     THIRD PERSON

"You know, you're quite interesting, Laker." Sam grinned and backed away from the Weavile, however, not before gripping the edge of the arrow pierced through his arm, and violently tugging it off. A string of muscle was shattered off the flesh and remained slit through the arrow's tip. A large amount of blood flushed through the Weavile's arm, replacing the once fresh liquids, which used to be drying from the snow. "You're the first person to somehow escape an execution...which is why I won't kill you..." Sam laughed maniacally out of the blue. "You've already caused Galant's death anyway!"

"Don't act like you didn't choose to kill Galant over me..." Laker hissed, causing Sam to shrug.

"He was going to break the glass anyway." Sam grinned. "And he found my secret entrance, he had to pay."

"W-What!?" Loki called at the top of her lungs. "There's no way!" The Zoroark shifted her direction to the secret entrance but hissed loudly as it seemed to shut on its own.

"Enough of you all entering my private things." Sam shrugged. "You all can leave now. Laker lives—not like he killed anyone anyways..."

"Wait just a minute. You're saying Laker is innocent? Then why would you try and execute him!?" Grace called, a prominent grimace tugging at her muzzle.

"Because I killed Leon, duh!" Sam rose a paw in the air. "He attacked me, so I showed his ass some power!"

The stagnating air was enough the Eevee to exhale loudly.

"You're...such a...bitch!" Grace loudly called, dashing at the Braixen at high speeds.

Sam rose her paw, a Gengar shifting into sight and swinging at the Eevee. Grace avoided the attack by leaping into the air and falling directly against Sam's neck. Her paws rose and three sets of claws unsheathed. With her voice strained, yet still screaming bloody murder, Grace sliced across the back of Sam's neck, causing the Braixen to flinch and jerk forward.

"Fuck, fuck!" Sam hissed in utter pain, her breathing labored. "Get me out of here!" She called to the Gengar, who seemed to leap forward and clutch her. It wasn't long before Sam and the Gengar disappeared.

"Grace, what was that for?" Alice rushed over to the Eevee—who gracefully landed on the hardwood floor, blood still on her claws.

"She wanted to kill Laker for no reason. If she would have just played it off, Galant's death could have been avoided too..." Grace frowned and ran over near the elevator. "Come on! She's stunned fatally, it'll take weeks for her to recover from that."

"It will be impossible to leave." Kanom crossed his arms and walked near the Eevee, stepping onto the platform. It wasn't long before everyone else gathered inside the dark area.

"Why are you acting so negative?" Laker held his arm as the platform rose. "Do you have something you're not telling us?" The Weavile glared at the Toxicroak and suddenly hissed in pain.

"Put pressure on it." Rayne sternly commanded, her muzzle nearing the Weavile's arm and gently licking against the wound. "Sorry if it's awkward, but it works..." Rayne smiled softly—a sight surprising to everyone, and luckily enough, no one had the proper eyesight to see her expression.

"I-It's okay...keep going..." Laker huffed softly, his body shivering with pain. Rayne continued brushing her tongue gently along his arm until the platform took them to the top. It was dark out for some reason...

"Okay, now we need to find the exit." Sammy breathed, carefully gazing around until she gazed at the indentation in the wall. "Now we can go for the exit, Sam isn't here!" She pointed to the wall in the distance.

An alarm rang around the entire area.

"You're so...so," Sam announced through the intercom, her voice practically staggering as she was interrupted from a violent cough. "So...lucky I don't any...guards..."

"She ran out of guards?" Sherwood tilted his head. "That means..."

"However..." Sam hissed through the intercom. "I have a surprise..."

The sounds of a machine whirring occurred from the roof of the humongous container they were located in. From above, a purple gas streamed in through many pipes.

"That's poison gas, no doubt about it," Rayne called to everyone. "Everyone, we need to leave, now."

"No, I don't think so..." Kanom smirked widely, stepping forward in front of the entire crowd. "There are a few things you all need to know."

