She just transferred from another school, and the teachers were a little shocked by how a faunus so unusual existed.

Her name was Chiaki, which meant "sparkling light." Everything about her was sparkling. From her chocolate brown eyes, to her outfit.

Even her light blue hair was sparkling. Her light blue tails swished out of her seat. Mr. Ozpin asked, "So, Chiaki. You do know that not everything is all sparkles, right?"

She nodded. "Yes, sir. I just like them. I won't let you down. I promise I'll be the best huntress you've ever met."

He smiled. "Alright. Now, Ms. Johnson. Will you please show Chiaki around?"

Ms. Johnson nodded. "Come, child."

Chiaki grabbed her things and followed her.

'I hope I become a good huntress,' Chiaki thought to herself.
