I Lucifer welcome you to this Au that's based on chess and that YOU , yes YOU , can use (as long as you credit me-) 

This AU can be used with your OCs, but there are two sides. A black team and a white team. There are different chessman that your ocs can be. There is/are : 1 king, 1 queen, 2 rooks, 2 bishops, 2 knights, 8 pawns. 

The King in chess moves exactly one vacant square in any direction: forwards, backwards, left, right, or diagonally; however, it cannot move to a square that is under attack by an opponent, nor can a player make a move with another piece if it will leave the king in check. It also has a special move called castling, in which the king moves two squares towards one of its own rooks and in the same move, the rook jumps over the king to land on the square on the king's other side. Castling may only be performed if the king and rook involved have never previously been moved in the game, if the king is not in check, if the king would not travel through or into check, and if there are no pieces between the rook and the king.

The King in this AU is in charge of the kingdom (no shit-) and in the white kingdom , called the Sun Kingdom , is mostly known for strength and persistence. Whereas the black kingdom, Moon Kingdom, are known for magic and chaos.

The King is also in charge of the army and can be any gender. 

The Queen in chess moves any number of vacant squares in any direction: forwards, backwards, left, right, or diagonally, in a straight line.

The Queen in this AU checks and balance for the King's decisions, and can be either gender. The Queen doesn't have to be romantically interested in the King. There can only be one queen. The Queen in the Moon kingdom holds a object (will be explained down below) 

The Rooks in chess moves any number of vacant squares forwards, backwards, left, or right in a straight line. It also takes part, along with the king, in a special move called castling. 

The Rook in this world is the stronghold that protects everyone. They're basically the scouts and are in charge of building the castle, or protecting it. 

The Bishop in chess moves any number of vacant squares diagonally in a straight line. Consequently, a bishop stays on squares of the same color throughout a game. The two bishops each player starts with move on squares of opposite colors.

The Bishop is in charge of healing the troops and acting like a clerk. Depending on the kingdom, their views are different. In the Sun Kingdom, they're views are that God will heal them , whereas The Moon Kingdom uses magic to heal their armies. 

The Knight in chess moves on an extended diagonal from one corner of any 2×3 rectangle of squares to the furthest opposite corner. Consequently, the knight alternates its square color each time it moves. Other than the castling move described above where the rook jumps over the king, the knight is the only piece permitted to routinely jump over any intervening piece(s) when moving.

The Knight is in charge of leading the armies into battle and training their troops. They're basically generals and they listen to whatever the King says. No. Matter. What. 

Pawns in chess moves forward exactly one square, or optionally, two squares when on its starting square, toward the opponent's side of the board. When there is an enemy piece one square diagonally ahead of a pawn, either left or right, then the pawn may capture that piece.

Pawns  are peasants, workers or thieves that are trained by the knight. 

Moon Kingdom's magic rules 

The Moon kingdom needs the Queen to channel everyone's magic. If the Queen is captured, then the Moon Kingdom looses its magic.
