"No! You sheathe your claws!" Firepelt sighed. Cloudpaw is just like the old Cloudtail he mentored in the forest. He wasn't listening at all.

"Cloudpaw! Please pay attention! Featherpaw is already ahead of you! Plus, I have deputy duties to do!"

"Fine," Cloudpaw muttered reluctantly.

They went back to camp.

Bramblestar was grooming himself and waiting for Firepelt to come back. 

"Firepelt! Finally! You came back!"

"Brightheart, lead a hunting patrol with Thornclaw, Toadstep, Rosepetal, Hazeltail."

"Poppyfrost, lead a patrol to remark the scent markers and patrol the borders. Go with Cinderheart, Lilyheart, Mousewhisker, Spiderleg, Bumblestripe."

"I will lead a hunting patrol with Cloudpaw, Bluewhisker, Featherpaw, Blossomfall, Lionblaze."

Bramblestar nodded his head, approving Firepelt's orders.