"Kanom, we don't have enough time for this. That gas can fill this entire area in ten minutes!" Sammy called, waving a paw around in distress.

"Laker is blackened," Kanom smirked widely and rose a claw to aim at the Weavile, who froze in fear, "believe it or not, he originally assisted Sam. He assisted Sam by gathering you all here—kidnapping you."

Sherwood seemed to be the one to believe that at the moment.

"That's why in my dream he..." Sherwood whispered.

"That's right, he's the bad guy," Kanom laughed lightly, "and are we going to take such a bad guy with us?"

"You act like you don't work for Sam too..." Laker hissed, stepping forward and aiming a claw at the Toxicroak. "You worked with me and gathered them here, you even kidnapped Sherwood's sister!"

"We did," Kanom smirked. "There's a 'we' in all the things we did."

     "Y-You guys...had to...fake this all?" Loki shuddered.

"No," Laker backed away from the crowd, "I began with my horrible intentions but...after realizing how horrible it is—"

"You should have realized it from the start." Rayne frowned. "You're no different than him."

"So what if he stays?" Sherwood's emotionless voice muttered. "He can die with Sam..."

"W-Wait, please...please...I've changed, I swear!" Laker cried out.

"I don't want to leave you either..." Rayne backed away and gazed up at the misty ceiling. "But it looks like I don't have much time to make a choice." Her gaze switched around before she ran forward, avoiding the Weavile and Toxicroak. "Let's go."

Everyone followed after the Manectric and finally reached near the wall...until...

"You'd think I'd just let you go?" Kanom scoffed, jumping in front of the whole crowd. Everyone was located in the same long hallway where Leon was murdered, except he seemed to be gone. No bloodstain was left unclean. "I got all day, I'm a poison type, I'll live the gas." He smirked.

"Out of the way, monster!" Sherwood hissed loudly and swung his talons at the Toxicroak.

Kanom evaded it, his webbed hand aiming at the Sceptile, firing a powerful Sludge Bomb. This attack knocked Sherwood a few feet away.

Loki was the next one to step in, and with ease, she avoided the Toxicroak's attack, lunging forward and tackling him down through the doorway. She tumbled down the stairs with Kanom in her grip. Once the two of them fell down into the isolated room, she tossed him away from her and rose to her feet.

"I'll show you not to fuck with me..." Loki breathed heavily. "Ever again..." The Zoroark's body gleamed a bright, distorted purple. As her arms rose into the air, the energy carried into one big sphere—which collected on her paws. She slammed the energy down with a large roar, the Night Daze grew in size. It wasn't long before it finally landed roughly on the Toxicroak. Kanom was sent blowing back into the wall, a loud groan of pain resonating from him.

Loki opened her eyes to a fully lit room. Everyone behind her seemed to group up and stare.

"I don't know what I did, but there's light in this room now..." Loki gazed at the crowd and then back to the large room. From here, they were able to see three doors—including the one to Sammy's room. However, the biggest door—which seemed to have the same caliber of security as a vault—was located to their left. Loki shifted her body and dashed forward near the vault, but froze in fear as a scream pierced everyone's ears.

"Don't move, or I'll fucking kill her!" Kanom panted. He had Alice pinned to the ground far away from the rest of the group, his large claw aimed at her neck.

"W-Wait..." Loki paused, causing the Pokemon following behind her to stop.

"Why do you have to make everything so difficult!?" Sherwood hissed loudly.

"Why can't you just leave us alone..." Grace hissed at him. It seemed like every time one of them would take a step, the Toxicroak's claw would get closer to the Ninetale's neck.

"Please...don't..." Alice whispered softly, attempting to breathe from the weight being put on her chest.

"What are you going to do now, huh!?" Kanom called at the sight of everyone freezing up. "I can last all night, I'll survive that fucking poison!"

     Kanom smirked widely. "Do something!"

     "Do something!"
