Last time Daigo and Arthur were ambushed by the two Worms that had escaped from the first attack on West Genetics. Kaito came into rescue them, revealing the full power of the Kabuto Zecter and the Clock Up Command. However it appears someone now has their eyes set on Kaito.

It had been two days since the two Evolved Worms attacked West Genetics in an attempt to avenge their fallen brethren. Since then Sister Margaret has tightened security around the academy. Yu-Mi and Elize have also been keeping a closer eye on Kaito, worrying the teen will run off at the first sign of danger to neutralize it alone. Kaito was currently sat in the cafeteria eating lunch by himself as he contemplated the attack the other day.

Kaito's Thoughts: To think those two Worms would evolve in such a short amount of time. There is no telling how else they will attempt to lay waste to West Genetics, I will need to remain vigilant.

Arthur: Hey Kaito, mind if we sit here?

Kaito was dragged out of his thoughts as he looked up to see Daigo, Arthur, and a young girl with short reddish brown and light brown eyes. She like everyone else wore a West Genetics uniform.

This young lady was Kaho Hiiragi, a Pandora and First Year Student at West Genetics.

Kaito: You are welcome to join me, there are plenty of seats.

The trio nodded before all of them sat down at the table. Kaho looked at Kaito, curiosity evident in her eyes as she studied the young man.

Kaho: Arthur and Daigo-Senpai told me about how you fought those monsters that attacked West Genetics. Is it true that it lets you fight alongside Pandoras?

Kaito: That is correct, the Zecters equip Limiters with specialized combat armor and weapons that allow us to combat extraterrestrial threats.

Kaho's eyes twinkled with excitement at the explanation as the existence of such technology could tip the scales in humanity's favor.

Arthur: Yeah that bulky form of yours could take some serious abuse, but what was with that beetle looking form? You disappeared only to reappear and kill that spider looking monster.

Daigo: Do the Worms have some kind of teleportation? They were able to bypass Arthur's Freezing Field like it was nothing.

Kaito: Evolved Worms cannot teleport, but they can move at the speed of light. This incredibly fast movement allows them to completely bypass a Nova or Limiter's Freezing Field.

The trio's eyes widened in shock at that piece of information, something being able to bypass a Freezing field was unheard of.

Kaho: So those other Aliens can bypass Freezing Fields? That makes them potentially more dangerous than the Nova themselves!

Arthur: It also explains how those things got past my Freezing Field, they move so fast it has no effect on them.

While Arthur and Kaho discussed this revelation, Daigo contemplated the information given to them, realization striking him.

Daigo: So that beetle form you took, it lets you move at light speed as well right? That's how you defeated those two Evolved Worms right?

Arthur and Kaho looked at Daigo in shock before turning to look at Kaito for any sort of confirmation on the theory.

Kaito: A very astute observation Daigo. Yes the Zecters provide two forms to the ZECT Limiters. The default Masked Form has heavy armor that makes it a great defensive fighter, however its offensive abilities are lacking. After performing Cast Off, the Limiters enter Rider Form, while the defense takes a nosedive, the offensive abilities are increased tenfold. Rider Form grants access to the Clock Up Command, this allows the Rider to move at light speed to combat Evolved Worms.

The trio look at Kaito completely stunned, armor that allowed a person to completely bypass a Nova's Freezing Field. Kaho however was ecstatic over this news.

Kaho: This really does change everything! With that armor, Limiters can fight shoulder to shoulder with Pandoras against the Nova! All while producing Freezing Fields to hinder them in combat!

Arthur: It could make combating them a lot easier. Although I doubt ZECT is mass producing them.

As Arthur and Kaho discussed the ramifications of this new technology, Kaito was busy watching someone. Satellizer was standing in line for a hamburger, however the line was rather long. The blonde Pandora let out a defeated sigh before she walked out of the cafeteria.

Kaho: Arthur told me you want to be Satellizer's Limiter. That's a terrible idea you know. She's too dangerous to work with.

