   Axel's P.O.V.

   I smirked as I looked up at the sky, tossing the football up in the air. I was thinking about one and only one person at the moment. She was my best friend. Night. We have been dating for a good while now and so far, it had been the best times of my life! She's just so adorable and optimistic, so open-minded and creative! Everything about her just sends me walking on air...
   "Hey! Axel!" I heard a familiar voice call to me a little ways from the bleachers. I turned to see one of my other friends.
   "Hey, what's up?" I greeted him.
   "I'm throwing a really big party tomorrow. Can ya make it?" He exclaimed.
   "Of course I can! But, hey, can my girlfriend come too? It would just make it a bit special. Y'know, like a date." I smiled as he nodded.
   "Sure I guess! Cya there man!" He waved as he exited the playing feild.
   In all honesty, I didn't really think he was gonna say yes. He must be in a good mood today. Either way, I'm happy about it...

~Timeskip to the party.~

  Night's P.O.V.

   I was ecstatic for the party! I was sure it was going to be great! I was thinking of it like another date with Axel, and it would be great! I slipped into a fun, yet nice party dress and a pair of heels. I quickly gathered some things in a bag and ran out to a car waiting in the driveway. My friends and I were almost to the party when Chica decided to distract the driver...

   Third Person P.O.V.

Soon enough, a speeding car rammed into the car...

Night was in the front passenger seat....

She lied on the ground, oil leaking from her lip and eyes...

Thhe last thing she remembered is the blaring sirens of police and the ambulance...

And another one of her friends calling to her before blacking out...

At the party, Axel had been waiting anxiously for his beloved girlfriend when he got a call from one of her close friends.
  
"Hello? Chica? Hey, calm down! ... What are you saying? Slow down! What's wrong? ... What?! I'm on my way!" He shoved his cell phone back into his pocket and ran out of the house, jumping into his car and drove to the Hospital as quickly as he could, feeling tears sting his eyes.

He burst into the hopsital room to see his girlfriend's friends huddled around her bed, crying and worried. He fell to his knees and held her hand lightly, sobbing of worry...
"Night.... please... you have to be okay.... please wake up...."

-2 weeks later-

"Hey Night, got you some flowers!" Axel smiled at her as he walked in with a bouquet of red roses. She smiled back and sat up taking the flowers.
"Thanks Axel... It really means a lot!" She grabbed his hand and squeezed it lightly.
"Anything for you Night..." He kissed her forehead gently and sat down next to her, letting her fall asleep.
"I love you, Night... Get well soon, cause you owe me a dance..." he chuckled slightly and fell asleep in the chair next to her.
