"You realized when you were too old its fake"

First off no it's not fake. There's a difference between not understanding your gender as a CHILD or even an adult to having your identity being fake.

When I was a child I could barely understand when I was happy or sad how was I supposed to understand disphoria? Was I supposed to have this magical ability to tell people what was going on when I didn't have the words? Was I supposed to have a complete understanding of who I am at age 12? That was the argument I heard that if it was real it would have happened at 12 the latest. Who th knows who they are at 12? I didn't. Why should other people fully know who they are?
