Running.

That's all Delirious could do, he wasn't slowing down or looking behind him, he was just running.

He is scared, worried and so many more emotions are flying through him. If the king hears about this, him and Ohm are going to regret this... really regret this.

Delirious couldn't think, in which resulted in him running further and further away from the castle, he was like a lost puppy. Waiting for someone, especially Ohm in this situation, to find him and comfort him.

He felt like he could cry, this situation... It never happened before!

Even Ohm himself said every book about them should be destroyed, so how do they know about them?! How did they found them in the first place?! Was there something the young spirit was missing?

Delirious shaked his head, trying to stop these thoughts. He needs to focus on the important things.

Find Ohm...

He tried, oh how many times he tried to send Ohm a message but they were just too far away from each other. Their physicall connection was strong, but they were never so far away from one another which is exactly why they couldn't talk telephatically.

Another terrifying thing was that Delirious could hear footsteps behind him. They were so close. Too close for his liking.

Delirious tried to run faster, he really tried but after using his magic 10 minutes without a break, he was exhausted. It was hard to breath too.

He is one of the powerful spirits, yes, but he is also young. His powers aren't strong as Ohm's and he can't use his magic for 5 minutes straight, so of course 10 minutes would hurt him. A lot.

But he wasn't giving up, he couldn't. He needs to find his 'brother', he needs to find Ohm. He was the only person to actually care about him, he doesn't want to loose that.

Ohm turned into his human form rather quickly, not caring if the humans saw him. The only thing that matters right now is Delirious, his Delirious.

He quickly started running the opposite way, he would've teleported but that is too risky. Its very easy to see the teleport, even the humans could notice it. So that's NO to that plan.

Ohm didn't know if he was getting closer or further away from Delirious but he could feel him panicking, which made Ohm panick as well.

"Del, please be alright."

Another short chapter and another cliffhanger! I am so sorry for that. I promise you the next chapter will be longer. Also sorry for any errors, its 2AM so Im going to reread it tommorow. Hope you like the chapter, by the way!
