❝This is Berk. It's twelve days North of hopeless, and a few degrees South of freezing to death. It's located solidly on the Meridian of Misery. My village. In a word, sturdy. It's been here for seven generations, but every single building is new. We have fishing, hunting, and a charming view of the sunsets. The only problems are the pests. You see most places have mice, or mosquitoes, we have... dragons.❞

An accident and years of hard work have lead to the paradise known as Berk. After the long fight and victory against Drago, the Berkians are standing even taller.

❝This is Berk. A bit trampled and busted and covered in ice, but it's home. It's our home. Those who attacked us, are relentless, and crazy. But those who stopped them, oh, even more so! We may be small in numbers, but we stand for something bigger than anything the world can pin against us. We are the voice of peace, and bit by bit, we will change this world. You see, we have something they don't. Oh, sure, they have armies, and they have armadas. But we... we have...our Dragons!❞

But Dragons -the most exciting part of Berk's legacy - are fading fast. Some are disappearing, many are sick, and some? Some are turning viciously against their owners, resulting in angry riots. Hiccup is at his wits end as Chief, and with Toothless the Chief of the dragons, things are bound to get hot.

Do you have what it takes to discover something even the dragon gang can't seem to unravel?

G O A L

The goal of this roleplay is to end the awful secession of failed httyd roleplays. The age of failure is over; we rise as a new roleplay nation. Okay that was cheesy, but what I meant was that there are lots of us HTTYD fans out there who'd love to join a great roleplay, but to be honest, there simply isn't one. I'm not going to puff myself up, because I know how hard forming ideas for and keeping up with these roleplays are, so I'm doing it a bit differently. I know there will be ups and downs, but I believe that together we can come through with this.

Now onlookers don't be offended, but I don't trust you. I need hardcore, experienced roleplayers who aren't afraid to take risks. I need the ones who will make three solid paragraphs full of descriptions and great dialogue, using proper punctuation and spelling. The goal of this roleplay is to take to the skies, httyd syle. And this time we're not going to crash.

~ Code #1: soar ~

Okay so the style of this roleplay is going to be different than most httyd roleplays, so listen up:

THIS WILL BE A SMALL ROLEPLAY. Only 10 people max. After that, it gets hard to figure out what's going on and we have lots of mini roleplays going on and it's just too confusing. There may be an exception to this if we need more characters or if someone quits.

NO ONE IS GOING TO BE THE DRAGON GANG. That almost always ends badly, so for now none of that, which means there won't be any original characters from httyd to claim. I will most likely play Chief Hiccup on some occasions, but only to give you orders and such.

BUT THEN WHO WILL YOU PLAY? The characters you will be playing are a new elite team of Dragon Riders specifically on a quest to find out what is happening to the dragons and why. Hiccup chose you because of your strengths, so in the form make them believable.
