Today I tried a new technique to deal with my dad

Stonewalling him.

He started ragging on me and I didn't respond. I didn't even show that I realized he was there. 

So he talked trying to say things to inflame me into an argument but after 5 minutes realized that I gave 0 fucks for his bullshit and went on with his day.

I call this a successful experiment. 

And a victory for me.
