Anyways, I was bored all day today, then irritated because I have friend issues

And this weird thing with my arm...
Whenever I bring my fist up to my shoulder, it hurts from my elbow to my wrist along the bone

I'm so confused because I haven't done anything at all today

Seriously, I sat on the couch then I fell asleep and I've been watching tv since 🤷‍♀️
