I'm baaaaaaaaaaaack.

For now, let's see how this goes.

EDIT 5/6/2023: And if you haven't noticed the new title yet, this book is no longer solely Genshin Impact Reactions. From now on, it's Genshin Impact/Honkai impact 3rd/Honkai Star Rail Reaction story.

Figure I just put the three together instead of their own separate books.

Introducing the cast from my Honkai Star Rail book.

This will be set before they go back to the Overworld because that's where I'm currently at until I can get my Trailblazer level up.

Also: Honkai Star Rail = HSR for characters that have a character in HI3.

I don't own the art. They belong to their respective creators.

Found on Pinterest.

Enjoy!

"You okay?"

Zero asked a badly beaten Aether lying on the ground.

"...Me...dic..."

Aether moaned.

Now, you might be wondering how Lumine could beat him to such a state?

...Never underestimate a pissed off sibling. Even though Aether had his powers, he paled in comparison to the power of an angry sister.

Poor guy...maybe.

"He's fine."

Lumine smiled with a strained look on her face.

"He's just thinking about his choices and past actions. Aren't you, brother?"

Aether just groaned.

"Riiiiight."

Zero just sighed.

"Anyways." He said. "I'm going to bring in a new group of people.

???

"Why?" Himeko asked. "Don't we got enough people here?"

She pointed to the theater.

"Well, yes." Zero admitted. "But these guys exist in a world parallel yet connected to your worlds."

"So, I decided to bring them here."

'Let's see the chaos that will happen.'

Zero thought to himself as he opened the portal.

"AHHHHHH!!!"

*BAM!!*

And brought in his new guests.

"We have been falling...for THIRTY MINUTES!"

A certain Ultimate Lifeform shouted.

???

"Who are these guys?" Kiana blinked. "They don't really look that familiar...!! WAIT!!"

She suddenly shouted as she stared at several familiar people, some older than those she knew.

"Auntie Himeko!?"

She shouted at a rather familiar red head.

(Himeko)

"AUNTIE!?"

HSR Himeko shouted out in shock and anger.

"I'm not that old!!"

"Easy, Himeko."

HSR Welt Yang calmed the infuriated woman.

(Welt Yang)

"Huh? This isn't the Astral Express."

(Pom Pom)

Pom Pom frowned.

"Did we land in a new world?!"

A pink haired girl shouted in excitement.

(March 7th)

"Calm yourself, March."

A calm composed figure spoke up.

"We need to figure out what happened and where we are."

"Ugh! Fine Dan!"

(Dan Heng)

March grumbled to herself.

"Where are we?"

An older Bronya spoke up.

"You got me."

An older Seele frowned,

Startling the Bronya and Seele from HI3.

"How intriguing."

Herta spoke up.

(Herta)

"What a strange place."

Asta spoke up.

(Asta)

"Never seen anything like it."

(Arlan)

Arlan spoke up.

"Mr. Svarog?"

A young girl asked.

(Clara)

"Where are we?"

"Insufficient data." Svarog said. "Unable to make a logical conclusion."

(Svarog)

"Hmph!" (M/N) scoffed as he patted away the imaginary dust on his shoulders. "Isn't it obvious? We're in another world."

"Really?"

Herta looked at him.

"What kind of world just rudely drags in here?"

"The alternate universe kind."

(M/N) crossed his arms.

Already used to universe traveling.

"Alternate universe?"

A male asked.

(Caelus)

"That sounds cool."

A female said.

(Stelle)

"Heh."

A certain lady voice chuckled.

"This is quite interesting."

!?

"Wah-you!?" March shouted at the two new guests. "Kafka and Silver Wolf of Stellaron Hunters!?"

(Kafka)

(Silver Wolf)

"Greetings, Trailblazers." Kafka smiled. "And we meet once again, Stelle, Caelus."

!?

"Kafka..."

The two looked at her.

"Has (M/N)..."

!?

'(M/N)!?'

The theater thought to themselves as they looked at the male.

Noticing certain features that the other (M/N)'s had, they could see the resemblance.

"...Been treating you two good?"

She asked, this time with a slight edge in her voice.

(Overprotective mama Kafka anyone?)

"Husband has been treating us well."

Stelle smiled as she cuddled closely with (M/N).

*SPIT!!*

'Husband!?'

The theater thought to themselves.

"Is that so?"

Kafka hummed.

"Yes." Caelus nodded as he too, hugged (M/N) affectionately. "Our husband has treated us kindly and sweetly."

!!!

"WHAT THE FUCK!!"

BOOOM!!

THAT finally got the new guests' attention as they turned around to see...

"HUH!?"

Many of them shouted.

"Who the!?" "What the!?" "This is weird." "Error! Does not compute!" "Umm..."

"Am I drunk on coffee, Welt?" HSR Himeko asked. "Cause I think I'm seeing double."

"If your drunk, then I must be drunk too." HSR Welt Yang blinked. "Cause I'm seeing double as well."

*Clap* *Clap*

"Glad to see you guys getting settled in nicely."

Zero amused voice got their attention.

"Who are you?"

Herta looked at him, imposingly.

To any other person, that would be intimidating. However, like the case with Theresa (HI3), it didn't even faze the God.

"Names Zero." The Bionicle God smiled. "And welcome to one of many of my theaters."

"...What?!"

They screamed.

-French Narrator: One Explanation Later-

(Also French Narrator: I don't get paid enough for this)

"I see."

Silver Wolf said, her mind blasted from sheer information overload. The best kind in her opinion.

"So, we're literally in another universe."

"That's right."

