..When will it all end..?

If you can try, find out the meaning of all the scars and red tears or anything else. If you don't want to, here's the meaning:

Red tears - tears of pain and sadness (the remaining blue tears in the background and face are tears of happiness that almost never came)
Scars - all the bad things that I've done and bad things they've said to me, that still haunt me...
Blood - my recent mistakes, sadness and regret that eventually will become new scars

Hopes and happiness are out of the circle, because I don't have any right now...
