Third Person POV

The amphitheater was packed today. Probably because today was the beginning of Job Week. An entire week where students went out and did normal jobs. Everyone was crowding around the application booths, trying to get the jobs they want. So much so that team RWBY had to look for jobs in the newspaper.

"So, what jobs are available in the papers?" Asked Weiss.
"Hmm. Taxi drivers?" Suggested Yang.
"You would try to kill the fifth customer. What about babysitting?" Suggested Weiss.
"No kids... what about library assistants?" Suggested Blake.
"Boring... ooh!" Exclaimed Ruby, having found something.
"What? Did you find something?" Asked Yang.

Ruby pointed at an article in the paper.

"What about this?!" Ruby asked, a little excited.

The rest of the team read the article she was pointing to.

"Grand Re-opening: Vintage pizzeria given new life. Come be a part of the new face of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza! What could go wrong? 100.50 lien a week. For more information, call 1-800-FAZ-FAZBEAR."

"Night guards?" Weiss asked.
"Oh, come on, Weiss, it could be fun!" Yang said.
"I suppose it would be good for late night studying." Weiss said.
"Or that. And it should be quiet enough for Blake to read her books." Yang continued.
"I'm in." Blake replied immediately.
"It'll be like a sleep over!" Ruby exclaimed.
"Isn't every night a sleepover?" Blake asked.

The rest of the team ignored her and walked out the door. Blake picked up the newspaper and followed them.

Spoopy timeskip

Team RWBY arrives at the pizzeria. Above the door is a large sign with a bear, a chicken, and a blue bunny. Under the sign is a banner that says "Grand Re-opening".

"I guess this is the place." Said Ruby.

The girls walk in the door. As walk in, they can hear music and the laughter of children. They can hear the various conversations of parents. They can smell fresh pizza being served. It truly was a magical place for children. It made Team RWBY smile, seeing children so happy.

They walked up to the the the front desk, where a boy in a purple uniform who was about Ruby's age was tending to the lien register. He had a name tag that read "Michael A.". He looks up at them.

"Hello. Can I help you?" He asks.
"Yeah, we're here for the job." Ruby replied enthusiastically.
"Oh, you saw the ad in the paper. Awesome. Yeah, I'll show you the ropes." He says.

He leads them into the main area where kids are playing, and three animatronics are on stage. One is a bear in a top hat, one is a chicken with a bib that says "let's party!", and one is a blue bunny.

"This is the main area, obviously. We only have five animatronics here. The three up there, one in the corner of the room, then the fifth is in the room back there." He explains.

He leads the team down a hall, passing the bathrooms. At the end of the hall is a door that says "Parts and Service".

"What's in there?" Asks Ruby.
"Spare parts, mostly. It's also where we keep the broken models from the old location." Michael replies.
"Really?" Asks Yang, her curiosity piqued.
"Yeah. If you want to see them, though, I suggest you do so after hours. We would rather kids not see the older models. It might scare them away." Michael explains.
"Really?" Asks Blake.
"Yeah, those guys are terrifying." He replies.

They walk through another hallway, passing four party rooms, two on each side. At the end of the hallway is an office.

"This is the security office. This is where you guys will be for most of the night. You're job is to monitor the cameras at night and contact me if something is wrong." Michael explains.
"Are you the manager?" Asks Weiss.
"No, I'm the guy you're replacing. I got switched over to the day shift after the last guy retired." Michael replied.
"Oh, ok." Said Ruby.
"Well, that's pretty much everything. You're shift starts tonight at 12 and ends at 6. You guys will also have uniforms that we'll give you tonight." Michael finished.

He leaves the office, allowing team RWBY to look around. Weiss and Blake were looking at the vents that lead into the office. Yang left to get a soda, and Ruby picked up a tablet. She tapped on a small box on the screen that said 1B. Suddenly, there was a view of one of the rooms.

'I guess that's how we check the cameras.' She thought.

After Yang came back, the team decided to find a hotel, as that was part of Job Week. On their way out, Yang decided to strike up a conversation.

"You guys know about this place, right?" She asked.
"What are you talking about?" Ruby asked.
"She's referring to a story about this place. Ten kids went missing here about 30 years ago. They were never found." Blake explained.
"Hey, we're working the nightshift, right? Maybe we'll see ghosts!" Yang said sarcastically.
"It's only a story. There's no proof that it's true." Weiss replied.
"Besides ghosts aren't real." Ruby added.

Then they all left the building to get ready for their first night.

Oh, how wrong those two were...