Ei nodded.

"You and several others are technically the equivalent of the Aeons."

Kafka took over.

"Hm-hmm!"

Nahida smiled.

"Some holding a higher title/station like our host here."

HSR Welt calmly stated as he pointed to Zero.

"Seems like everyone on the same page so far."

Zero mused.

"And that some of these people are us from another world, another life."

March understood.

"You got it."

Leo smiled.

"Question, though."

Dan Heng spoke up.

"Yeah?"

Ivan Ooze asked, drinking his drink.

"Stelle, Caelus, (M/N)." He turned to his companions. "How do you Kafka and Silver Wolf? She seems to know the Trailblazers quite well and you as well."

"..."

"We...can't remember."

Stelle and Caelus admitted.

"I don't know them at all." (M/N) deadpanned. "But we met when the Antimatter Legion attacked the space station."

???

Antimatter Legion?

"They seem to know me." (M/N) frowned. "Or the better thing to say is that their boss seems to somehow know me."

"...And that is a bad thing?"

Pom Pom asked.

"...I have not been really honest about myself." (M/N) admitted. "But you already knew that. After all, you've seen my power in combat and seen my capabilities that are beyond normal."

"The truth is...I too am from another universe."

"...WHAT!?"

They screamed, even the others in the theater screamed at that.

"Yes." (M/N) crossed his arms. "I'm not originally from our universe, I just live there now due to...extenuating circumstances."

"Interesting." Kafka mused. "I wonder if Elio knew that and why he chose you to accompany Stelle and Caelus on their journey."

"There is much about myself that you don't know about." (M/N) sighed, feeling tired. "But I get the feeling that you will know soon enough."

(Snicker)

Stelle and Caelus hugged him and (M/N) relaxed under their affections.

Slowly, but surely, he was beginning to get used to their (clinginess) warmth.

"...This is so weird."

Kiana blinked.

"Agreed."

Mei and Bronya sweatdrop.

This was different than when they saw Ignika and HOTV Kiana affections. Hell! Even Tiamat affections towards Ignika was different from Stelle and Caelus affections towards this version of (M/N)!

"So..." HSR Himeko simply stared at her counterpart in interest at how different they seem to be. "We're here to watch the multiverse concerning specific worlds."

"You got it."

Kunikuzushi nodded.

"Now then." Zero got their attention. "It's time."

???

"Time to see the outcome of this aftermath."

And so, the Stormterror threat was quelled.

People jumped at that.

"Isn't that Jean?"

Jean could be seen in her office, writing a letter to Grandmaster Varka. Updating him on the most current events.

"Ah." Varka realized. "This was when she sent me a letter letting me know of the aftermath."

I clarified the misunderstanding to the citizens of Mondstadt and let them know that they are safe. To them, it seems Stormterror attacked Mondstadt out of nowhere and then vanished just as quickly as he appeared. They must be finding the whole ordeal very confusing.

As she continued writing, her words seem to take a voice of their own and began narrating as the scene changed to outside her office.

At the statue of Barbatos, Venti could be seen sitting on the statue's hand. Enjoying the gentle breeze as Dvalin flew high over the city.

"How did no one see Venti sitting on the statue hands?"

Paimon blinked.

"They don't look up."

Griseo and Kosma simply said.

"Ah." She nodded. "Makes sense."

"Bunch of idiots."

HSR Seele grumbled.

The Mondstadters twitched at that.

While HI3 Bronya and Seele looked at the older Seele in surprise.

'Her attitude is different/So cool!'

Aether, Paimon, and (M/N) were walking around the city, marveling at how different Mondstadt was in comparison to their first visit.

"So..." (M/N) looked at his counterpart on the screen. "That's me in this world."

"...Who is he?" He said. "I can tell he's not normal like myself."

Diluc could be seen contemplating.

"..."

"What?"

HSR Himeko and Diluc asked.

"Are you related?"

Stelle asked.

"...Just because we look similar and have similar shades of red doesn't mean that we're related."

HSR Himeko deadpanned.

"Are you sure?" Caelus asked. "Maybe you're an ancestor of his in that world."

"I'M NOT OLD!!"

However, winds change their course. Someday, they will blow towards a brighter future."

Jean finished, sealing the letter and preparing to send it out.

Dvalin flying towards destinations unknown.

"A dragon!" March shouted out excitedly. "So cool! I want to ride one!"

"May whatever Aeon have mercy on that poor dragon."

Dan Heng said.

"They will not live to tell the tale after you capture them."

-The Next Day-

"Well, if it isn't our Honorary Knights!"

A familiar brown haired, amber eyed girl shouted. Greeting the traveling group of misfits as soon as she saw them.

"Hey, Amber!" Paimon waved to the Outrider.

"Glad to see you guys are okay."

"It wasn't too bad." Aether shook his head. "We were just duking it out with a dragon with anger issues, nothing to write to home about."

*PFT!!*

"Nothing to write home about!?"

March laughed.

"The Traveler is too modest, sometimes."

Lisa sighed.

Lumine just chuckled.

"You kidding me?" Amber looked at him like he was crazy. "You ended the Stormterror threat and brought back one of the Four Winds and you say it was nothing?"

"...Well..."

Lumine trailed off.

???

...Let's just say that Aether and Lumine have done more reckless feats in other worlds.

"...You really got to tell us sometime what you two got up to during your travels."

Amber grumbled.

Lumine sweatdropped.

"Yes, comrade!" Childe smiled. "You have to tell all the powerful warriors you have fought in other worlds!"

"...Is fighting the only thing you can think of?"

