" Ha... that's changed my son's life and Rishi's too...."priya said while tears started rolling down from her eyes...

She started to tell the past...

"Rishi's father, my rajesh left me at my age of 48 when my Rohan was only 9 years old.... Ranjan was studying in college that time and rishi was only 15 years old...as he is the eldest, Ranjan took the responsibility of our companies and factories..

He was very well matured and talented ...
with his talent, within 4 years , he made our malhotra group of companies as one of the top companies in india...
A lot of investors came to our company and one among them was Singhania industries...whose owned by sudesh Singhania..a big shot...there started our destruction...

Our company made them partners and Anika Singhania,the only daughter of Sudesh was the one who owned the company..both Ranjan and Anika frequently met each other and finally both fell in love...

Ranjan asked my permission to get her married...i too agreed that i want my son's happiness.. I've also talked to mr.singhania and he was also happy with that proposal...
A big fat wedding was arranged for them...Anika was very caring and loving towards me and my son's for first one month...but after that slowly her behaviour changed...
She made Ranjan to send my Rohan to punjab.. where their chachu was ....
She made him believe that it's for his good future..my Ranjan also find out it as a good option and i reluctantly send my Rohan to punjab...
My rishi..who was very active and talkative.. you know beta, he was hearthrobe of girls in his college..." She chuckled a bit

" he sings well too and got so many prizes from school and college as well...and bright at studies to...like Rohan, he was also very active and talkative..he too always respected her like me...but my child's charm too faded because of her....
Within a month, she attained the power of attorney of all our properties from Ranjan...
Ranjan forced to write all properties on her name ...she threatened him that otherwise she 'll divorce him...my poor Ranjan loved her so much and he did the same....
After getting power, her behaviour got totally changed...
When Ranjan was not there in the house..she treated me...me.. like a slave...i polished her sandals, washed her clothes, did all house hold chores...but i never told about this to anyone... She acted before Ranjan that she is innocent...

But one day my rishi saw me doing work and he questioned her...
The very next day she cooked up a lie that my rishi had stolen her money...
Ranjan believed her and stopped talking to to rishi...
He got shattered..
She even stopped him from giving Rishi's college fee...

But her plays didn't go further as Ranjan slowly realised that the account details of company is mis matching ....
He slowly find out the culprit is none other than his wife and her father...
He asked about her and she showed her true colours..
She filed divorce petition against him...she confessed to him that she married him only for his money and that was the first shock for my Ranjan ....
She started ruining us by slowly by claiming huge amount of compensation...but Ranjan failed to do so as She is the owner of our whole properties and even his bank account nominee was her....
My child got frustrated and shattered....
All our companies, factories...all seized by anika and her father....we got cheated...." Unstoppable tears came from priya's eyes...

" Phir kya hua maa..." Shanaya asked rubbing her shoulders, consoling her... she too cried...priya continued

"One day, some of her employees came and asked us to take our necessary things and vacate the house ...we got shattered... that house was our first earning.... Rishi's father build that house with a lot of expectations...our children's childhood memories was there..... Ranjan who already got shattered became mentally.. unstable...after that incident....he literally went into a deep depression..he didn't even recognised us...this made us more shattered....
But it affected the most was my Rishi....ad he is only one ray of hope...me and my children get out of the house like some beggers....
But what made me more hurted is my Rishi's condition...
All the savings he had that day was his heart patient mom and mentally unstable brother....
We had only our clothes and some of our precious things....
With the help of Rishi's friends, we rented a small house....
My Rishi stopped going to college and started doing whatever job he got..
Do you know how much sleepless nights he spent to guard Ranjan.. as Ranjan tried to kill himself several times...
His treatment,my regular checkup, medicines, Rohan's school fees..my child struggled for money.....all weakened my rishi a lot ..but he stayed strong..his friends helped him to write his final exams....his father's one of the old friend helped him by giving a small job in his company....
After 1 year, from the savings of his salary..my rishi started a small business..
From that my rishi slowly came up snd there started the growth of our company... India's one of the top most company today....
He got top treatment for Ranjan... slowly he recovered and went to America....
My rishi treated me like a queen..he bought back my Rohan...but he doesn't know about these....but this had some side affects too....
In that 6 years, my child's smile faded ..he was no longer that old rishi ...always rude, angry...his life experiences made him

He never concerned about others especially women other than me...from that incident he started to hate woman....he believed that all woman's are behind money...
He decided not to marry because he feared that what if again another gold digger came to his life... He can't take risk on my life and that's why..." She whipped her tears and smiled...

" But look...now..he got a family and I'm sure that you are not like her and Rishi too....i know he married you because I insisted him...but now look ,he is going to be a Papa...i never thought that he will change...trust me beta... he'll surely be a good husband ...he may be emotionless, cold hearted and rough outside....but inside my rishi is very good and a pure soul.... he'll protect you and your child...and will love you both...haina baby.." priya said placing a hand on shanaya's baby bump...Shanaya smiled....

Tears ran down from shanaya's eyes....she felt very bad for rishi...he suffered a lot in this age....when all of them of his age group enjoyed the college days, rishi worked hard for his family....

Shanaya went back to their room...she saw his photographs..
She looked at it....
Ran her fingers through it....
She caressed her baby bump and said..." Baby... didn't you hear what your dadi said...papa worked hard for this family... don't ever let him to shred a drop of tears from his eyes.... now you are his strength.."