Kaito: I fail to see why everyone is so narrow minded in regard to Satellizer. It doesn't take a genius to know there is more to her behavior than mere cold hearted cruelty.

Arthur: Kaito, dude you might be this super talented fighter, but that doesn't increase your chances of her agreeing to let you be her Limiter. You should probably find someone else who is more cooperative.

Kaito looked at Arthur and Kaho before letting out a disappointed sigh before standing up from his seat.

Kaito: Honestly, you two are here to help combat the Nova, yet you refuse to see any form of humanity in one of your allies? Both of you should reevaluate yourselves and your behavior before you even think about helping to fight the Nova.

With that Kaito walked off towards the line for the hamburgers. An annoyed expression spread across Arthur's face while Kaho deflated at Kaito's rather harsh words.

Arthur: What's that guy's problem? We try to warn him and he tells us to grow up? Does he not realize the Untouchable Queen is dangerous?

Kaho: It kind of stings though, are we really being narrow minded about this? She's ruthless during the carnivals, how else are we supposed to view her?

Daigo: Sometimes people are aggressive to protect themselves.

Arthur and Kaho turned to look at Daigo, surprised by his words. Daigo however let out a sigh before continuing his statement.

Daigo: We are all so focused on Satellizer being cold and ruthless that we never try to consider why she acts like that. I think that's why Kaito is so determined to be her Limiter, he sees beyond the surface level. Something all of us fail to do.

Arthur and Kaho looked at Daigo, stunned by his words as they began to think about the Untouchable Queen. As they did, they realized that everyone at West Genetics just accepted Satellizer was cold hearted and ruthless, but no one ever questioned why she behaved like that.

Kaho: Guess we never really bothered to try and understand her......

Arthur: Not like she gives any opportunity to.

Arthur looked away, still slightly annoyed by Kaito's words. Daigo however stood up and began walking away from the table.

Daigo: You guys sit here and sort your thoughts out, I'm gonna go follow Kaito.

Kaho quickly shot up from her seat and followed Daigo.

Kaho: Wait up Daigo-Senpai! I wanna make sure Kaito is alright!

Daigo and Kaho walked off to go talk to Kaito as Arthur watched them go, shaking his head in disbelief.

Arthur: This is ridiculous.....

Arthur sighed before he returned to eating his lunch.

Rooftop
Satellizer sat on the roof a downcast look on her face as her stomach growled slightly.

Satellizer: I should have gotten to the cafeteria earlier......

Satellizer let out a defeated sigh as she looked down at the ground dejectedly. However a a brown paper bag appeared in the corner of her vision. Satellizer turned to see Kaito standing there, holding a bag with a hamburger out to the blonde Pandora.

Satellizer: Kaito?

Kaito: You shouldn't neglect eating, it's bad for your health.

Satellizer looked at Kaito before looking at the bag. Satellizer gently took the bag from Kaito before opening and began eating the hamburger inside. Kaito leaned against the wall as he stared out into the sky.

Satellizer: Why are you so insistent on helping me? I already told you that I won't perform a Baptism.

Kaito: As I said, it is my job as a Limiter to support you as a Pandora, something as superfluous as a Baptism is not required for me to support you.

Satellizer's eyes widened in disbelief as she turned to look at Kaito. How could he as a Limiter say a Baptism is unnecessary when it was what granted him the ability to use Freezing?

????: You poor desperate little thing, trying so hard to help such a cold hearted prude.

Kaito and Satellizer turned to see a female student followed by three male students. She appeared to be a third year student, she had short blue hair and flirtatious brown eyes. She wore the standard West Genetics Uniform.

This young woman was Miyabi Kannazuki, a Pandora and Third Year of West Genetics. Miyabi looked Kaito over, a small approving smirk spreading across her face.

Miyabi: So you are the younger brother of the esteemed Kazuha Aoi. You are quite handsome I must admit.

