The internet,

Wattpad.

December 1st, 2019.

Dear readers,

I'm not sure how many of you know that Fragment of His Being, the novel, is the novelization of the play I wrote over a year ago. The stories are very much still the same aside from extended characterization and additional scenes.

I noticed that I've not been writing a lot of Teen Fiction lately, and decided to pick this up for old time's sake. It's interesting to dive back into a plot I finished putting together so long ago. It felt more like I was rewriting than changing play dialogue and instructions to prose.

I have a question. For those of you who read the play first, how does the novel compare? Do you like it better than the play?

Here's a reminder that I have a Goodreads page. If you'd like to  Fragment of His Being (and my other novels) a rating/review there you can find a link on my bio.

As always, a big thank you to everyone who's read this and made it to the end. I enjoy sharing my stories with you all.

Forever grateful,

Saint.

*If you're a new reader, and curious about what my teen fiction stories are like, here are some examples.

The Genius [27 parts/Complete]

Summary

Wyatt Wilson has always been at the top of his grade. He's winning every quiz, debate and academic Olympic under the sun. His teachers adore him, his mates envy him and everyone generally thinks his parents are genuinely proud of him. But that's not the Wilson household for you. Meet the Wilsons, a family of seemingly generational artists. Wyatt's parents aren't interested in grades and scholarships; they're interested in art contests, exhibitions and art style. Every Wilson can create art - except for Wyatt.

As Wyatt struggles with being accepted at home, a new threat in form of a foreign exchange student threatens to take his place at the top of the class. Can Wyatt cope with losing the one thing that makes him relevant?

Decisions and Mayhem [22 parts/Complete]

Summary

Antonio Martinez has a hard time fitting in. For one, he wasn't born in the USA and as a result, has a funny accent the kids at school made fun of. New money was looked down on in his private school, and so the former top of the class had it out for him for stealing her spot.

Antonio didn't think things could get any worse until his mother asked the son of her long-term boyfriend to keep an eye on him and his siblings - in other words, become their permanent babysitter.

And that was how Antonio's social life was completely ruined.

Nerd Alert [27 parts/Complete]

Summary

Alexander isn't your typical nerd. He'll say what he wants, do what he wants, and verbally bash you while doing it. That's what Travis, a soccer player assigned to be tutored by Alexander, hates most about him.

Confusing feelings, a drunken party, and a month of tutoring was all it took to get Travis to realize he was head over heels for the sharp-tongued Alex.

Now, if only he knew where Alex's sarcasm switch was.

Metrosexual Much? [Ongoing]

Summary

Beck has a problem - everyone thinks he's gay. Well, that's easy to understand considering he's a tad - okay, very flamboyant. He's also a bit over-dramatic, a sucker for chick flicks, and extremely fashion conscious. (What? It's not his fault. His mum's a fashion designer!)

He's determined to break these labels and burn them in hell, but how on earth is he going to convince the world that he's straight when he's not even sure himself?
