Masked Boy POV

[I entered the Fusion Dimension and looked for my fusion counterpart. I looked around to see there was no Obelisk Blue. Instead there was the Society of Light. I knew that Satrorius was here. I immediately went to find my counterpart. I found him on his knees in tears in his dorm]

Masked Boy: What's wrong?

JP: You're here! I need your help!

Masked Boy: What's the matter?

JP: It's Alexis! She's been brainwashed and has joined the Society of Light! I need your help to get her back!

Masked Boy: Shh. We'll get her back and take down the Society of Light.

JP: She lost in a duel against Chazz. She didn't feel confident in her dueling! I don't know why. I feel so useless.

Masked Boy: Shh.

[We then heard Celina from outside the door]

Celina: JP, it's Celina! May I come in?

[I entered my fusion counterparts body and spoke to him subconsciously]

Masked Boy: I'm with you every step of the way. We will get Alexis back and take down the Society of Light.

JP: Thank you.

3rd Person POV

[Celina walks in]

Celina: JP, it's time.

JP: I know. It's time to defend my dorm. Then I'm going after Chazz. I'll get Alexis back. Finally I'll destroy Sartorius.

Celina: There's the boy I love. Now, go get her, tiger.

[JP walked out and went to the duel arena where the duel was going to take place. He saw Aster Phoenix on the other side]

Aster: JP, you've arrived.

JP: Obviously.

Aster: Are you ready to lose your dorm?

JP: I'm the top student for a reason, Aster. You should keep that in mind.

Aster: Well, I'm ready for you this time! You and your Cyber Dragons will be no match against me.

[Aster Phoenix activates his duel disk. The stands are full of White Students. They cheer for Aster]

Aster: Looks like I got home field advantage!

JP: Keep reaching for the stars. It will make it more fun to kick you back into the dirt.

Masked Boy: Are you ready?

JP: Yes.

[There is a giant flash of blinding light that emits from JP. When the light dies down, the Masked Boy is there in JP's place]

Aster: What was that?

Masked Boy: None of your business.

[The Masked Boy activates his duel disk]

Masked Boy: After I defeat you, I'll go after Chazz. Then I'll get Alexis back. Then I'll take down your whole Society by defeating Sartorius.

Aster: Good luck with that!

Masked Boy: Luck will have nothing to do with it. Get set to get your game on!

Masked Boy/Aster: Duel!

Turn 1-Masked Boy

Masked Boy-8000 LP/Aster-8000 LP

Masked Boy: I'll do the honors. My turn. I place Odd Eyes Pendulum Dragon in my Pendulum Zone. Turn end. Now I activate the pendulum ability of my Odd Eyes Pendulum Dragon. By sending it to the Extra Deck, I can add Timegazer Magician to my hand.

Turn 2-Aster

Aster: Is that it? Are you going to try? I'll make you pay for that mistake! My turn. I draw! I summon Destiny Hero- Captain Tenacious in ATK Mode!

Destiny Hero-Captain Tenacious: Level 3- 800 ATK/ 8000 DEF

Aster: I now activate two spells. First I activate the field spell Clock Tower Prison. During each one of your turns, it gets a clock counter! Once it gets 4, I now longer take battle damage! Second, I activate: D-Formation. Each time a Destiny Hero is destroyed it gets a counter. I won't spoil the surprise. Now, my monster will attack you directly! Frightful fear!

Masked Boy: Hmph.

Aster: I place one card face down and end my turn.

Turn 3-Masked Boy

Masked Boy: My turn. Draw.

Aster: My clock now gets a clock counter. I activate my trap: Eternal Dread! This adds 2 clock counters giving my field spell a total of 3.

Masked Boy: From my hand I activate a spell: Twin Twisters. By discarding a card, I can destroy both of your spell cards!

Aster: No!