Sandrone sighed at their youngest bloodthirst.

"Aw, come on!" Childe smiled. "I live for the thrill of battle. Gets the blood pumping!"

"You and March will get along so well." Dan Heng shook his head. "You both share the same one brain cell."

"HEY!!"

March yelled at her friend.

The others quietly laughing at her.

"So, anyways!" Paimon quickly changed the subject. "Were you waiting for us?"

"Nope!" Amber said. "While I couldn't come with you to fight Dvalin, I still had my own duties to take care of."

"Oh, right."

Amber remembered.

Here, her expression darkened.

"Issues of the Hilichurl kind."

Here, many people expression darked at that.

That ominous tone got them a little nervous.

"...What happened?"

Aether asked cautiously.

"*Sigh* While you guys were dealing with Stormterror, the hilichurls suddenly began attacking the city. If it wasn't for the fact that I had been dealing with their camps, it could have been a lot worse."

"Thank you for that, Amber."

Jean graciously said.

"With how thin our ranks were spread, we would have probably been overwhelmed if you hadn't done that."

"All in a day's work, Jean!"

Amber saluted.

Varka quietly sighed.

Why did that have to happen when he leaves the city with his expedition?

...Oh. Right. It would have been more difficult if Mondstadt had all its knights when they tried making their move.

"Oh, yeah!" Paimon shouted. "Paimon remembers that when we first met, you mentioned something about clearing out one of their camps before."

"Exactly!" Amber said. "If it weren't for doing that, the situation could be a lot worse."

"Well, good thing we have you on the case." Aether said.

"Thanks." Amber said, before she realized something. "Hey, where is (M/N)?"

!?

"That...is weird."

Arlecchino stated.

"That man is always with them. For him to leave Aether and Paimon side must be serious."

Why did Signora get a bad feeling about this?

She suddenly realized that the older male was surprisingly absent. Which was weird, considering that he sometimes acted like the Traveler shadow.

"Fitting for a (M/N)." Silver Wolf smirked. "Right, Shadow?"

"I will not hesitate to Chaos Control you to a supernova."

(M/N) deadpanned.

???

Okaaay?

"What's that all about?"

Elysia blinked.

"You got me."

Aponia shrugged.

"He went off somewhere." Paimon explained, even she thought it was weird considering how protective he was of the two of them.

"More and more curious."

Kevin put a finger to his chin.

"It's not over yet." Aether suddenly quoted, startling the Outrider. "That's what he said before going off somewhere."

"Ah." Su realized. "The aftermath is when the climax really happens."

"Ain't that the truth?"

Lumine muttered to herself. Remembering what was going to happen.

After all the warnings they were told about the Fatui, she couldn't believe they let their guard down at a crucial moment!

Jean and Diluc also gritted their teeth at that.

They were too complacent and let their guards down after thinking that the Fatui were beaten in this round.

"Do you think it's related to the Fatui?" – Amber

"YES."

Many people said.

Given (M/N) hate towards the Fatui. It most likely involves them.

"Possibly, he once told me that the Fatui are relentless when they want something." Aether stated. "He must think that the Fatui aren't going to take this lying down and are going to try something."

"Can't believe we didn't realize that."

Diluc muttered darkly to himself.

"...Pleasant."

Amber groaned, why couldn't the Fatui just take a hike and go bother some other place really far, far away?

"Why does that feel like a reference to something?"

Columbina asked.

(Because they're a bunch of bitches)

You would think that they would, after (M/N) 'taught' them a lesson in humility that they were not untouchable like they think they are.

"Talk about stubborn."

HSR Bronya sighed.

"You're one to talk." HSR Seele snarked. "Considering you didn't want to believe that the Supreme Guardian most likely did not have her people best interest in heart."

...What was the story there? The hostilities were baffling.

"FYI." (M/N) deadpanned. "This is actually tame in comparison to before certain events happened. They were a lot more hostile with each other."

"...Something tells me I'm better off not knowing."

Kalpas simply said.

Which got some nods at that.

Cocolia had a feeling she had a counterpart there and she also was not a good person as well.

But they are nothing if not stubborn.

(Stupid is the word I choose to describe it)

"Any ideas on why the hilichurls went berserk though?" Aether asked.

Here Amber thought about it: "It's possible that the Abyss Order is behind it. We've seen reports of them communicating with the hilichurls out in the wild."

"And now knowing of their connection." A Sumeru scholar suddenly spoke up. "We know why and how they can command them."

"...Great." Aether sarcastically said.

Shaking her head, Amber quickly changed the subject.

"We shouldn't be talking about depressing things right now. I think now is the time to fulfill my promise of treating you guys to Mondstadt Sticky Honey Roast."

"Sticky Honey Roast!" Paimon shouted. "Paimon been waiting forever for it!"

"Glad I got the recipe to make it for this glutton."

Lumine shook her head fondly.

Paimon was to busy drooling to care.

"Heh." Amber chuckled. "You guys go on ahead, I still need to take care of some things here. I'll meet you at Good Hunter later."

"Okay." "See you then."

The two left, heading back into the city.

Along the way, they made short talk with the people of Mondstadt. Before finally arriving at Good Hunter.

...And ignoring a certain blue hair for some reason at first.

"Must you always do that?"

Eula asked.

"Yes."

Kaeya smiled.

"Greetings, may I take your order?" Sara asked.

"Oh?" The familiar voice of a certain Calvary Captain spoke up. "Why so cold? I thought our friendship was tight."

"For a Cryo wielder...you sure are extraordinarily warm."