She took one photo frame of his on the table...she looked at it and smiled....

What did i though about him....i thought he is a cold hearted... emotionless man...but he....he suffered a lot...he took responsibilites on his shoulders...he sacrificed his own life for family....yeah whatever he had done with me is badm..but now i can understand his situation....i mis understood you. .sorry...sorry

That day Shanaya was fully immersed in Rishi's thoughts...at evening when she was drinking her juice...
She heard a hooting sound outside....
It was Rohan....
Hearing this Shanaya went to hall and saw Rohan dancing like jokers...

" What happened ro...chilla kyu rahe ho" She asked closing her ears with her palms ....

" Bhabhi yaar.... selection mil gayi.....!!!!" He screamed

" Really ro.... congrats...." She said jumping out of excitement...

" Maa ko bataya??" She asked

" Ha..ha...bata diya....par ... hitler..." Before he could complete, Shanaya held her ears playfully...

" Kitni baar bola ..no hitler...." She asked

" Aah..bhabhi it's paining..." He winced and she left his ear...

" Bhabhi...tell me what's the plan ...how will i say him..." He asked

" Don't worry.. everything will be fine..." She assured

At night,
Rishi came from office and found Shanaya folding his clothes...
He saw Shanaya arranged his sofa and working table perfectly....
He smiled and she too....

He went to got freshen up and within this time , she went out and called Rohan....
But he again refused
" No bhabhi....he won't allow....I know him.."

" Let's talk him...na..." She insisted.....

Both stood on balcony....rishi who got freshen up was going downstairs but he accidentally heard their conversation...

" No ...he is really a hitler" Rohan said..
This time don't know why, Shanaya got a lil bit angry...she placed her hands on his shoulders...

" Ro...i told you not to... tumhe pata bhi hai vo tumahari liye kitna kuch kiya hai...he sacrificed his whole life for our family ro...use kabhi udas mat banao ..."

Rohan looked at her in confusion...

" ha Rohan ...tumhe nahi pata ki vo kya kya kiya....jab tum punjab mein dha tab tumhe pata hai vo tumhari school fees bharne keliye kitna mehanat kiya aur maa iss ghar ko sambhalne keliye..."

Rohan looked at her in surprise...
She explained to his how rushi struggled to bought his family up...but didn't said anything about anika... hearing that Rohan's eyes got tears.... he cried hard

" Look ro... after your papa it's he who bought you up...he knows the Value of money,that's why he also restricted you from unnecessary expenses...ro...dekho beta that doesn't mean that he doesn't loves you... Rishi sir loves you a lot... mujhe pata hai how he always selected each and every thing perfect for you... don't ever let him cry... don't ever... you're my lil brother too....so that's why I'm saying you ro...bechara hai vo...use kabhi koi dukh mat dena and never let anyone..ok?"

Rohan held her hands in his and said.. "sorry bhabhi ..sorry ... aaj tak meine use stubborn, rough side hi dekha hai lekin uski peche...bo ithna sab kuch sah liya...?"

" Sorry use kaho ro ..vo maan jayengi" she said

" Maanenga na?" He again asked

She nodded in yes...
" Now I'll talk to him about my selection...my bhai will understand me..." Rohan whipped his tears...
Rishi heard all this and went down....

After sometime, gaining courage Shanaya came to their room and saw rishi reading something...

" Sir... Rohan gas something to tell you..." Shanaya said

" Mm..tell him to come.." he said in a serious tone...

Rohan entered with a nervous face...rishi looked at him and said
" batao Rohan kya baat hai..?"

He explained about his selection and finals in mumbai...

" Oh .so... going for music competition..then what about studies" rishi asked in a serious tone...

" Vo..vo...aake..aake pad lenge bhai.." he stammered...

Rishi stood up ,went to a corner and took something...it was a guitar...Rishi's old One ...he kept it in storeroom before years...today he took it for his brother...

" So..take it yaar...it's 6 years old one ..it's Papa's gift ...so it's always special...i used to play it...but..you take it from today, it's yours ..and all the best yaar..jeetke aana..." rishi said with a wide smile

Rohan got astonished and Shanaya too...they never expected such an answer from rishi....
Rohan's eyes filled with tears...he took that guitar from his hands.....

" Sorry bhai..." Rohan said and hugged rishi... he cried out in Rishi's arms...
Rishi,after 6 years for the first time, cried....rishi too hugged back tightly....that was indeed the most beautiful feeling and scenery....

"Sorry Rohan...i never took you like this in my arms..sorry I love you my lil bro" rishi said while crying

Seeing this bromance...Shanaya too cried but she whipped it and went from there to give them their own space....
She stood near door and watched them... just then priya too came and seeing the scene infront of her made her more happy....rishi looked at Shanaya smiling and shredding happy tears... seeing her smile, he too smiled

Both Rohan and rishi shared sometime talking teasing and laughing...rishi too shared about his college memories and college band...
Shanaya whipped her tears went down and helped priya to arrange for dinner...
After sometime, rishi and Rohan too came down and had their dinner...

Shanaya entered after changing her saree to a yellow salwar...she arranged her bed and Rishi's sofa too...
Just then rishi came in....

He saw Shanaya arranging bed...
Seeing rishi, she smiled wholeheartedly and went towards the wardrobe to close it...
Suddenly Rishi held her wrist and within no time he hugged her tightly....
" Thankyou Shanaya..." He whispered to her ears...
