"We've been banned from Quidditch. Life ban." Fred sighed, following George into the common room after about fifteen minutes of being called into Umbridge's office. "What?!" Both Angelina and Tori lept upwards. Lee swore loudly, throwing his hands up into the air.

"I'm done. I'm absolutely done." Tori announced, pulling her wand out of her pocket and storming towards the back of the portrait. Fred swiftly plucked the wand out of her hand and held it over his head so she was unable to reach it.

"You already have one detention with Umbridge, I don't want you having another one. Besides, the only reason she banned both of us is that she can't tell us apart." Fred seemed to want to make that out like a joke, but it came out more like a sigh.

"This isn't fair! She can't keep getting away with this!" Tori balled her fist together, her nails digging into the palms of her hand.

"Tori, calm down—" George sighed, collapsing into the couch.

"No!" Tori shouted, causing George to look at her in shock. "I don't want to calm down! I want to be angry! We all should be angry! They never get a punishment! They always win! They get away, with every little thing! We are always the one to get the blame! To get the rust! To face the wrath! It's not fair!"

The room was quiet and Angelina, looking pale, announced she was headed to bed. "Maybe this will all be a bad dream." She mumbled, climbing the stairs.

"I'm going to go make sure she's okay," Alicia whispered, getting up a few minutes later and slowly climbing the stairs. Tori took Alicia's seat in a chair, staring into the fire.

"Tori..." Fred said slowly, taking a seat on one of the arms of the chair. He kissed the top of her head before wrapping his arm around her shoulder.

"This was supposed to be a fun year," Tori whispered sadly. Fred sighed. "I know. I know, love."

"Miss Silvers. Come in." Umbridge called on Tuesday night at seven o'clock. Tori opened the door to the sadly familiar pink walls. She took a seat at the desk, staring at the black quill seated so gently on the desktop.

"Do you know why you're here?" Umbridge asked making Tori want to roll her eyes. She refrained, replying calmly. "I got into an argument?"

"Crude language is the word I would use. But fortunately for you, that's not why you are here." Umbridge giggled. "You have seemed to forgotten something. Do you know what that is?"

Tori took at the Professor with plain boredom. "I'm afraid not, Professor." Umbridge giggled another giggle that made Tori want to vomit. "You've seemed to have forgotten where you belong. So you will be writing one simple phrase for me until it sticks? Silvers are Slytherins."

Tori stared at the Professor with shock written all over her face. She couldn't be serious. Umbridge smiled a cruel smile, "Is there something wrong? Or does the Gryffindor team need to lose a chaser too?"

Tori bit her cheek, wanting to scream something at her. Yes, there is something wrong! You're a lunatic! Instead, she shakily picked the quill up and slowly began to write.

Silvers are Slytherins.

It must have been at least an hour later she was dismissed. Tori fled out of Umbridge's office immediately. She didn't want Umbridge to see the satisfaction of seeing the tears in her eyes.

Tori leaned against an empty corridor, her body shaking with sobs. Her hand ached as the words Silvers are Slytherins engraved into her hand multiple times. How could someone be so cruel? Did Umbridge really have no heart at all?

Forcing herself upwards, Tori rushed towards the Gryffindor tower, mumbling the password and slowly going into the common room. It was nearly empty, just a few fifth years up late studying. Hermione sat in one of the chairs next to the stairwell, mumbling to herself.

"Hi, Tori." Hermione greeted looking up, her face fell immediately. "Have you been crying?" She asked. Tori was a little too quick to shake her hand. "It's nothing. I had detention with Umbridge. My hand just hurts. It's not a big deal. Goodnight."

"What did she make you write this time?" Hermione asked, setting her book down on the chair. "Nothing much," Tori answered quickly, trying to rush up the stairs, but Hermione caught her arm. "Tori!"

"Don't!" But it was too late. Hermione had already grabbed Tori's hand before dropping it in horror. "Tori. It's one thing making students write in their hands. It's another to make them write something like that!"

"It's not a big deal, Hermione," Tori said swiftly, pulling her hand away and trying to flee up the stairs again. But Hermione pulled her down.

"That is a big deal!" She was quickly shushed at by Tori, who didn't want the other kids to look over.

"How do you think Fred would react to this?" Hermione whispered as she furrowed her eyebrows. "He's not going to know." Tori hissed.

"Tori you have to tell him, or I will."

"Hermione, please. I can't tell Fred. He's already in enough trouble as it is." Tori pleaded. "Weren't you about to run down to Umbridge's office and hex her?" Hermione demanded, crossing her arms as Tori collapsed into the red chair in front of her. "I would have calmed down before I got there and head back. You know for a fact Fred wouldn't."

Hermione paused, staring at Tori. "As Prefect, it's my responsibility to take care of students." She said as if that was going to make Tori change her mind.

"As Prefect it's also your responsibility to make sure students don't get in trouble or expelled." Tori snapped, merely glancing at her hand. "Please, Hermione."

Hermione sighed, picking up her book, and heading up the stairs as Tori stared after her. Tori groaned, heading up the stairs shortly after to bandage up her hand.