"Are you sure you're not a PYRO user?"

Cyno spoke up.

"Huh?" Aether looked at him. "Did you say something?

"KAKASHI!!"

Might Guy voice suddenly shouted out of nowhere.

*SCREECH!!*

Terrifying the audience from that unexpected intrusion.

"My. My" Kaeya mock pout. "Seems our dear, innocent Honorary Knight combat skills aren't the only things that sharpened. You sharp tongue can inflict deeper wounds then any sword ever could."

"When dealing with you. We can't let our guard down."

Lumine grumbled.

She was still pissed about wasting her time with that fake quest! Even if it was to catch a criminal.

"Get to the point, you sweet talking captain." Paimon deadpanned, she wanted to eat for crying out loud!

"Paimon is getting sassy."

Kiana mused.

"That means she's almost ready to be cooked." Lumine smiled. "The spices are really rolling in."

"Wha-HEY!!"

Paimon shouted as everybody else laughed.

"Alright, all right." Kaeya raised his hands in surrender. "To be honest, I wasn't expecting to run into you here. I actually came here for a quiet place to collect my thoughts, before I made my report."

"Report?" Aether burrowed his eyebrows in confusion. "What do you mean?"

Kaeya face took a more serious expression, as he started talking.

"The Abyss Order." The Khaenrian started. "Don't you think it's odd that despite the hilichurl attacking, the Abyss own creatures were not present? Naturally, it's rather weird that they wouldn't be attacking, so I made the decision to watch and wait for any tall tell signs for them."

"So that's why you weren't on the frontlines!?"

Amber and several others shouted.

As they realized how he got the information.

"And lo and behold, while you guys and the Acting Grandmaster wage war with Stormterror the hilichurls attacked. And when they did, I was finally able to catch certain shadowy figures lurking inside the city itself."

!!!

"They were that close!?"

A Mondstadter shouted in shock.

Aether frowned at that; he knew that the city was understaffed with their knights. A fact that had (M/N) rather furious and unimpressed with Varka. The safety of his people should have been top priority, yet he leaves them with just a few measly knights. (M/N) wasn't sure if that was an oversight on the Grandmaster part, or if he was testing them to see if they can weather a storm such as this.

"I had full confidence in Jean and the remaining knights." Varka explained. "But even I could never have anticipated Dvalin attacking Mondstadt."

"But I was right to trust in Jean and the others. They prove that they were able to stand their grounds against a threat like Stormterror."

"It's all thanks to Jean guidance!"

Amber shouted out, her fellow knights nodding their heads in agreement.

Jean blushed at the praises.

"After a little bit, fraternizing shall we say."

"Why am I getting the feeling that he flirted with them?"

March groaned.

"Probable percentage." Svarog spoke up. "100%"

...It's saying when the newbie who barely knows you can read rather fast.

Several people looked at the robot with interest.

...And a desire to see his inner workings.

However...

*HUM*

"Try it..." (M/N) held up a bolt of Chaos energy. "And you won't live long enough to regret it."

They were stopped in their tracks by (M/N) and the others.

No one was crazy enough to try take them on right now! ...Well except for Childe, but he was more interested in what they were seeing at the moment.

"You flirted with them, didn't you?" Aether deadpanned.

"Yep." "No doubt!" "For sure." "Uh-huh."

Were just some of the agreements flying around.

Kaeya muttered and pouted at that.

"Haha, so funny." Kaeya pressed onwards. "The situation is this: they have a leader leading them."

"Aether..."

Lumine growled as she glared at her brother.

(I really hope Hoyoverse elaborates more on why the Abyss Sibling turned...and not leave us at a cliffhanger like they did in the previous Dainsleif interlude.)

!?

"A leader?" Paimon asked.

"Yes." Kaeya confirmed "And it was this same leader that tried to turn Dvalin into their weapon of war."

"Who is this leader?"

Aether frowned.

"Unfortunately, I could not get much out of them on that subject." Kaeya shook his head in frustration. "They simply to her as "The Princess."

"Knew it." Lumine deadpanned. "If Aether the Prince, I would be the Princess."

"...How desperate are they to want you guys as their Prince/Princess??"

Mobius blinked.

"Probably very desperate."

Aether twitched.

"Princess..."

Aether frown got deeper, why did that make him feel uneasy?

"Because of who the princess is."

Yae Sakura simply said.

"Well, enough of that." Kaeya said. "I do believe that I spy a little Miss Amber heading our way...and I do believe she's still mad at me for my absence with defending Mondstadt."

"I think you like me yelling at you."

Amber deadpanned.

"Why else would you just run away the moment I come into view."

"Why, Amber!" Kaeya had a look of mock hurt on his face, hand to his heart. "I'm hurt that you think I would enjoy watching you turn red from yelling at me."

"...He enjoys making her mad, doesn't he?"

HSR Welt Yang deadpanned.

"That seems to be the general consensus."

Welt nodded at his counterpart.

"...You could just tell her what you were doing, you know." Aether deadpanned.

"Now, where would the fun be in that?"

Kaeya coyly said as he slinked off to nowhere.

"Gah! Right when I spotted him, he slips through the cracks!" Amber growled, annoyed at the Khaenrian sneakiness. "Obvious signs of a guilty conscious..."

"Actually, he does more then what you might think he does." Aether cheerfully said, amused at the annoyed expression on Amber face.

"And he finds it amusing."

Amber grumbled.

"I blame (M/N) for this."

(M/N) snickered.

What? Not his fault his counterpart is good at riling them up.

Herta sighed.

