"FINE!"
Everyone was in the living room of the penthouse silently listening to the yelling upstairs. They heard the opening of a door.
"GO TO HELL!"
"SEE YOU THERE!"
They all flinched when they heard a loud slam of a door. Jay came stomping down the stairs. He noticed them staring at him.
"I'm not going to talk about it, so don't expect anything from me." He growled leaving the penthouse.
They then heard the smash of something upstairs. Selina decided to go upstairs to check on Rylie. Amika was a little scared and just cuddled with Glitch. Tina was acting like she just heard her parents fighting. James was sitting tied to a chair silently. Leslie was quiet. And Glitch just sat there.
Selina knocked on Rylie's door. "You okay in there?" She asked carefully.
The door opened and Rylie was standing there, her eyes having a slight yellow tint to them.
"What do you think?" She asked sarcastically.
Rylie went back to throwing knives.
"What was that smashing sound?" Selina asked her.
Rylie pointed to her bag that was laying atop a broken lamp.
"Oh." She said quietly
Selina plopped down on her bed.
"Trouble with the lovebirds?" She asked Rylie. Next thing Selina knew, a knife was near the wall next to her.
"Don't, call us that!" Rylie hissed
"Fine." She said raising her hands in a surrendering gesture.
Rylie went back to throwing knives.
"What the hell happened?" She asked
"He was too nosey, that's what happened!" She exclaimed.
Selina remained silent. Rylie sighed.
"I just need to be alone." She said
"I completely understand. See ya later." Selina said leaving the room.
Selina went downstairs.
"Guys, I have a plan." She said smirking evilly.
*Le skippy of the time*
The group was planning on watching a horror movie. They convinced Rylie to come downstairs and Jay to come back. The decided to watch, 'IT' that night. Rylie had a blue slushie, popcorn, and her peppermint taffy.
"What is your deal with peppermint?" Amika asked her.
"Peppermint is amazing!" She exclaimed
"Whatever you say." She said sitting down next to her on the floor in front of the T.V.
The group turned off the lights. They even allowed James to sit next to them without being tied up! The group was a mix of drinks, candy, snacks, popcorn, pillows, blankets, and knives (courtesy of Rylie). The group had forced Jay and Rylie to sit next to each other.
"Little warning; if you hear screaming, crying, or someone being up at night, sorry." She told them.
They played the movie.
About 20 minutes into the movie, Tina was clutching a teddy bear Rylie bought for her, and Rylie was clutching Jay's arm.
"You mind? Your kinda cutting off my circulation." Jay told her rolling his eyes.
Rylie didn't answer and continued to grip his arm.
And an hour into the movie Tina and Amika were clutching to Rylie. Amika was next to her, while Tina was peeking behind Rylie. Selina, Leslie, and Glitch were chilling. James was jumping at the scares. Jay was watching the movie and completely gave up on getting Rylie to let go of his arm. And Rylie was clutching Jay's arm harder than before.
"Who the hell picked this movie?!" She asked
"Me." Selina answered her
"I hate you." Rylie grumbled
"Love ya too." Selina said sarcastically
A minute later everyone was laughing at the death of a person who deserved it.
At the end of the movie, Jay's arm was purple.
"Sorry." Rylie said letting go of his arm
"It's fine." He said rubbing his arm
A silence fell over them.
"Sorry about earlier. I shouldn't have been so nosey." He told her
"It's fine. I'm sorry for being so upset about it." She said laying a sleeping Tina on the couch.
"Apology excepted." He said smiling
The next day the girls were running on the Siene (spelling check). Leslie noticed something about Rylie.
"Why's your tongue purple?" She asked her
"I had a blue slushie and Jay had a red one." She told them calmly.
"Oh." They said.
A minute later of processing:
"OH!" They exclaimed.
"Girl tell!" They said crowding Rylie.
Selina was smirking the whole time. 'My ship has sailed.' She thought smugly.
