Merida DunBroch

I walked to Hiccup's 'lab' which is set up in the Sheriff's office. He was working so hard.

"How ya doin?" I asked grabbing an apple from his desk and biting right into it.

"This is difficult. I'm an engineer not a scientist." Hiccup said.

He has dark circles under his eyes. He hasn't been sleeping.

"Don't you think it's quite miraculous that Elinor hasn't turned into one of the yet." Hiccup wondered.

"I guess god is givin meh more time to say my goodbyes to mum." I say sadly. "Anyway, I'll bring the visitors over tah you. Since ya workin ya arse off 'ere."

"Visitors?!" Hiccup exclaimed.

I walked to Jack and Elsa. They were peering over my mother. My mother is resting on bed. Her skin has already gone paler. I sigh.

"Jack. Elsa. Follow me." I told them and I led them to the lab.

"Sorry guys, I would've cleaned up if Merida had told me we were going to have visitors. I'm Hiccup, who do I have the pleasure to meet?" Hiccup held out his hand to Elsa.

"I'm Elsa." Elsa shook Hiccup's hand.

Jack held out his hand "Jack." When Hiccup shook his hand Jack gave him a weird look.

"Tell me your story Hiccup." Elsa said.

"I had a happy family. My mother went missing. My father I believe is in the colony. My girlfriend Astrid is now a corpse (not living). And my best puppy pal Toothless is in the colony. I was on my way trying to find the colony but Merida stopped me in my tracks. She stole all my research and equipment. I chased after her and we became great friends. Once her mother caught Frost Bite I could never leave her side." Hiccup put his hair behind his ear. I was blushing.

"What an adorable love story." Elsa smiled warmly.

"Love story?!" I exclaimed "Nup. I don't like him that way. Even ask him."

"It is true." Hiccup chuckled. "But I can't say the same about you."

I ignored him.

"So Elsa ... Please tell him the truth about Jack." I looked over to Elsa.

"Do not freak out ..." Elsa warned him. Hiccup just nodded. Elsa motioned Jack to speak.

"I am a corpse with a beating heart. I am curing myself." Jack spoke.

Hiccup laughed, "He's not a corpse."

"Hiccup." Elsa called him, "Wanna hear my story?" Hiccup smiled and signalled her with his hands telling her to go on.

"I was with a group of volunteers of my age. Our mission was to collect pharmacuetical salvage for the colony. But we were interrupted by corpses who crashed through. Jack the corpse saved me and guided me back home to keep me safe. I was scared of him now I gained his trust. His personality was developing into his human life's one and he still is now. In return of saving my life I would discover his past life. The residue of his memories have led us here." Elsa looked at Jack and smiled warmly. Jack did the same.

Hiccup was shocked.

"This can help Elinor!" Hiccup yelled excitedly. "We need to do a crash course into exploring more about Jack."