'Seems like no matter the universe, (M/N) is always going to be a pain in the ass.'

"Really? Ah whatever, I'll get the answers eventually even if I have to wring his neck for them." Amber grumbled. "Anyways, let's eat!"

With that, the trio sat down and ate, casually conversing throughout the meal.

"Ahh!" Paimon shouted in content. "That was a good meal."

"So, what are your plans now?" Amber asked.

"It's time we moved onto a new nation." Aether decided. "We tried as much as we could, but unfortunately there are no leads to be found in Mondstadt about my sister."

"I see." Amber said, a little sad that her friends had to leave so soon. But she understood that their stay was temporary anyways. "Hmm, if memory serves me correctly then the next nation, you're going to hit is Liyue the Land of the Geo Archon. I wish you the best of luck on your journey and hope to see you guys in the future."

"Spoiler alert: The Geo Archon is even more useless than all of Mondstadt combined."

Ei smirked.

The people of Liyue gasped at the Electro Archon words.

GI Ei just stared in shock at her counterpart words.

"How dare you!?"

A Liyuean stood up.

"How dare you disrespect Rex Lapis like that!!"

"It's the truth."

Ei uncaringly said.

This got several more Liyueans up in arms.

Which Ei gave zero fucks about.

"That's a rather bold statement, Baal." Zhongli looked at her in surprise. "Why do you say that?"

"Simple." Ei said. "I can say for several reasons."

"1. I'm stronger than you."

*GASP!!*

"Having lived in this realm, I'm much older and much more experienced than you are." She explained.

"2. Because of the stupid stunt you are going to pull when they get there."

!!!

"That's right..."

Keqing said.

"You guys mentioned a storm earlier about when they arrive to Liyue."

"Are you telling us that Rex Lapis is involved in it?"

Xiao cautiously asked.

"You'll see."

"Don't worry, we will" Aether smiled.

"You can count on it!" Paimon shouted.

"Okay! I'll hold you to your promise." Amber said. "Oh! That reminds me, Jean said she's waiting for you at the Cathedral. Something to do with the Holy Lyre del Himmel."

"All right then." Aether nodded as he and Paimon left for the Cathedral.

When they got there, they saw Jean with a girl that looked similar to her with her hair wrapped up in pigtails, and Venti as well.

(Barbara 'Mondstadt Idol' and before I read her lore, I thought that she just idolized Jean. Not because they were sisters, and what happened with their parents that made their situation awkward. The reason why I thought that is simple: apparently there are people who look weirdly similar to others yet have no connection to them. And since I also don't really use her all too much.)

(Barbara with a gun)

!?

"Why does she have a gun!?"

Jean shouted out in horror.

"So, that when she finally snaps. She has the weapon ready."

Raph simply said.

"But why a gun?!"

"To mow down them motherfuckers."

"Oh, good you're here." Jean greeted them. "This is Barbara, she is the Deaconess of the Church. She is here to retrieve the Holy Lyre der Himmel."

"May the Anemo Archon protect you." Barbara greeted. "I know Acting Grand Master Jean has already said this, but I thank you on behalf of all Mondstadt for ending this threat before it became even worse. And for saving one of the Four Winds from a horrible fate of being a tool for the Abyss."

"It was nothing." Paimon said.

"Oh?" Barbara looked around. "I thought there was one more person here, but I don't see them."

"(M/N) had something he needed to deal with." Aether explained to the two. "He sends his greetings."

"Well, it thanks to you guys that we finally have the Fatui put in their place." Jean said with satisfaction. "With the Stormterror threat gone, they no longer have a leg to stand on."

"I wish."

Barbara tilted her head at her big sister's words. Curious and a little worried, but she simply let it go as it wasn't her place to judge.

"Anyways." Barbara continued. "I'm sorry for being pushy, but may I please have the Holy Lyre back so that we may return it to its resting place? The Seneschal has been pressing the subject for some time now, and we cannot ask you to be defending the Lyre forever."

"They can be so annoying."

Barbara grumbled.

*LE GASP*

"Ba-Barbara!?"

One of the sisters shouted out in shock.

"Oh, don't give me that look."

She stared at her.

"I was about ready to send THEM to the infirmary myself."

*GULP*

"Well, well." Rosaria smiled. "Never knew you could have a vicious side to you. The more you know."

"Oh!" Aether jumped, remembering the reason they were here. "Here you go."

Grabbing it from his inventory, he presented the revitalized Lyre to Barbara.

"Oh, my Barbatos!" Barbara gasped in shock, as she stared at the radiant glow the Lyre was now producing.

"Such a glorious blessing."

Aponia smiled as she clasped her hands in a prayer like stance.

'What in the Anemo Archon name were they doing to get it restored to its former state!?'

"Steal a dragon tears."

Barbara thought, if she hadn't seen and felt the Holy Lyre before. She would think this was some holy object of another god!

'Now, I really need to know what big sister and her friends were up to while they the Holy Lyre in their possession.'

"..ra...bara...Miss Barbara!"

Barbara jumped as Venti voice startled her.

Barbara blushed at the fact that her counterpart needed Lord Barbatos to snap her back into reality.

"Ah...ye-yes?"

She asked the bard.

"Are you okay, Miss?" Venti asked in slight concern.

Composing herself, she nodded. "Yes, everything is fine Miss. Bard. I apologize for my lack of composure, but I was just shocked at the Lyre currently state. I've never seen such a comforting glow before."

"Stupid Abyss Mage." Barbara grumbled.

They lost the chance to see the Holy Lyre in its restored state!

The Abyss Order shivered as Barbara grew a dark aura and glared at them.

