[A boy is walking to class with his duel disk by his side. He is looking for his friends. He finds them and sits at a table with them. Yugi: JP! I'm glad you could make it!

JP: Thanks, bro. Sorry I'm late. I'm just a little bit nervous.

Tristan: Don't worry. You'll be fine.

Joey: Yeah and if you need any pointers just come and ask me. I wasn't a dueling finalist in the Duelist Kingdom Tournament for nothing!

Tristan: He's facing Tea, Joey. Didn't you lose to her many times?

Joey: What's your point?

Tea: It's okay, guys. Don't worry, JP. This will just be a fun match.

[JP blushes a little bit after Tea tell him this]

Joey: So, JP, what cards do you have in your deck?

Yugi: That's a good question. I would like to know as well.

Joey: What do you mean you don't know? Haven't you been teaching him?

Yugi: I have but with my own deck. I haven't seen his. When we first met, all he had was duel disk and his deck. So, I'm anxious to see what he has.

Tea: So why don't we get started?

Joey: Yeah, let's head outside to see this go down!

[The gang walks outside. JP and Tea face each other with their duel disks ready]

Tristan: Good luck you two! Duel hard and don't hold back!

Tea: You ready, JP?

JP: As ready as I'll ever be.

[JP and Tea activate their duel disks]

Tea: Let's do this!

JP: It's time to duel!

JP POV

JP: (Thoughts) I'm nervous as hell. I know Tea isn't the most talented duelist out there but if she beat Joey then she must be decent.

Tea POV

Tea: (Thoughts) Just relax, JP. I believe in you.

3rd Person POV

[JP and Tea set to face off. Tea smiles]

JP: (Thoughts) I'm not sure if I can do this.

[JP then hears a voice in his head]

Voice: Don't worry. You're not alone. I'll help you.

[JP is confused on where the voice was coming from, but he shakes it off and gets ready to duel]

JP: I'll go first. My turn. I play the spell: Dark Magic Curtain! By paying half of my LP, I can summon from my deck to the field my most trusted ally!

JP: Come forth, Dark Magician!

Dark Magician: Level 7- 2500 ATK/ 2100 DEF

[Dark Magician turns and nods to JP]

JP: Turn end.

Yugi: I had no idea that he had a Dark Magician!

Tea: My turn. I draw. I play the spell: The Fountain in the Sky.

JP: What does that do?

Tea: You'll see. I also play the spell: Mooyan Curry. This raises my LP by 200.

Tea: I place a monster face down in DEF Mode and another card face down and end my turn.

Turn 3- JP

JP-4000 LP/Tea-8200 LP

JP: My turn. Draw. I summon Skilled Dark Magician in ATK Mode!

Skilled Dark Magician: Level 4- 1900 ATK/ 1700 DEF

JP: Battle. Skilled Dark Magician, attack her face down!

[Skilled Dark Magician destroys the face down monster which was Skelengel]

Skelengel: Level 2- 900 ATK/ 400 DEF

Tea: The special ability of my monster activates. I get to draw a card. Now the effect of my Fountain in the Sky activates. I can remove every LIGHT monster from my Graveyard and I gain LP equal to the monsters ATK.

Tea-8200 LP - - - 9100 LP

JP: Dark Magician, attack her directly! Dark Magic Attack!

Tea: Ahh!

JP: Turn end.

Turn 4- Tea

Tea: My turn. I draw. I place on monster face down in DEF Mode and end my turn.

JP: My turn. Draw. I play the spell card: Dedication through Light and Darkness! By sending Dark Magician to the Graveyard, I can summon from my deck: Dark Magician of Chaos!

Dark Magician of Chaos: Level 8- 2800 ATK/ 2600 DEF

JP: I now sacrifice Skilled Dark Magician to summon Dark Magician Girl!

Dark Magician Girl: Level 6- 2000 ATK/ 1700 DEF

[Dark Magician Girl appears. She smiles and winks and blows a kiss to JP which makes him blush]

JP: Since I have a Dark Magician in my Graveyard, Dark Magician Girl gets an ATK boost!

Dark Magician Girl: 2000 ATK - - - 2300 ATK

JP: Battle. Dark Magician of Chaos, attack her face down! Chaos Scepter Blast! When this monster destroys a monster, the monster destroyed is banished instead of going to the Graveyard. Now you can't get that LP Boost!

[Dark Magician of Chaos destroys the face down monster which was Key Mace]

Key Mace: Level 1- 400 ATK/ 300 DEF

JP: Dark Magician Girl, attack her directly! Dark Burning Attack!

Tea: Ahh!

Joey: Well, JP is pretty good. I guess good dueling runs in the family.

Yugi: JP, I had no idea you had a Dark Magician Girl.

JP: There is a lot you don't know about me.

Joey: Well, I say that I should get a turn at him.

JP: Maybe another day, Joey. We have class.

[A familiar masked boy saw the duel. His duel disk glows and he vanishes]
