Y/N's POV

I was on the subway on my way home from school. I was playing Freedom Planet 2 on my Nintendo Switch while listening to some music.

Y/N: *Just vibing*

???: Hey, bud.

Y/N: Oh, hey, Mike.

Mike has been my best friend ever since we were kids. He was the one who introduced to Sonic The Hedgehog. We're also next-door neighbors so we see each other often and even have sleepovers whenever my parents are out.

Mike: Do you think you have time to hang out later?

Y/N: I want to but I can't. I have a lot of things I need to do.

Mike: I see. Well, send me a text when you're finished.

The train came to a halt as I knew I had arrived at my destination, I said my goodbyes to Mike and made my way home. I put my Switch away in my backpack and I got home, I unlocked the door and changed out of my school uniform to put on my normal clothes.

Y/N: I wonder if Freedom RWBY got updated.

I got on my PC, opened Google, searched up Wattpad, and clicked on the notifications but nothing. Freedom RWBY hasn't been updated. I let out a sigh and went on to update my take on the story until I got an email.

Y/N: *Confused* An email? From who?

I clicked on the email and it contained a video. Confused, I played the video.

Sonic: Hey hey. We see that you have an interest in Freedom RWBY, isn't that right, girls?

Ruby/Lilac: Yeah!

Y/N: What the hell?

Sonic: Now, I know you're confused but we've seen how you made an interesting take on Freedom RWBY with me and my friends. And I must say, we're impressed. So we're here to make you an offer.

Y/N: What is it?

Sonic/Lilac/Ruby: Want to come to our world?

I didn't know what to say. But I did want to explore their version of Remnant, so I nodded my head slowly.

Sonic: Alright! We'll see you later, Y/N.

The video ended as my computer screen turned white and I felt a shock and everything went black.

3RD POV

A rift opened in the middle of a forest and a hedgehog was sent out of it. He had a red jacket, a teal shirt, black shorts, and black shoes. The mysterious hedgehog opened his eyes and they were different colored, the left eye was green and the right eye was lilac. This is Y/N in his new form.

Y/N: Oww. My head feels like I've been hit by a semi-truck, *Notices his surroundings* Wait, where am I? This looks like the forest in Freedom Planet 2.

Suddenly, he heard growling as he turned around to a pack of Beowolfs appearing from the shadows.

Y/N: *Image below* The creatures of Grimm?! How?!

???: Cyclone!

Before Y/N's very eyes, a purple dragon comes to his rescue and kills the Beowolfs . She wore a white robe, blue boots, and a pair of hearing aids. Y/N knew who this person was right away...

Sash Lilac!

Lilac: Another one? Geez, how many kids are getting abused?

When Y/N heard that, he pieced everything together, he was in the world of Freedom RWBY but it seemed different because Lilac isn't a faunus.

Y/N: Uh, thanks for helping me but what do you mean by "another one"?

Lilac: Well, a few days ago I rescued a boy from 3 Beowolfs who was abused by his adopted family and I adopted him. *Looks closely at Y/N* In fact, you look similar to his new body. May I ask who are you?

Y/N: I'm Y/N.

Lilac: I see, well then, I'm Sash Lilac but my friends call me Lilac. Can I ask why you're out here?

Y/N: Well, I got lost and I don't know where to go. That's all.

Lilac looked at Y/N and couldn't tell if he was lying or not, but she knew she couldn't leave him alone.

Lilac: Alright, how about you come with me?

Y/N: Really? Just like that?

Lilac: Of course.

Y/N started to think about his options, on one hand, he could protect this world's version of him and talk with Ruby and Yang's family. But on the other, he could alter the timeline. After a few minutes, he had his answer.

Y/N: Alright, I'll go with you.

Lilac: Alright, just follow me.

Lilac ran off in the direction of her treehouse as Y/N followed her.

Y/N's POV

After a few minutes, Lilac and I arrived at her treehouse and she opened the door and I overheard what I presumed was Carol.

???: I promise you, that gem was shiny-. *Notices Lilac* Oh, hey Lilac. 

Lilac: Hello Carol. Can I ask where my son is?

Carol: I think he's still sleeping. *Notices Y/N* Who's the hedgehog?

Y/N: I'm Y/N. And you are?

Carol: Carol. Carol Tea. I must say, you look a lot like my nephew.

Y/N: Lilac said the same thing as well actually.

Lilac went to get her son and I waited. I wonder what this version looks like if both Lilac and Carol say I look similar to him.

Lilac: Alright Y/N, this is my son: Ogilvie Maurice Lilac.

Y/N: *Mentally* Wait, Ogilvie Maurice? Isn't that Sonic's first and middle name in the Archie Comics?

I looked at Lilac and saw her son, it was a young Sonic. But if that's the case, does that mean I'm already changing the timeline?

Ogilvie: H-hi there. I'm Ogilvie Maurice Lilac but please, c-call me Sonic.

Y/N: Hi there, Ogilvie. Don't worry, I won't hurt you. You can trust me.

Ogilvie smiles at me but it seems a bit forced, Lilac notices it.

Lilac: *To Ogilvie* Don't worry, my dragohog. Y/N won't hurt you, he's a nice guy.

Ogilvie: O-ok Mommy.

Lilac: I'm sorry about my son's behavior, he's not used to many people besides us.

Y/N: Nah, I kinda understand. Most kids won't be cautious around new people, especially if they've been abused.

Carol: What are we going to do with Y/N?

Lilac: Well, I'm thinking of adopting him.

Ogilvie: R-really? Is Y/N going to be my big brother?

Lilac: If he wants to. *Looks at Y/N* What do you say, Y/N? Want to be part of our family?

Y/N: *Smiles* Yes, I would like that very much.

3RD POV

At that point, Lilac now has a second son and Ogilvie will now have an older brother that'll protect him from any harm. But outside, a robed figure was seen in the window confused.

???: What? What is going on? Where did that hedgehog come from? I wonder if the lady would like a second candidate for an overlord.

The figure teleported away leaving a dark blue aura fading away as another figure appeared.

???: It seems that Kurome didn't learn her lesson. But that blue hedgehog with the two different colored eyes does look kinda cute.