"Truly, the Anemo Archon has blessed you with fortune."

"...Ehe."

Many people said at the irony of that line.

Despite her current mood, Barbara chuckled as well.

It's a good thing she was still mesmerized by the Lyre otherwise she would have seen the knowing looks on their faces and wonder what the inside joke was.

"Well," She stood up. "I must return this back now, before the Seneschal decides to come back annoying me about the Lyre, again. May we meet again."

"Why don't you just kill them?"

Caelus asked.

"Seems like an easier solution than having to deal with them."

"...Hmm."

...MEEP.

"Calculating." Svarog analyzed. "High probability of decreasing stress by taking that action.

Double MEEP!

She finished, as she headed back to the inner chambers with Jean following her to ensure no one tried to steal it while it was being returned.

Leaving the three by themselves.

"Well!" Venti said. "All well, that ends well wouldn't you say?"

"Yes!"

Clara smiled.

"Says you Tone deaf bard!" Paimon shouted. "It could have been a lot worse if (M/N) didn't block that attack from the abyss mage."

"Considering her near heart attack." Lumine deadpanned. "I believe it."

"Heheh..."

Barbara nervously chuckled.

"Let's not sweat the small details." Venti waved, before running off. "How about we head to the Tree?"

"Last one there is a rotten apple!"

"Wha-!? Tone deaf bard!" Paimon shouted as Venti was already gone.

"Gone just like the wind."

Wendy shook her head at her counterpart silliness.

Lumine and the others however...had grim looks on their faces.

After all, they knew what was happening next.

Outside the Cathedral, as Venti continued running two Fatui agents suddenly appeared behind her. Quickly jumping out to attack her, only for Aether to repel them back with the power of the winds.

"Cowards." Stelle gave the Fatui agents a look of disgust. "Are they that weak that they rely on using such cheap tactics to win?"

"Well at least Aether was there to get them to back off."

Dan Heng shook his head.

"Argh!" The two Fatui agents grunted growling as they suddenly disappeared into the ground.

"And there they go." March shook her head.

On edge, Aether and Venti stayed on the ground.

Snap!

"Who snapped!?"

Only to hear a snapping noise, which was then followed by a gust of ice. Freezing Paimon into a block of ice, freezing Venti legs to the ground, and causing Aether to fly a few feet back.

"Such power!"

Someone shouted.

"...MEH."

Only for (M/N) to wave it off.

"Seen better."

GAH!

Signora felt that.

"What was that!?" Aether asked in shock, as Venti attempted to break the ice to little avail.

Thump!

!!!

Aether suddenly hit the ground, as the two Fatui agents pushed him down.

"Well, I suppose I can give them one thing." TeriTeri grumbled. "They know how to work together."

Restraining him, as the mysterious figure that was the cause of the ice walked towards them.

Step, step.

"At long last, Mondstadt's rodent ruler in the flesh."

A rather, regal yet vain blonde-haired lady in red spoke.

(Number 8 of the 11 Fatui Harbingers. La Signora 'The Fair Lady' Real name: Rosalyne-Kruzchka Lohefalter...man that's a mouthful!)

"That really is a mouthful."

Lumine said as they saw La Signora real name.

"But she's anything but 'fair and a lady'."

She added.

"HEY!!"

Signora shouted as her fellow Harbingers laughed at her.

"Scurrying around your own city, looking for leftovers...for a god you have no shame nor pride." She said, approaching the trapped Venti grabbing her face in her hand and examining the Anemo Archon. "And Mondstadt calls this a god?"

"Well at least Venti isn't trying to make Mondstadt hated as the Cryo Archon apparently is trying to Snezhnaya hated."

Eden strummed her instrument.

Signora twitched, the Tsaritsa actually sweatdropped at that.

That...was not the intention she had when she sent the Harbingers out to collect the Gnoses.

"At least resident rodent...beats invasive vermin...Rosalyne." Venti mocked, only for Signora to slap her face in anger.

*GASP!!*

"HOW DARE YOU!!"

Barbara shouted as she and the rest of Mondstadt glared at her with hate.

"Signora." The Tsaritsa voice was as cold as her element. "I thought I told you to not let your personal grudges get in the way."

"..."

La Signora said nothing.

Considering that her Archon was not happy with her treatment of the Anemo Archon.

(Damn this woman is both edgy and has anger issues.)

"I am not edgy and I do not have anger issues!!"

"...Keep telling yourself that."

Himeko drank her alcohol.

"Don't you dare mention that name, you insolent bard."

"And I thought some of the Valkyries could be a bitch." Captain (HI3) shook his head. "You got them beat in that category."

"WHY YOU!!"

She growled, as Venti began chipping away at the ice with her power.

"How impotent you have become, absentee archon of Mondstadt."

"How pathetic you truly are."

Palpatine cackled.

"Excuse me!?"

Signora shouted, outraged at the old man mocking tone.

"He/she might be the weakest now (and that's truly debatable) but Venti is still an Archon. Do you actually think a pathetic child like YOU, could stand a chance?"

"The first three Harbingers for sure. But you? Number 8 of the 11 Harbingers? That's laughable."

"Why you!"

Signora got up.

"I'll teach you a lesson about respecting your betters!"

With that said, she charged at the Sith Master.

"..."

Who mere raised his hands.

*ZAP!!*

"AHHH!!!"

And blasted the foolish woman with Force Lightning fueled by the Dark Side of the Force.

"Foolish Harbinger." He spoke. "If only you understood the terrifying power of the Force."

Growling, Signora shakingly got up.