Miyabi turned to look at Satellizer, an annoyed glare at the blonde Pandora.

Miyabi: Beat it Second Year, I have business with Kaito.

Satellizer glared at Miyabi for a moment, but ultimately sighed before standing up and began walking away. Unknown to the group, Daigo and Kaho were watching from the roof of the part of the building that led back inside.

Kaho: Oh no, Miyabi-Senpai has her sights set on Kaito, he should've found a different Pandora to be his partner.

Daigo: Usually I'd agree with you, but if anyone can resist the Limiter Glutton, it's Kaito. I know he won't fall to her of all people.

Kaho looked at Daigo in surprise, amazed at the level of faith the second year had in the transfer student. Kaito followed after Miyabi, not interested in what the third year had to say in the slightest. However before he could leave, Miyabi grabbed him by his right arm.

Miyabi: Now, now don't be so shy. I will happily give you my Baptism. There is no need to follow that prude.

Kaito looked at Miyabi for a moment, studying her before pulling his arm from her grip calmly, his face as stoic as ever.

Kaito: I have no interest in becoming the Limiter of a Pandora that lacks any form of drive whatsoever.

Miyabi, her Limiters, Satellizer, and Kaho all froze in disbelief at Kaito's words while Daigo did his best not to burst into a fit of laughter.

Miyabi: What did you just say......?

Miyabi's expression quickly turning stern as Kaito glanced at her over his shoulder at the third year, completely disinterested.

Kaito: Those protrusions on the side of your head are referred to as ears, they allow you to hear. Please use them moving forward to avoid further misunderstandings.

Once again everyone was completely stunned as Kaito not only had no hesitation in talking back to the Third Year, but insulted her to her face as well. A vein popped on Miyabi's forehead as she glared at Kaito, this disrespect would not go unpunished. Six daggers appeared in the air around Miyabi as she took a step towards Kaito.

Miyabi: You should know your place transfer student!

Miyabi grabbed one of her Homing Daggers before swinging it at Kaito's back, only for it to be blocked by Nova Blood. Satellizer stood guard in front of Kaito, a dangerous expression on her face.

Satellizer: He said he wasn't interested, let him walk away Miyabi-Senpai.

Miyabi: You dare defy your superior Untouchable Queen? Here I thought you had some sense in that head of yours.

Satellizer deflected Miyabi's Homing Dagger before pointing Nova Blood at her. Making it clear to the Third Year Pandora she had no intentions of backing down. Kaho and Daigo watched this unfold in disbelief.

Kaho: Why would the Untouchable Queen protect Kaito?

Daigo: Like I said earlier, Kaito sees something in her that we all fail to see.

Kaho was stunned, but ultimately decided to watch how this would play out. Satellizer and Miyabi stared each other down, both of them tightly clutching their Volt Weapons, ready to fight.

Miyabi: You do understand the repercussions for defying a Third Year don't you Untouchable Queen?

Satellizer: You have to defeat me before you can make any form of threat......

Miyabi grit her teeth before she and Satellizer both lunged at one another. Miyabi swung her Homing Dagger while Satellizer swung Nova Blood, the blades collided, sparks flying off the weapons as Miyabi raised her free hand. The other five Homing Daggers flew at Satellizer, who quickly deflected the blade of Miyabi's weapon before rolling across the ground to the right. The five Homing Daggers flew over the blonde Pandora before she stood back up and readied Nova Blood once again. Miyabi leaped into the air and swung her Homing Dagger at the blonde Pandora. Satellizer swung Nova Blood horizontally in front of her, deflecting Miyabi's attack, sending g her flying backwards through the air. Miyabi landed feet first on the ground as she slid a few inches across it.

Miyabi: For a Second Year, you certainly have talent. However can you defend yourself against this?

Miyabi's body started to glow as she sunk down into a readied stance. Satellizer's eyes widened slightly in realization before her body started to glow slightly as well. Both Pandoras lunged at one another, moving at blinding speeds as their weapons collided, sparks flying off the blades as they both ran past one another. Kaho looked stunned while Daigo was confused.

