"You two were so close to killing each other! What happened?!" Black Canary asked. 

"It was HIS fault!" Richard screamed and pointed at Slade. 

"Please, as if! If anything it was yours! You didn't just listen and you tried to start a fight with me." Slade said.

"Only because you were BEATING my friend!" Richard scowled. 

"It's not my fault if he's too stupid to keep up!" Slade said.

"YOU DIDN'T EVEN TEACH HIM HOW TO BLOCK! YOU JUST ASSUMED HE KNEW!" Richard screamed, standing up.

"WELL HE SHOULD HAVE! THIS IS A SCHOOL FULL OF SUPER POWERED PEOPLE!" Slade yelled.

"NOT EVERYONE GREW UP WITH ANY TRAINING!" Richard yelled.

"STOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOP!" Black Canary screamed.

She fixed her clothes and then said calmly;

"You two will be working together.

"WHAT?!" Richard screamed.

"Why?" Slade growled.

"I'm not working with him!" Richard growled.

"Well. You should have thought about that before you two nearly killed each other. You need to work with each other. Richard, this will help with people skills. Slade, you get an assistant. And both of are on VERY tight leaches right now!" Black Canary said. 

They both looked away from each other and growled.

"If I get even ONE report that you tried to kill each other again or endangered others' lives, you two don't WANT to know what I'll do." Black Canary threatened. 

Richard gulped, trying not to imagine what would happen.

"Slade go talk to the Heads. Richard stay." Black Canary said.

She walked out of the room, following Slade out.

Richard heard some talking and then a few minuets later, Black Canary came back in.

"Richard. Your anger is too out of control. If this continues, I WILL get permission to get you a shock collar." Black Canary said.

"WHAT?! YOU CAN'T DO THAT!" Richard screamed, outraged.

"I can. And I will. You need to get your anger under control NOW." Black Canary's eyes narrowed.

Richard felt hopeless.

"On the other hand. Good job." Black Canary said.

"Wait. What?" Richard asked.

"I have NEVER seen Slade so mad before! It was actually quite funny. Plus, I heard you made some friends today." Dinah said.

"I-I did. I thought you were mad at me though?" Richard asked.

"Mad that you were almost killed. Mad that you almost killed. But other than that, no. But Richard, you have to realize the severity of the situation. You were almost killed today. You need to calm your anger." Black Canary said.

"I-I know! I'm trying! I really am!" Richard said, feeling like he wanted to cry.

 Black Canary read him like a book. "Hey, it's okay. Just remember, no more fights. You get a bit carried away." 

"Okay. I didn't mean to. I just wanted him to learn to be nicer." Richard said.

"I know, he's a bit harsh. He's really good though." Black canary said.

"Yeah. I know." Richard winced as he touched his side.

"Lets get you to the Nurse." Black Canary said.

When they got to the Nurse's office, Slade was in there getting bandaged up.

"Hey, kiddo. You got some good hits in." Slade said.

"Yeah, you got some too." Richard said.

"You're pretty good." Slade said.

"Thanks. You're not too bad yourself." Richard replied.

"Truce?" Slade asked and held out his hand.

"Truce." they both winced as they shook hands.

"Perhaps you're a little too good." Slade said.

Richard just laughed.

"You don't know the half of it."
