The girls giggled, running into each other and exchanging hugs. Levy stepped out slowly, looking at her friends with watery eyes, "Have you guys heard anything from Natsu or Gray?"

Lucy and Juvia grimly shook their heads, muttering another name, "Gajeel?"

Levy shook her head, "Nope."

Everything they did together, they were all smiles, and giggles. The girls sat on a bench near the park, watching Aki play with another child.

"She's a splitting image of you Juvia," Erza whispered quietly.

"Thank you," Juvia blushed, her elbows resting on her knees.

"Lucy, have you read it yet?" Levy squealed,  sitting next to her blonde headed bestie.

"Read what Lev?" Lucy perked up, turning to look at Levy.

"The new book I sent you?" Levy asked, her head resting on her palm.

"Not yet, I'll read it soon though," Lucy sighed, "How's Yale?"

"Busy and tiring, Harvard?" Erza interrupted.

"Let's just say becoming a writer is looking a little bitter nowadays," Lucy giggled.

"Mira?" Levy questioned.

"Being a lawyer looks good, I've been hittin the books," Mira said, her pointer finger being raised in the process.

"That sounds lovely, Juvia, are you balancing things well?"

Juvia shook her head, her eyes widening, "I didn't hear a word you just said..."

Erza laughed, an arm being raised to her shoulder, "I'll take that as a no?"

"Well," Mira interjected, "We've been helping out, Lucy and I have, but between work, school, and little Aki, we all get a little tired."

Lucy nodded in agreement, "Aki has a lot of energy,"

"I see, well, speaking of the little pumpkin, we should probably get something to eat." Levy giggled.

"Yeah," The girls all nodded.

"Alright sweetie, come here!" Juvia hollered.

"Mama!" A little year old Aki screamed joyfully.

"Yeah!" Juvia said in a high pitched voice, picking up Aki.

"Alright, where should we go?" Lucy asked as Aki wrapped her fingers around Lucy's.

"Hmm, we could go up to Bradley's..." Levy trailed off.

"Yeah, but hamburgers don't sound the appetizing right now," Erza hummed, the girls nodding in agreement.

"Maybe we could get ice cream!" Mira clapped her hands in amusement.

Juvia shook her head, "Maybe after lunch."

Lucy's finger shot up in the air, "Mystic's aquarium and café!"

"Yeah! We could go look at the aquarium after lunch! Nice goin' Lu!" Levy smiled.

"Alright, pile into the car then!"
