A/N: S9EP10 Green Destiny - Kailor extended scene.

Nya couldn't help but grin like an idiot.  She watched as her brother cradled Skylor in his arms.  She stirred slowly, coughing as she finally regained consciousness. 

"What happened?" she asked, confused.

"We won," Kai informed her, voice gentle but ecstatic.

Nya hugged the headrest of the car seat and tried not to squeal.  She was elated the ninja were home, and she couldn't wait to see Jay again and give him a proper hug. A I'm-never-letting-you-out-of-my-sight hug.

Kai opened the car door and helped Skylor out. She wobbled slightly, still dizzy from overuse of her powers.  She looked over his shoulder and gasped.  There, in the street, was a very large red dragon.  A real dragon.

"It's beautiful," she breathed out. "Where? How?"

"Straight from the first realm," Kai answered. "It's a long story."

Skylor stepped into him, pulling him into a crushing hug.  "I missed you so much, I thought you were dead."

Kai lifted her chin up, "I'm here now, that is all that matters."

Skylor buried her head into his chest, trying to hold back tears.

"Hey," Kai whispered and she looked up at him with glassy eyes. His face was cut in half with a cheeky grin as he said, "Wanna take a ride on my dragon?"

Skylor was grateful for the dumb joke to distract her from crying. She giggled and fought back the tears.   Nya rolled her eyes.  She wanted to sass out 'gross' but bit her tongue, deciding not to ruin her brother's moment.

"Ok, you two have fun," she said instead, "I'm out."

"Where are you going in such a hurry?" Kai asked. 

Oh Kai, why did he have to give her perfect setups sometimes?

"To find Jay and get my own dragon ride."