*BAM*

Before finding herself on her seat.

"Sit down, you will." Yoda calmly said, having been the one to sit her down. "Watch the show, you will. Bitch not, you will."

Signora mocked her former Archon.

"Your smile is out of place, Rosalyne." Venti taunted. "Did you steal that from your master face?"

"That smile looks like one of a person about to do unmentionable things to somebody."

Arlan observed.

That did it, Signora unleashed another flurry of ice at Venti before she lunged at the Anemo Archon.

"Should have held your tongue!"

She shouted, her hand digging into Venti chest.

"What are you doing!?"

Barbara and the other nuns shouted in shock.

Before pulling it out, revealing a small glowing object shaped like a queen piece in the Fair Lady hand.

"A Gnosis."

Dainsleif noted.

"Hmm, so this is a Gnosis? Wouldn't be caught dead wearing this thing in public."

"That's because you have appreciation or taste."

Asta deadpanned.

"I do too have taste!"

Signora shouted in protest.

She muttered in distaste.

"Beauty is a waste...when the beholder has no taste." Venti taunted, only Signora to violently kick her in the chest.

"Bitch!!"

Paimon shouted.

Sending the bard tumbling several feet away, completely still.

"Venti!" Aether shouted, struggling to escape the Fatui agents grasp.

'Have I become so weak, that I can't escape from a couple of pests grasp?' Aether thought to himself. He knew that his powers had severely dropped thanks to the Unknown God, but he never thought it would be this bad!

"That was an irritating wake up call." Lumine snarled. Hating how that battle went. "Couldn't even get away from two insignificant small fries."

Said small fries twitched at that.

But refrained from saying something.

...What?

They just saw her brutally clobber her brother! They like living thank you very much!

"Well, we have what we came here for." Signora stated. "Come. Before our dear Favonian friends arrive. Leave nothing for them to find."

"Here it comes."

Mikey smiled.

???

With that said, one of the Fatui raised a hand to strike Aether unconscious.

Rrriiippppp!

!!!

"What!?"

Only for an unpleasant sound to interrupt him, followed by Signora gasp of shock.

Looking up, Aether saw

(Signora = God Serena, Us = Acnologia)

"OH, MY GOD!"

That (M/N) had ripped and teared a large chunk of Signora side, causing the Fair Lady to fall to the ground in shock.

*Bleargh!!*

Some people got sick at seeing Signora internal guts spilling out. And vomited into the conveniently placed trashcans next to them.

"Such brutality!"

Pierro eyes widened in shock.

"Talk about dangerous."

Pantalone nervously sweatdropped.

"I can see why her Excellency wants him."

"My side!" Signora eye widened in horror. "He tore my fucking side out!"

She looked at her own side as she counted her blessings that she never encountered him in their world.

"He's a monster!"

"Well...you're not far off." Zero mused. "He doesn't consider himself a good person as you all know."

"Monster." "Demon"

"What is he!?"

Columbina eyes opened in shock.

"How could he possess such ruthless efficiency to take Signora down so easily?!"

"I don't know." Arlecchino shuddered. "He's beyond anything we know."

GI Scaramouche shook violently at that.

Wondering if perhaps that was how he was left when he fought him.

"He defeated her with one blow."

II Capitano observed.

"Seems like (M/N) is a bigger monster than we initially thought."

Pulcinella narrowed his eyes.

The Fatui shook in fear and terror.

Seems like the Harbingers weren't really as invincible as they believed.

Clink!

The Gnosis rolled to (M/N) feet, where he quickly picked it up and put it away.

"I knew you worms weren't going to just give that quickly."

"He's the only smart one of the group."

HSR Himeko sighed.

The others twitched, but couldn't say that they didn't deserve that. After all, they should have realized it would be too easy for the Fatui to give up.

"Now that I'm thinking about it." Eula suddenly realized something. "Where were you, Otto?"

She turned to the guard who generally watches the Cathedral doors.

"If my memory is right." GI Otto furrowed his eyebrows in concentration. "I was actually on my break at the time and didn't know."

"Damn it!"

He swore.

"The one time I needed to be there, I wasn't!"

"You shouldn't blame yourself."

Arlan said.

"If you were there, you could have been 'taken care of' in order to remove any possible witnesses."

(M/N) coldly glared at the now shaking Fatui. Who wouldn't after (M/N) take down the 8th Harbinger without warning.

"I'll say."

HSR Seele shook her head. Terrified at (M/N) counterpart ruthless attack.

Extremely grateful that their (M/N) resisted the urge to do that himself.

Before the Cicin Mages could attack.

"Time for...Retribution!"

!?

"Diluc is here?!"

They were suddenly consumed by fire, the Cicin Mages screaming in pain as they disintegrated into nothing.

"Ohh..." Kaeya winced. "They're going to be feeling that in the afterlife."

Taking advantage of their distraction, Aether blasts a hole through the Fatui agents guts with a powerful strike. Killing them instantly.

"Ooh." Kaeya winced and shuddered. "He's definitely taking a page out of (M/N) book."

"Damn." Lumine pouted. "Wish I had thought of that."

"D-Damn you..."

Signora growled in anger, as she clenched her slowly regenerating wound in pain.

"Regeneration? What a pain."

Diluc growled, as he slammed his claymore into the ground.

"Immortality actually."

(M/N) corrected as he turned to look at her.

!?

"How does he know that!?"

Signora looked at the screen in shock.

"Looks like we've found justifiable cause to kick your sorry asses out of Mondstadt."

(M/N) smirked at Signora pitiful state.