Daigo: I know Pandoras are super human and all, but since when can they move that fast?

Kaho: It's a technique called Accel Turn, it was a technique created by Kazuha Aoi. It temporarily gives a Pandora a boost in speed, making it harder for a Nova to track them. However it's only taught to Third Years, I guess Satellizer really is on a whole other level.

Daigo looked at Kaho in mild surprise before turning his attention back towards the fight. Sterilizer and Miyabi clashed once more at high speed, their blades grinding against one another as they ran past, sparks flying everywhere. Satellizer turned around as Miyabi turned around as well, both of them charging at one another as their weapons collided once again, this time generating a small shockwave that shook the roof slightly. Both Pandoras then came to a complete stop on opposite ends of the roof as they once again turned to face one another.

Miyabi: So you've mastered Accel Turn? As expected of the Untouchable Queen. However can you keep up with me forever?

Miyabi got ready to charge at Satellizer as the blonde Pandora did the same. The two girls charged at each other at blinding speeds. Both of swung their weapons, the blades colliding as it generated a powerful shockwave.

Miyabi's three Limiters, Kaho, and Daigo all braced themselves as the shockwave violently shook the building. Kaito merely stood there watching the clash with his hands in his pockets.

Kaito's Thoughts: Miyabi's skills are not merely talent. It is evident she once trained to obtain this level of skill. However what made her stop?

As Kaito contemplated this question Satellizer and Miyabi stopped opposite from one another once again as the two Pandoras turned around to face one another.

Miyabi: Seems you still have fight in you, no matter I will sim-

Miyabi stopped as she felt something run down the right side of her face. The Third Year gently touched the spot and found a cut on her cheek left by Satellizer's sword. Miyabi grit her teeth as her face contorted into an expression of pure rage.

Miyabi: You filthy bitch! How dare you......

Miyabi snapped her fingers as her three Limiters smirked before raising their hands as a blue field of honeycombs spread across the rooftop. Satellizer found herself unable to move as Miyabi slowly walked towards her, a cruel smile on her face.

Miyabi: Once I'm done with you, you won't be known as the Untouchable Queen any longer.

Kaho and Daigo watched this unfold, grimaces on their faces.

Daigo: Talk about fighting dirty, she didn't stand a chance against Satellizer in a head to head fight so she resorts to using Freezing?

Kaho: That's why us Pandoras need Limiters Partners, without them we wouldn't stand a chance against the Novas. Unfortunately Satellizer is about to learn why you never defy the Third Years.

A look of worry spread across Daigo's face until he spotted Kaito out of the corner of his eye. The transfer student had raised his right arm above his head as he pointed to the sky above.

Daigo: I think Kaito is planning something.

Kaho: What could he possibly do? The Freezing Field will stop him dead in his tracks.

As Kaho said that a blue energy in the pattern of honeycombs spread across the ground, overpowering the Freezing Field as Miyabi and her Limiters found themselves unable to move. Miyabi, her Limiters, Kaho, Daigo, and Satellizer all looked at Kaito in complete shock.

Miyabi: H-How can you generate a Freezing Field? Much less one this powerful?! You haven't performed a Baptism yet!

Kaito: How? It's quite simple really.....

Kaito locked eyes with Miyabi as he continued to point towards the sky above, the sun shining down on him.

Kaito: I am the Chosen One who walks the Path of Heaven! To compare me to the average Limiter is equivalent to comparing a lightbulb to the sun! I do not require something as superfluous as a Baptism to create a Freezing Field.

Everyone stood there, completely stunned, this by all accounts should be completely impossible. Daigo however started laughing like mad.

Daigo: I guess he really is the Chosen One if he can pull something like this off!

Kaho: Daigo-Senpai now is not the time for jokes!

Satellizer however stood there looking at Kaito, his Freezing Field for whatever reason felt warm to her. Like the sun on a gentle summer day.

