Tristen caught up to his dad as he was walking towards his car to grab more supplies. The boy was sobbing as he tried to explain what happened. "Ellie....Baby....Stomach mouth....Gone...."

Tristen's words were jumbled, but the message was clear to Afton. William ran as fast as he could towards Baby's stage room. True to Tristen's story, Circus Baby's eyes had turned brighter than  usual, which indicates that a child is occupying the animatronic. William coughed. Then he pressed the fire alarm.

Torrents of adults and screaming children ran out of the building. Sirens sounded from down the road as the emergency vehicles converged on the restaurant. Afton walked slowly out of the building as the firefighters began to swarm into the building, only to realize that there was no fire.

What the firefighters did not know is that Afton punctured a gas line as an excuse. Once the gas line was discovered, the building was placed under surveillance and asked that all the animatronics be removed from the building until further notice.

Tristen was heartbroken. Watching his sister die and his dad's restaurant close in one day traumatized him. Afton spent weeks in his room alone. And Michael was forced to carry out the tasks that Elizabeth did when their mom had left them. This made living in the house much more stressful, as Tristen didn't want to go on visits with his father to Fredbear's Family Diner, which was still open. The mere thought of the place frightened him.

Afton became more secluded. Quieter. His visits to the Diner became more frequent, as he waited for Henry to call him and tell him that the new Freddy's location was up-and-running in the United States. He became more protective of Tristen. He only disregarded and became more hostile to Michael. Michael became disheartened and resorted to scaring Tristen with his own Foxy mask whenever he got bored.

After about 4 months of a boring routine that only made everyone feel worse, Henry finally called one day and gave the good news.

"Hey, Afton! I know you just recently lost someone, BUT I just finished signing the paperwork for the grand opening! The security technology on these new mascots are flawless! We'll be keeping many a kid safe from any harm or dangers. Totally 100% bona fide safe. Don't worry about any more disappearing children," said Henry with much enthusiasm.

Afton laughed a little. "That's good news, Henry! I think we'll move back over to the States, all 3 of us, so that we can work on running the new location together. What did you do with the old models?"

Henry replied, "They're locked up in the storage room. We didn't destroy the old location, so they'll be transferred there soon, but for now they're staying in the new building."

"Good, good," Afton replied with a smile, "We'll be making our way over there as soon as possible!"

Afton hung up, formulating his next plan.

They arrived in the US no later than a week after Afton talked to Henry over the phone. Tristen was eager to see the new place, but Michael only wished to be back home in the UK. Afton himself only thought of the soul remnant that he'd be able to acquire from new children.

When they arrived at the new Fazbear location, the results of the redesigns were breathtaking.

The new models were sleeker, more happy-like. Very Americanized. They appeared to be giant plastic toys rather than giant plushies. And the security systems within them would make Fort Knox look like....well still Fort Knox, but they were state-of-the-art for animatronic mascots nonetheless. The newer cast member, the Security Puppet, was built solely for security. It stood by the door, watching specific color-coded wristbands that every child wore to keep them from leaving or getting taken outside. And the colors, the colors of the new location were wonderful. Even a merry-go-round in the corner of the showroom.

Henry showed them the new cameras, building map, and the technology incorporated in the Security Puppet.

"....and that is how you do NOT activate the Security Puppet," Henry laughed. "Sorry about tearing up the cardboard cutout there." He gestured towards a cutout of the Toy Freddy that had a brown wristband on it, shredded to pieces by the Puppet. "That band is for any threats to children, it won't be used often."

Afton marveled at the sight of the eviscerated cutout. That band might be useful later. He made a note to himself to remember it.

Then Henry brought them to the entrance. "That's the grand tour! Any questions? Maybe the one in the back?" Tristen raised his hand excitedly as Michael turned to look at the wall. "Yes?", Henry called on Tristen.

"They look stronger than the older ones!" Tristen said enthusiastically. He pointed to Toy Bonnie's face.

"You'd be right about that," Henry explained. "We did away with the old springlock designs, since these newer servos are far safer and won't move unexpectedly." He looked at Afton a bit as Afton looked down sheepishly because of the old designs.

"We're leaving now," Afton said hurriedly. "We'll meet you back at the house." He proceeded to grab Tristen by the arm and dragged him out as Michael followed.

"Good luck on whatever you're rushing to!" Henry called out behind them.

Afton was doing pull-ups in the Emily's home gym when Michael walked in.

"Dad?" he asked tentatively. Afton didn't turn around.

"What's going on Mike?" Afton grunted as he continued counting out his pull-ups.

"What are these...remnant notes that I found on your nightstand? They're written in a bunch of scratchy letters, but the title was okay to read."

Afton jumped to the ground, ran over, and snatched the papers up. He was afraid that Tristen had gotten into it and scribbled all over it, but the notes looked fine to him. "I don't see what the problem is Michael. The notes are written legibly. But no matter, I'll tell you about it later."

Michael was confused because as his dad hurried out of the room he caught another sight of the paper and it still looked like gibberish.

"I sure hope you're okay Dad."
