Perfect. Let's go out into the woods to practice so we won't be disturbed."

"O-Okay!" 'Woods?! Is that like a meaning for something?!'

It wasn't that far of a walk from the woods as Shigure lead the way to a nice spot with a single tree stump in the middle. It felt like nature was watching you, even listening, maybe they were. Shigure sat down on the stump and patted a spot for you. You sat down and fixed the dress.

"So what songs do you know?"

"Well... the only song I know and remember from is the song Azura always sings. The songs from my childhood are gone so Azura's song helps me not feel so alone."

"I see, which parts do you know?"

"I know the birthrights and love part."

"Why don't we sing that then? Now, follow along with me."

You nodded and sat up along with Shigure. Once he opened his mouth nature lit up for a second, making him and your voice mix together into a beautiful melody. Forest came down after the practice vocals were done.

Shigure turned to you, "Ready for the real one?"

With all the animals stares you felt never before ready. "Yes."

Shigure nodded as both at the same time you sang together

~In the white light, a hand reaches through. A double edge blade cuts your heart in two, Waking dreams fade away, embrace the brand new day. Sing with me a song, of birthrights and love, the light scatters to the sky above. Dawn breaks through the gloom, white as a bone, Lost in thoughts alone~

Once you were both done all the animals glowed with happiness. Shigure's face was suddenly close to yours, leaning in more and more into yours until your lips were kissing. The animals left you both to give you space.

He continue too kiss you until you were losing breath and pulled back. He smiled and pulled a hair out of your eyes. "Sorry about kissing you, I've liked you for a while now and I couldn't hold back. I hope you can forgive my actions."

"D-Don't be sorry... that was amazing..."

"It was?" He sang lightly while twirling you around as your dress moved with you.

"Yes, I love you too, Shigure."

"That all I needed to hear to make me happy."

You two danced together all day and fell asleep in each other's arms in the grass. Azura didn't questioned you when you gave her dress back, she only smiled and gave a blessing too you and Shigure, making you blush and him rub the back of his neck shyly.
