YESTERDAY WAS CRAZY AND Y'ALL ARE GOING TO THINK I'M LYING ABOUT THIS BUT I'M NOT. SO LET'S GET TO IT.

so it all started with the library

this weekend, me and my bro were staying at my great aunt and uncle's house. When I go over there, I usually spend most of my time with my little  cousin.

So yesterday morning, my great uncle proposed that me and my little cousin go to the library to get our homework done. We said yes we would go, yet my uncle has to do something so he had postponed it to Sunday.

Turns out, we ended up going later on in the day around 2' something. So we arrived at the library. We were there for a good thirty minutes. All was dandy. My cousin finished her homework, and I was working on my U.S. history homework (btw u.s. history sucks. Like I learn about the same white guys every year).

That's when she said this:

"Ta, are you hungry?"

I should have said freaking no. But me being the human garbage disposal, I said да because I literally can't turn down food. She suggested that we go to Burger King, so I told her to let her dad know that we were walking to Burger King. She said her dad said that we better be careful. We were both ready to get some burgers and chicken nuggets.

So we left the library and our journey started.

While we were walking ('mind you that it was freezing and wet outside), my cousin kept asking if I was sure I wanted to go to Burger King, as she also suggested that we go to the library's vending machine. Me being oblivious af, I said I wanted to go to Burger King still.

So we were walking to Burger King, and right when we about to cross the street to the restaurant, my cousin changed her mind and said she wanted some McDonalds. Keep in mind, I don't know where any of these restaurants are, as I don't live in the area. So I was like "okay, just text your dad and let him know that we changed destinations."

She said okay.

So it took us about 30 minutes to walk to McDonalds. We were walking in wet grass, walking up hills and through parking lots trying to get to this рестарон. Reminder, IT WAS COLD AF AND MY SOCKS WERE GETTING WET.

So we finally made it to Mickey Ds and guess tf what? GUESS TF WHAT?

MCDONALDS WAS IN F'ING CONSTRUCTION. IT 👏 WAS 👏 IN 👏 CONSTRUCTION👏

THOUGHT I WAS ABOUT TO GET A BIG MAC AND FRIES. EXCEPT I WAS GONNA BE SERVED LADDERS WITH A SIDE OF NAILS LIKE TF??

So I was literally screaming curse words, while my cousin was just laughing at me. Like you guys don't understand how upset I was.

So it had been an hour since we left the library, and we had just decided that we should go BACK to Burger King. So I told my cousin to text her dad that we were going back to Burger King because McDonald's wasn't in service.

And then she told me this:

"I forgot to text him that we were going to McDonald's"

My face in the form of emojis: 😨😡😨

WHATTTTTTT THHHEEEEE FRICCCCKKK?

Are. You. Kidding. Me.

So I scolded he and was angry because not telling him that could get us in a lot of trouble. She was like sorry and I was like нет нет нет (no no no), you told me okay and then you suddenly forgot? Don't play me I ain't no fool.

So I was salty about that as we walked back to Burger King. That took us another 15-30 minutes. So we made it to Burger King. I went to the bathroom because the cold made me have to go pee really badly (TMI). So I came out the bathroom and she told me that she let her dad know that we made it to Burger King.

So it was now around 4 p.m. something, so we went to go order our food. I got a Bacon and Cheese Whopper meal and she got a 10 pc chicken nugget. So I filled up our soda and grabbed our meal tray. And then everything went f'ing downhill.

"Ta, I have to tell you something"

So I was like yeah?

And my little cousin said....

"I accidentally texted my dad that we were going to the vending machine, not Burger King."

SO I FREAKED THE FUCC OUT BECAUSE WHAT THE HELL? WHY WASN'T I INFORMED THIS BEFORE WE ORDERED? BEFORE WE LEFT OUT THE LIBRARY??

so I got upset. I asked why she didn't tell me that she said that she just noticed. I asked her let me see the texts, and she said she deleted them. I asked her what did she actually say to her dad when he called. She said that we were at the vending machine, lying and making the situation even worst.

SO THEN SHE WANTED ME TO LIE TO MY UNCLE AND SAY THAT WE WERE AT THE LIBRARY THE ENTIRE TIME AND I WAS SO FREAKING FRUSTRATED AND UPSET SO I DID WHAT ANY PERSON WOULD DO WHEN THEY WERE STUCK IN A SITUATION LIKE THIS.

i called my momma lol

So we finished our food and headed back for the library. Now it's like 5 something, we are both shaking in our boots. She's shaking because she doesn't want to get in trouble. I'm shaking because it's cold and I'm angry. So I call my mother. She hears the concern in my voice and asks what's wrong. I tell her everything.

She tells me to not lie and if I do I'm in trouble when I get home. So I don't lie cause I'm not trying to get grounded.

So we are walking back to the library and it's getting very dark outside and streetlights are coming on. THEN MY COUSIN FORGETS WHICH WAY THE LIBRARY IS AND WE ARE WALKING TO IN DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS.

btw I'm getting angrier.

So we are using a gps to get back to the library when...

My uncle calls.

So my cousin and I freak out, and she answers. She tries to avoid answering his questions and hands me the phone.

"Ta, where are you guys?"
"We're walking back to the library"
"Where were you guys before?"
"We were at Burger King."
"BURGER KING? WHAT WERE YOU GUYS DOING AT BURGER KING?"

SO I WAS GETTING YELLED AT BECAUSE SHE LIED TO ME AND I WAS GOING TO GET IN TROUBLE. 

"What street are you guys on?"
"Blah blah street."

So he picked us up on the street we were on and then we got yelled at.

(FASTFORWARD)

I figured out that she basically lied to me about everything. She texted him nothing and we could have gotten killed being out there alone with no one knowing where we went.

We didn't end up getting punished (at least not me) and every thing is fine.

Now I just know to never trust my lovable cousin, and I'll never go outside ever again.

Okay so I'm done now :p
