" Gunderson." 

The Head Guard said to Katie and then looked at Theo, 

" Flinger. I will be trusting you two to watch over the Prince today when he goes to have dinner with the Princess."

Katie raised a brow but didn't dare ask and nodded with Theo.

" Be ready in the evening." He said and left.

Katie turned nervously to Theo who always seemed to look calm.

" The Prince?!" She said once she was positive the Head Guard would not hear her for where he was.

" Will this be your first time?" Theo asked and Katie replied,

 " Yes, is it that obvious? But why are you so calm right now?"

" We played together when we were younger because my father wanted Mark and I to have a good relationship with the Prince."

" Your father's?"

" The Treasurer of the Castle."

Katie almost gasped out loud. Being Treasurer was a big deal. They had to be someone proven completely loyal and also trusted by the Royals to manage and take care of their treasures.

Theo smiled slightly at her expression and continued, " We were friends for a while but he started going his own way and us our own way."

" Would you tell me more about him?" Katie said and sat down, " I don't want to embarrass you or myself in front of him."

Theo sat down right next to her and replied,

" We still got a few minutes to spare, I think it'll be fine."

Katie nodded and smiled as she listened to the stories Theo told her of their childhood.

Before she knew it, it was already a quarter before evening and they had to go to the Prince's room to escort him to the dining room.

Theo led Katie through a familiar path of the castle and knocked on a certain looking fancy door.

' Have I been here before?' She thought but her excitement beat the thought as the door opened.

To her surprise she saw a half naked Keith ,with a towel around the bottom area, and his hair wet.

" Lance-" He started but his eyes widened when he realized it wasn't Lance.

" Sir, we were ordered to escort you to the dining room." Theo said but Keith's eyes wandered to Katie and she looked away from his eyes by instinct.

He raised a brow but replied to Theo, " Alright, let me go get dressed first."

Then he went back inside and left Katie confused and blushing a little.

" Is this really the right person?" She whispered on her tip toes to Theo and he replied loudly,

" Of course. I've known him for many years."

' He- No, Keith's the Prince?!'

As she was trying to process all new information in her brain, Keith came back out all fresh and handsome and slightly grinning.

" Let's go."
