It's quite obvious that I haven't been updating but I swear I have an excuse. The teacher that gave me the free writes gave birth so she's no longer in and the sub does something different, so even though like no one's reading this I've decided that anyone who is can give me a free write to do. It worked like this, my teacher would give us an object or idea(for lack of a better word) to start with. The first free write the teacher told us it had to have something in the room. I chose my necklace since I was wearing it that day and if that didn't count then books. The second free write I had to incorporate a leaf. We only had to include the thing in a small way but if we wanted to the whole story could be about it. So comment a word, object, place, or idea(ie. Something in the room, something on a specific book's cover, any marine animal) and I'll write and post a free write about it.