Kaito: Satellizer, focus, you still have a duel to win.

Satellizer nodded as she readied Nova Blood before lunging at Miyabi, who had no hope of dodging. Satellizer swung Nova Blood upwards vertically, slashing Miyabi across the torso, knocking the Third Year Pandora into the air. Satellizer twirled around and swung Nova Blood horizontally, slicing the airborne Miyabi across the abdomen. The Third Year Pandora was sent flying backwards before she roughly crashed back down onto the roof. Kaito disengaged his Freezing Field as Satellizer started to walk towards the downed Miyabi. However before she could get close, a hand was gently rested on her shoulder. Satellizer stiffened for a moment before turning to see it was Kaito, causing her to relax slightly.

Kaito: Satellizer, you've won, there's no need to continue.

Satellizer grit her teeth in frustration, part of her wanted to make Miyabi pay for what she intended to do to her. However the blonde Pandora ultimately let out a sigh before Nova Blood disappeared from her hand.

Satellizer: I suppose you are right, thank you for helping Kaito. Although it still should be impossible for you to generate a Feeezing Field without going through a Baptism first.

Satellizer thought she might be imagining it, but for the briefest of moments she thought she saw a small smirk spread across Kaito's face. Kaito then turned to face Miyabi, who looked at him in defeat.

Miyabi: You win, I won't pester you further.

Kaito: You clearly once took your training very seriously at one point if your skills are anything to go by. Why give up on improving yourself for your current lifestyle?

Miyabi looked at Kaito for a moment before she grit her teeth and glared at Kaito.

Miyabi: Why bother when no one will ever dethrone Chiffon Fairchild as number one? It's all pointless if you will never reach the top.

Kaito looked at Miyabi for a moment before looking up at the sky.

Kaito: Big Sister once said, an endeavor only becomes pointless when you give up on it. Therefore your goal wasn't pointless, your resolve was simply too fragile to handle it.

Miyabi's eyes widened as she was completely stunned by Kaito's words, not knowing how to respond. Kaito turned away from the Third Year student as he began walking towards the door to enter the school, Satellizer following him. However before they could reach the door, it burst open as Yu-Mi and Elize came out onto the roof.

Yu-Mi: What happened out here? Why was the building shaking?!

Elize: A student reported seeing multiple Freezing Fields being generated, did an unauthorized duel occur?

Kaito: Miyabi-Senpai attempted to force me to become her Limiter, Satellizer battled her to defend my right to refuse.

Yu-Mi and Elize both turn to look at Satellizer in surprise as the blonde Pandora blushed in embarrassment.

Yu-Mi: Okay, we'll let you two leave for the time being, however Miss L. Bridget we will still need to discuss you starting an unauthorized duel.

Satellizer: Understood Yu-Mi Sensei.

Yu-Mi looked at the blonde Pandora, surprised as she usually never got a response from her. Kaito and Satellizer both walked past Yu-Mi and Elize as they went to deal with Miyabi. However Kaito noticed something out of the corner of his eye, a girl watching him from the railing of another part of the roof.

Kaito reached into his pocket before pulling out a card that he swiftly tossed at the girl. The silver haired girl caught the card before looking it over.

Silver Haired Girl: What is your game transfer student?

The Silver-Haired girl got off the railing before she began making her way back inside the building. She had to be quick and inform the others, the transfer knew something about the strange attacks at the academy and he was gonna give them answers.

To start, sorry this took awhile to get out, I planned to get it out earlier, but I decided to take an impromptu break from writing for a few days. Then I decided to get the bio and prologue out for a Pokémon story I've wanted to do for a while now. Thank you all for being patient.

So Kaito has slowly started getting closer to Satellizer, however the Third Year, Miyabi approached Kaito with the intention of making him her Limiter. Now however it seems someone else has their sights set on Kaito and they want answers in regard to the strange attacks targeting West Genetics.
