Nessa looked up at the gate. Next to her, Freddy and Foxy were bickering about some silly thing about how Foxy's hook was going to end up gouging someone's eye out (Nessa wasn't sure how they had ended up on this conversation and she was pretty sure she didn't want to), Mangle and Spring were trying VERY HARD (and failing miserably) not to laugh at the two boys, and Goldie was facepalming.

Yep, just a normal day.

"Freddy, stop bickering about it. Foxy's more careful than how you're portraying him," Goldie finally said, flicking her long, golden curls over her shoulder.

"THANK YE, lass!" Foxy said, sounding relieved that she had intervened. While his hook WAS wicked sharp, he still used it to scratch his head and comb his deep red hair sometimes, and his fox ears perked up.

"But Goldie, you do remember what he did last time he hugged you, right?" Freddy's electric blue eyes were hidden behind his brown bangs, and his usually impeccable manners were flustered and angry.

Mangle leaned against the gate. "We've already established that it was an accident, Fredbear-- let it go," she sighed, tossing her straight white locks over her shoulder. Her gold eye flickered and her black eye flickered as well. Endo, the endoskeleton head, was hiding behind her shoulder, watching the people entering the university.

"Don't call me that-- you don't call Springtrap Spring Bonnie," Freddy shot back.

"Because she's not Spring Bonnie anymore, not with that--" Mangle began, but Nessa stomped a heavy black boot on her foot. Ignoring the flurry of curses that Mangle then proceeded to deliver, she whispered, "Don't talk about that in public-- first, you know it's not Spring's fault, and second, there are people... err... monsters all around us."

Spring watched the proceedings, her piecey dark green hair shadowing her equally dark green eyes.

Mangle sighed. "Fiiine," she groaned, before grinning up at her. "I can't believe we're here though!"

"Yeah, it's a good thing the restaurant's closing down for MAJOR renovations," Goldie commented with a low chuckle.

Nessa looked up at the gate of Monsters University, and her usually stern face softened into a slight smile. "Yep."

The six of them walked in, Freddy smiling and tipping his hat at everyone that passed him. His bear ears were prominent, but every monster gave them odd looks, because they looked distinctly human, and if for their OBVIOUSLY not human features, they would've run away.

"Hey freshmen!" shouted an overly cheerful and jovial voice right in their freaking faces. All of them jolted to a stop and looked up to see a guy who's eyestalks were poking up out of a blue cap. "I'm Jay the R.A., and I'm here to tell you that registration is thataway!"

"Um... thank you, Jay," Freddy said awkwardly.

"Have a great first day!" Jay cheered after them. All of them looked at each other awkwardly. "Um, is it just me, or did he have a rhyming issue?" Mangle asked.

"No... no it wasn't just you," Nessa said slowly.

Walking to the registration desk and chatting quietly, they came across the registration monster. "Hi! I'm Kay! Here're your registration packets!" she chirped, handing them all out. "Err... thanks, lass," Foxy said, sounding puzzled.

"You can drop your bags off here and get your picture taken with Trey!" she continued.

"What's with all the 'a' names??" wondered Goldie as they continued along.

At the photo area, Trey said, in a slightly hokey voice, to each person, "Say hooray!"

"I can't believe it, I'm gonna be a Scarer!" a small green monster whose eye was literally the size of his entire body. Freddy raised an eyebrow somewhat cynically. "Doesn't look like one," he commented in a low tone, before he caught his breath as Nessa practically stamped the life out of his foot. "And Spring doesn't look like she's got a purple guy inside of her, so shut up," she replied in the same tone.

As they all got their pictures taken, with Foxy smirking, Mangle smiling, Goldie winking, Spring smiling, Freddy beaming persuasively, and Nessa just BARELY smiling, they all walked out with their IDs. They looked at one another. "If anyone else rhymes," Goldie muttered, "I'm going to eat Freddy's hat."

"Hey!" Freddy put his hands protectively over his hat and pouted. "Leave my hat out of this!"

"Well I don't want to eat mine, so I'm gonna eat yours," Goldie retorted, just as one of the guides walked by. "Hi! I'm Faye! And I'll be giving your tour on this perfect day!"

Goldie turned to take Freddy's hat, only to see Freddy hugging it like it was his lifeline. Nessa rolled her eyes and shared a glance with Spring, Mangle, and Foxy. Without a single word exchanged between them, Nessa grabbed Freddy's left arm and Spring grabbed the right, and Mangle grabbed Goldie's left and Foxy took the right.

"Hey!" Freddy and Goldie exclaimed simultaneously in surprise. Nessa sighed. "If you're not going to act your age, we're going to treat you like the age you're acting," she said firmly.

After they got through the whole tour, they came to the clubs and activities area. They strolled around, until they stopped at the MU Greek Council table. "MU Greek Council, we sponsor the annual Scare Games."

The green monster they had spotted earlier dodged over and snatched a flyer off the table. "The, the Scare what now?"

"THE SCARE GAMES!" yelled the purple bird guy, slamming his fists into the table and sending ten flyers flying off the table and Spring to jump so high she almost went into orbit. "A super intense scaring competition!"

"They're crazy dangerous," the girl said, sounding slightly bored, "so anything could happen."

The bird guy shouted, sounding ecstatic about the fact, "A bunch of guys went to the hospital last year!"

Mangle subtly stepped away from him.

The girl continued, in her bored voice, "You, could totally, DIE."

"And it's WORTH IT!! You get a chance to prove, that you are the BEST!!" the bird guy exclaimed.

"Cool," the green monster whispered, sounding completely oblivious to the fact that these games didn't sound very nice.

"Well we don't have to worry about dying," Nessa muttered, as they took the flyers and walked away.

"We're already dead."

A/N: And I hope you liked that! Just a weird idea I got. If you haven't watched Monsters University or played FNaF yet, I recommend you do! They're both a-may-zing!!

OK, peace out!
