3rd Person POV

[The day after JP (Original) beat Jack, the Lancers were having a hard time proving themselves to the council. Gong dueled against Crow and lost. Zuzu barely survived in her first duel. This made JP (Original) very happy. Celina dueled next. This made the rest of the bracelet girls and JP (Fusion) very nervous]

Celina: You guys aren't stopping me. I will duel on behalf the bracelet girls. I am the best duelist out of all.

[Celina looks at JP (Fusion)]

Celina: Don't be nervous. I'll be fine.

JP (Fusion): I just don't want to lose you.

Celina: You won't.

[Celina goes out and wins her duel making JP (Fusion) breathe a sigh of relief. She walks over to JP (Fusion)]

Celina: Now let's head to our room and relax.

JP (Fusion): I wish I was dueling.

Celina: You got a good representative. He is the best duelist out of you all.

JP (Fusion): I just don't want to behind you.

Celina: I'm right by your side.

[The matches continued. It was then JP's (Original) first duel of the tournament. He was to be faced off against Officer 227 who was given a second chance by Roget]

Melissa: Let's get this next duel started! In this corner we have Officer 227!

[No one cheers]

Melissa: And in this corner, we have the newly named Dragon Master!

[The crowd roars. Jack sees this and smiles]

Officer 227: You won't beat me, Dragon Master. I have something to prove.

Dragon Master: So do I.

[All of the JP counterparts become one. The duel starts]

Turn 1-Dragon Master

Dragon Master-8000 LP/Officer-8000 LP

Dragon Master: Let's rev it up! I'll go first. My turn. I place Odd Eyes Pendulum Dragon in my Pendulum Zone. Turn end. Now my Odd Eyes's Pendulum effect activates! By sending it to the Extra Deck, I can add Timegazer Magician to my hand.

Melissa: The Dragon Master gets off to a slow start.

Turn 2-Officer 227

Officer 227: You're not even trying. My turn. I draw. I activate the spell Solidarity! If I have only 1 type of monster in my Graveyard, all monsters I control that are the same type gain 800 ATK. I now summon Marauding Captain in ATK Mode!

Marauding Captain: Level 3- 1200 ATK/ 400 Def

Officer 227: Its special ability allows me to summon Little Trooper from my hand!

Little Trooper: Level 2- 900 ATK/ 500

Officer: You're wide open! Little Trooper will attack you directly!

Dragon Master: Urk.

Officer 227: Now my captain will attack you directly!

Dragon Master: Ahh!

Dragon Master: Time to switch things up! First I activate a spell: Twin Twisters. By discarding a card from my hand, I can destroy both your spell cards!

Officer 227: No!

Dragon Master: Now time for the real fun! I use Scale 1 Stargazer Magician and Scale 8 Time Gazer Magician to set the Pendulum Scale! I'm taking control of this duel starting now! I can now summon monsters from Level 2 through 7 all at the same time! Swing far, Pendulum! Carve the Arc of Victory! My monsters are ready to swing into action! Returning to my field is Odd Eyes Pendulum Dragon! From my hand are Dragonpulse Magician and Junk Synchron!

Odd Eyes Pendulum Dragon: Scale 4: Level 7- 2500 ATK/ 2000 DEF

Dragonpulse Magician: Scale 1: Level 4- 1800 ATK/ 900 DEF

Junk Synchron: Level 3- 1300 ATK/ 500 DEF

Dragon Master: I'm not finished yet.

Dragon Master/JP (Synchro): I tune my Level 3 Junk Synchron with my Level 4 Dragonpulse Magician! Beat your wings to whip up a whirlwind of destruction! I Synchro Summon! Clear Wing Synchro Dragon!

Clear Wing Synchro Dragon: Level 7- 2500 ATK/ 2000 DEF

Dragon Master: Battle. When I have these two monsters in my Pendulum Zone and a Pendulum Monster battles, you can't activate any spell or Trap Cards!

Officer 227: Sorry but you can only attack Marauding Captain.

Dragon Master: Odd Eyes, attack his captain! When Odd Eyes deals damage involving a monster, it doubles!

Officer 227: Ahh!

Dragon Master: Turn end.

Officer 227: Why didn't you attack my Little Warrior?

Dragon Master: I know what that card does. If I destroy it, you'll probably summon Jutte Fighter from your deck and I don't feel like having my monsters switched to DEF Mode. Plus, if I go for the other monster, that card will still be on the field and that card is a tuner so you then can use it to Synchro Summon. Did I miss anything>

Melissa: The Dragon Master takes a huge chunk out of Officer 227's LP and then doesn't fall the monster's effect!

Turn 4-Officer 227

Dragon Master- 5900 LP/Officer 227- 5400 LP

Officer 227: I'll make you regret not attacking! My turn! I draw! I switch Little Trooper to DEF Mode. I place one monster face down in DEF Mode and another card face down and end my turn.

Melissa: Officer 227 is playing it safe!

Turn 5-Dragon Master

Dragon Master-5900 LP/Officer 227- 5400 LP

Dragon Master: My turn. Draw. I place one card face down. I use the Pendulum Scale I've already set! Pendulum Summon! Welcome back, Dragonpulse Magician!

Officer 227: I activate my trap: Bottomless Trap Hole! This card banishes your monster!

Dragon Master: Battle. Clear Wing, take out his Little Trooper! Spinstorm Sky Strike!

Officer: When Little Trooper is...

Dragon Master: Shut up! I know what it does! Odd Eyes, destroy the new face down DEF monster which I'm 100% sure is Jutte Fighter!

Officer: How did you know?

Dragon Master: Turn end.

Melissa: The Dragon Master knows Officer 227's deck very well.

Turn 6-Officer 227

Dragon Master-5900 LP/Officer 227- 5400 LP

Officer 227: My turn. I draw! I summon Goblinbergh in ATK Mode!

Goblinbergh: Level 4- 1400 ATK/ 0 DEF

Officer 227: I flip summon Attack Gainer.

Attack Gainer: Level 1- 0 ATK/ 0 DEF

Officer 227: I tune my Level 1 Attack Gainer and my Level 4 Goblinbergh! You may not respect the badge, but you will learn to respect this mighty and magnificent enforcer! I Synchro Summon! Goyo Chaser, front and center!

Goyo Chaser: Level 5- 1900 ATK/ 1000 Def

Dragon Master: Trap card, open: Black Horn of Heaven! If you special summon exactly 1 monster, I can destroy it!

Officer 227: No! I end my turn.

Melissa: Officer 227 couldn't do anything on his turn. The Dragon Master could end things on his next turn.

Turn 7-Dragon Master

Dragon Master: Come on. I need to draw a monster which has enough ATK to win this turn. My turn. Draw. Got it. I use the Pendulum Scale I've already set! Pendulum Summon! From my hand, turn up the heat, Odd Eyes Pendulum Dragon!

Officer-227: You have more than one type of the same monster?

Dragon Master: Only a fool keeps only one copy of card in his deck. Clear Wing, attack him directly! Spinstorm Sky Strike!

Officer 227: Ahh!

Officer 227- 5400 LP - - - 2900 LP

Dragon Master: Both Odd Eyes, attack him directly!

Officer 227: At the same time?

Dragon Master: I don't choose favorites. Double Spiral Flame Strike!

Officer 227: Ahh!

Officer 227- 2900 LP - - - 0 LP

Melissa: Now listen to that applause! The Dragon Master is hit amongst both Commoners and Topsider alike! The Dragon Master started off slow but then picked up speed and never looked back!

[The crowd cheers the Dragon Master]
