I take the glitter out of my backpack and sprinkle some on the unfinished project. Then I hear Rita's foot steps go down the stairs.
"Regina why would you put glitter on it you just ruined the whole project!"
"What you left and I think that green glitter will make this project of the water cycle shine."
"Fine but now I get to add my foam stickers."
"Noooooooooo!"
"It is only fair." Rita takes a foam sticker of a leaf and puts it on the leaf drawings.
I take out blue glitter and add it to the ocean. Rita takes a cloud sticker and puts it over the cloud. We starting puting glitter and foam stickers on everything complaining it was not fair. Then Danny, Rita's younger brother comes down the stairs to see us fighting in the dinning room about the project.
"It looks tearable you both ruined it with glitter and girly foam stickers!"
We look down to see the messed up peace of poster board. We look at each other and burst into laughter.
"I don't get girls." Danny grabs scissors and goes back upstairs to do his project about native Americans.
"Oh no now we have only one day to make a whole new project that took us 3 days!" Rita flops on the chair.
"Hmmmm maybe not, I still have my 2nd grade water cycle project we can just fix that up and white out. Me and Olivia's names. Then we can add all the new information we learned and keep the report from this one."
Rita thinks "or we can use mine because we are not in your house."
"Okay"
We grab the project and fix it up to look better then the one we just through out.
"Perfect! Now we have a nice well put CLEAN project." Rita exaggerated the word 'clean'.
Then we went upstairs to Rita's room.
