When Richard came to, he found himself in the Nurse's Office.

"Greetings." Red Tornado said.

"You gave your friends quite the scare." Black Canary said.

She was sitting beside his bed.

"I don't know why you even bother to go out of this room. You've only been here for a few months and already you've been here the most!" Slade sneered.  

"Heh. This IS my bed." Richard started laughing, when it happened again.

His laugh crackled.

He immediately stopped laughing. 

Richard covered his mouth and looked horrified.

"Oh! That's what your friends meant when they said you fainted from laughing." Black Canary just got it.

"Oh look, you're going through puberty. How fun." Slade smirked.

"That's not funny!" Richard said, his voice cracking.

"OH GOSH IT'S GETTING WORSE!" Richard screamed.

"Yeah, that is normally what happens when you go through puberty." Slade said. 

"Would you stop it!" Black Canary smacked Slade's head, or at least tried to.

"Try again; I dare you." Slade's eyes narrowed. 

"Leave her alone!" Richard's voice cracked at the end.  

"Only because we can't fight, otherwise we BOTH get a shock collar." Slade said.

"Wait, they can actually DO that?" Richard asked, bewildered. 

"Yeah." Slade grumbled.

"I thought they were JOKING!" Richard exclaimed with wide eyes.

"Waller NEVER jokes." Slade said.

"Can you let go of my wrist now?" Black Canary asked.

Slade just looked at her.

"She asked you something!" Richard got mad and gripped Slade's wrist, or at least he tried to.

Slade was faster and instead grabbed Richard's wrist and let go of Canary's.

At that moment Amanda Waller and Clark Kent walked.

"HEY! WHAT DID I SAY ABOUT FIGHTING YOU TWO?!" Amanda yelled.

Slade was about to say something when Amanda cut him off.

"NO. I don't care what happened. I don't care who or what started it. You have one more strike. If I see either of you fighting each other, other than class, I will get shock collars. And if that doesn't work, I'll get handcuffs." Amanda's eyes were slits.

"Yes Ma'am!" Richard bowed his head in respect.

Amanda looked at Slade.

"Yes Headmistress." Slade said respectfully.

"Good." Amanda walked out.

Everyone looked at Richard.

"What? Say what you want, she's scary! And I grew up with Batman." Richard said and shivered. "I may mess with people, but I know where the boundaries are. And she's a woman you shouldn't mess with."  

"Hum...we agree on that too." Slade said.

"What are you making a list of how alike we are? Good luck!" Richard waved Slade off.

"I wonder how that would work though;  the two of them with shock collars and/or handcuffed together." Clark whispered to Dinah.

"Yeah. That'd be interesting." Dinah said.