Masked Boy: I now use Scale 1 Dragonpulse Magician and Scale 8 Timegazer Magician to set the Pendulum Scale. I'm taking control of this duel starting now! I can now summon monsters between levels 2 and 7 all at the same time! Swing far, Pendulum! Carve the Arc of Victory! My monster is ready to swing into action! Turn up the heat, Odd Eyes Pendulum Dragon!

Odd Eyes Pendulum Dragon: Scale 4- Level 7- 2500 ATK/ 2000 DEF

Aster: You summoned a Level 7 Dragon without tributing?

Masked Boy: Battle. When Timegazer Magician is in my Pendulum Zone and a Pendulum Monster battles, you can't activate any traps!

Aster: What?

Masked Boy: Odd Eyes, destroy his monster! Spiral Flame Strike! When Odd Eyes deals battle damage involving a monster, it doubles! Reaction Force!

Aster: Ahh!

Masked Boy: I end my Battle Phase. I activate the special effect of my Nobledragon Magician from my hand. By lowering my Odd Eyes to Level 4, I can special summon this monster from my hand!

Nobledragon Magician: Scale 5: Level 3- 700 ATK/ 1400 DEF

Masked Boy: I tune my Level 3 Nobledragon Magician and my Level 4 Odd Eyes Pendulum Dragon! Beat your wings to whip up a whirlwind of destruction! I Synchro Summon! Clear Wing Synchro Dragon!

Clear Wing Syncro Dragon: Level 7- 2500 ATK/ 2000 DEF

Aster: Now you're making things up!

Masked Boy: I place one monster face down in DEF Mode. Turn end.

Turn 4-Aster

Aster: Hmph. My turn. I draw. I place one monster face down in DEF Mode. I activate the spell: Swords of Revealing Light!

[The spell revealed the Masked Boy's face down monster which was Elemental Hero Woodsman]

Aster: With that I'll end my turn.

Turn 5-Masked Boy

Masked Boy: My turn. Draw. I activate the special ability of my Elemental Hero Woodsman. Once per turn, I can add Polymerization from my deck or Graveyard to my hand. I use the Pendulum Scale I've already set! Pendulum Summon! Welcome back Odd Eyes and Nobledragon Magician! Joining will be Stargazer Magician!

Stargazer Magician: Scale 1: Level 5- 1200 ATK/ 2400 DEF

Masked Boy: I tune my Level 3 Noble Dragon Magician with my Level 5 Stargazer Magician! Clustering wishes will become a new shining star! Become the path its light shines upon! Synchro Summon! Take flight, Stardust Dragon!

Stardust Dragon: Level 8- 2500 ATK/ 2000 DEF

Masked Boy: Turn end.

Turn 6-Aster

Aster: My turn. I draw. I activate the spell: Dark Hole! Now all of our monsters are destroyed!

Masked Boy: I activate the special ability of my Stardust Dragon! By sending it to the Graveyard, I can negate your spell! Victim Sanctuary!

Aster: Urk. I end my turn.

Masked Boy: Now my Stardust Dragon returns to my field!

Turn 7-Masked Boy

Masked Boy: My turn. Draw. From my hand I activate a spell: Polymerization! I fuse together my Odd Eyes and my Flamvell Magician! This is it! With the earth-shattering power of this monster, victory's in my sights! I Fusion Summon! Rune-Eyes Pendulum Dragon!

Rune Eyes Pendulum Dragon: Level 8- 3000 ATK/ 2000 DEF

Masked Boy: You might think that your spell card will save you. Well, not this turn. Since Rune Eyes was fusion summoned with a monster that was Pendulum Summoned. It's unaffected by your spell this turn. Rune Eyes, destroy his face down! Sprial Sky Shot!

Aster: Urk.

Masked Boy: I now use the Pendulum Scale I've already set! Pendulum Summon! Welcome back, Odd Eyes! Turn end.

Aster: My turn. I draw. I can't do anything. I end my turn.

Aster: Ahh!

[The blinding light appears again and JP now takes the place of the Masked Boy. Everyone is shocked while Aster remains on the ground. JP looked over in the crowd]
