I cannot believe it took me three chapters to write about Hamilton...

If you don't know what Hamilton is. Look. It. Up. And. Become. Obsessed.

Anways, I went to it in Des Moines, Iowa in Late June. I went to it with my mom....and also my cousin and fellow Hamiltrash, Anna.

Alexander- At first I thought he wasn't gonna do so well. I was wrong. He had shorter hair than Lin in my opinion and had a man bun. He was a little bit shorter than the rest of the cast but did very well. He sang amazingly. He also signed my poster!

Burr- He was always one of my least favorite characters. This musical changed that. He sounded so awesome. Kinda like Leslie but deeper. And his acting skills were on point! I almost died when he came on stage for the first song.

Laurens-Philip- I watched an interview on him before the show and my first thought was that he wasn't good enough. Again I was horribly wrong. In Laurens Interlude I literally cried. And when Philip died? Same thing happened. I personally liked him the best while he was nine. Lol

Washington-I am still debating if we took a picture with him or Hamilton.. Either way he signed my poster. He was very sweet when I met him! His acting was so good throughout the play its just so hard to put it in words...

Hercules-Madison- He was the one of the three to sign my poster(something I will regret forever) He answered all our questions and accepted all our compliments. He was very funny during the show and I enjoyed watching him.

Lafayette-Jefferson- He was very tall. It was hilarious to watch the cabinet battles because of the size difference. His French accent was beautiful. I was impressed. He didn't have the hair.. but still looked great.

Samuel Seabury- I could not stop laughing during his song XD

King George- He was hysterical. Before the show he came and the speaker reminding to silence your phones. At the end of that he referred to Hamilton as his show. He would roll his r's and wait for the audience to laugh. He would make random appearances in the background. Overall an extremely talented actor.

Angelica-Seemed very confident in her role and I still believe she is the best sister. Hamilton should have gone for her :(

Eliza- She looked similar to Pippa and sang like her but higher. Her scream when Philip died was kinda underdramatic in my opinion but Burn made up for it. In It's Quiet Uptown she stood so perfectly still with a strait face. I was amazed for some reason I would have ended up bursting out in laughter.

Peggy-Maria- She had such beautiful poofy hair. And could easily move from sweet little innocent Peggy to ........Maria. She was wonderful for both parts and she made me not completely hate Maria. Now I can say her name without regretting it.

Ensemble- Very talented people. One girl in particular I loved. She had hair like Marylin Monroe (in my strange opinion) She had such great acting skills. I personally loved in Aaron Burr Sir when she was a waitress washing dishes and serving in the background. Such normal things like that I thought I would never see in a musical.

-Here's a random thing at some point in NonStop after 'How to you write like your running out of time?' He was grabbing papers from people the first one he grabbed like it was nothing and the second one he slightly missed it his face was hilarious and it was so funny to see him stumble to grab it again.

In all, it was one of the best nights of my life and I was glad to share it with my wonderful cousin!

HAVE A WONDEROUS DAY!! And feel free to correct my grammical errors. Until next time BYEE
