The first day of Pair-Up Week Slade and Robin had two people as a "team".

The second day, Slade added two teams together.

"Blackfire and Argent will be with Terra and Wildebeest." Slade stared pairing people up. 

Soon, everyone was paired up.

Jinx held up here hand.

"Yes, Jinx?" Slade called on her.

"Why are the Heads and the councilors here?" Jinx asked.

"We're supervising this." Clark answered.

Amanda pulled out a key and walked over to Slade and Robin.

She unlocked the handcuffs.

"Okay, today all of the teams will be learning a few moves. However for this to work, Richard and I needed to be separated." Slade explained, "And we can't do that without supervision."

"What are we learning then?" Blackfire asked.

"How humans 'fly'." Slade said.

"But some of us can already fly." Starfire said.

"And if your powers don't work? What will you do then?" Slade asked.

No one answered.  

"This is a grappling hook." Slade said and handed it to Robin.

"Would you like to give an example?" Slade asked.

Robin smirked.

He held it up and fired it into the ceiling.  

"This line may be a small as your headphone/ear cord, but it hold a lot. It it flexible and made to carry around 750 pounds." Robin said, holding part of the line.

"However small it may be though, it does come in handy." Robin said. 

He retracted the line and walked to the other side of the room.

"It can pull people or objects to you, it can hold people, and it can be useful in getting around buildings. If you know how to work it." Richard said.

He started running and about halfway to the middle of the room he jumped and shot the grappling hook.

Robin swing up high towards the ceiling, but didn't hit it.

Instead, he pulled out another grappling hook and shot it at Slade.

The grappling hook flew around Slade, tying him up.

Richard pulled Slade up to him.

"Effective for saving people, or hanging people from tall objects." Robin smirked.

He then let Slade down.

From at least 50 feet in the air.

Slade turned as he was falling, so that he was right side up.

He braced for the impact of the ground, and ended up making a dent in the floor.

"We're going to teach you how to grab people and objects, how to "fly", and how to stick to a good landing." Robin called from the rafters.

He flipped from the rafters and grappled down.

"Now, let's start." Richard said with a smirk.

"You didn't have to drop me from 50 feet, you know." Slade said.

"Oh, boo-hoo. You weren't hurt." Richard said.

"And might I remind you both before you go further that you're being cuffed again and collars are on." Amanda said, clicking the handcuffs on.

"Great." Slade said sarcastically. 

"Remember, training tonight." Amanda said.

"Training is every night?" Richard asked.

"No. Training will not be on the days you have therapy." Amanda said.

Richard nodded.

"So, what's for training tonight?" Robin asked as they got down into the basement.

"Endurance training. We're going to see how long you can go." Amanda said.

"Okay. Let's go! But a warning, I can train for hours." Robin smirked.

"Not that type of endurance." Amanda smirked.

Robin made it into the center of the ring before he stopped short, smirk immediately off his face.

"WHO THE FUCK TOUCHED BATSY AND ZITKA!" Richard screamed.

Batsy and Zitka were both on a chair in the middle of the ring. 

Richard immediately ran to the two stuffed animals and grabbed them.

He held them closely, burring his head into Zitka and hugging Batsy close to him.

"I told you this was a bad idea." Slade said, looking at Amanda.

"He's seriously still attached to stuffed animals?" Amanda asked in disbelief.  

"Zitka is from my parents and Batsy is from Bruce!" Richard yelled, hugging the two stuffed animals closer.

"Oh!" Barry said with wide eyes.

"Zitka is one of the only things from my parents. And Batsy was the first gift from Bruce that I ever got." Richard said, smiling fondly.

Black Canary nodded.

"Let's go put Batsy and Zitka back on the bed before they get hurt." Slade said, guiding the child to the elevator.

"But then you get back here!" Amanda said.

I've been sitting on this one for a while. I'm just unsure of how this whole story is going now. I kind of forgot what I was doing with this so.... yeah.
