I've analyzed Funtime foxy from sister location and now I think that it's gender is 75% a he. I only say 75% because it's color makes it look like a she. But he and Freddy don't have boobs like Baby and Ballora(ballorina robot which is also her legit name). He also doesn't have eyelashes like mangle which makes mangle still a she and based on how he looks this Funtime Foxy is based off the Original Funtime Foxy aka the fnaf 2 pre-mangle but are not same because well his face moves unlike the original. And plus it's obvious pre-mangle is a girl she had heat shaped boobs.