"You think you can get away with attacking the Fatui?" Signora growled. "The other Harbingers will make you pay dearly for this transgression!"

"Doubt."

Kevin said.

"Major doubt."

HSR Bronya sighed.

"Agreed."

Mei nodded. As did the others.

The Fatui bristled at the casual dismissal but had to admit that they might have a point.

Considering how easily he took Signora and the Balladeer down!!

"The Balladeer failed to capture to me and nearly paid dearly for it with his life." (M/N) coolly stated, shocking Signora as her visible eye widened.

"If you think I will tremble at the thought of mere mortals coming after me...YOU'RE DREAMING."

"Hmm..." Albedo mused. "So we got more confirmation that he isn't an immortal human."

"But what does that make him?"

"If not human. Then possibly divine or man-made."

GI Nahida tilted her head.

"Possible."

Folcolars nodded.

"The Balladeer...WAIT" Signora eye widened even further as she suddenly realized who this person was. "You're the one Her Majesty has been trying to recruit!"

"And failing...drastically."

The Tsaritsa twitched at that.

(I wonder when they will finally release artwork for her. I'm quite curious to see her appearance.)

"Ding ding ding, we have a winner!" (M/N) sarcastically congratulated. "Now then, I hate to cut this short...but the calvary has arrived."

"I feel an insult there."

Kaeya groaned.

"What is going on here!?"

Jean shouted, sword in hand. With her were Kaeya, Lisa, Amber, and a couple of other people that they did not recognize.

Blinking as she stared at the scene before her.

"Nice of you to drop by." (M/N) greeted. "Our dear Fatuus friends have deigned to show their true colors."

"Thinking about it." Paimon suddenly realized. "How in Teyvat did you not hear what was happening?!"

(For real. How did they not hear?)

"Were the walls that thick to block out all that noise!?"

She asked Jean.

"Sorry." Jean apologized. "But we didn't know what was happening. And we didn't even hear anything."

"But..." Here, she trailed off. "Even if we did, we probably would have thought it would be Klee up to her usual antics."

"Jean!" Klee shouted in betrayal. "My bombs do NOT sound like that! They would never sound so sad and pathetic!"

...Child has what now?

Signora was in pain at the roast.

He ended, as he cast a seal on Signora trapping her in place. Rendering her unable to escape.

-Timeskip-

'Well, safe to say the Fatui have royally screwed up their relations with Mondstadt.'

"GOOD!!"

Many people yelled out.

While Snezhnayan merchants and businesses wilted at that. Who knows how this was going to affect their business in Mondstadt and the rest of the world.

Aether thought rather maliciously at the thought of the Fatui being unwelcomed in Mondstadt.

"After their attitude. I won't be crying for them."

After they arrested Signora, and their Chief Alchemist Albedo gave them a potion to tell them the truth an arrest warrant was put out for the Fatui residing in Mondstadt.

"FUCK!!"

Came the cursing of the most unexpected person in the room.

"Yo-Your Majesty?"

Dottore stared in shock at the Tsaritsa choice of words.

The Tsaritsa was biting her nail at the unexpected complication arising from this.

Especially since it could have far reaching problems in their own world!

Interestingly enough, (M/N) said that the Fatui agent in the Cathedral was okay and didn't need to be arrested.

"WHAT!?"

The nuns shouted out in shock,

Much to the Sisters unhappiness, but he didn't care about them so it mattered little.

"Lord Barbatos, WHY!?"

They wailed in despair.

Snezhnaya was quick to respond, surprisingly enough, their envoys demanding an explanation for the unjust arrest of their members and the Harbinger and demands for their immediate release.

Jean and her fellow representatives though were through playing around, especially after uncovering documents about what really happened with Ursa the Drake and what role the Fatui had played in that. Listing the long list of transgressions, including their most recent ones: Stealing the Holy Lyre del Himmler, and assaulting citizens/knights of Mondstadt, and attempting to steal the power of the Anemo Archon.

"I knew it."

Diluc growled as he glared at the Fatui.

"You really did have something to do with that incident."

"So?" Mikhail said. "It doesn't matter since we can get rid of the evidence when we get back!"

"Fool."

Shredder coldly said.

"Wahtwas that!?"

"I said fool, you fool." The Shredder coolly repeated. "This has just been revealed to everyone in the room. That is more than enough to shatter the trust and respect they have for you. Not to mention that you won't be swift enough to escape. Accept your fate."

"You-!"

*SMACK!*

"Enough!!"

His partner shouted at him.

Whatever hold they once had on Mondstadt, was virtually nothing. Now, it was their turn to be at the mercy of another nation.

"Ohhh, that is going to be enjoyable."

Diluc darkly said.

'Still though' Aether frowned, not really listening to all the politics going on. 'What was it that she was trying to steal from Venti?'

'She called it a Gnosis?'

"What is a Gnosis, though?"

Ayaka Kamisato asked.

Sigh

'The only way I will know, is talking to the source.'

Who just happened to be somewhere with (M/N).

"Oh, lala." Lisa giggled.

"LISA!!"

'I think I know where.'

"Where?"

Aether thought as he got up and started heading out.

"Huh? Traveler?" Paimon asked, noticing her companion leaving.

Floating after him, they stopped at an unseen area and activated the teleport waypoint.

"Huh." Caelus blinked. "You have those things too?"

"Yeah." Lumine nodded. "You guys too?"

"Yep." Stelle nodded her head. "Very useful."

Teleporting directly in front of Vennessa Tree.

"Ah! There you are!" Venti shouted. "Was wondering when you two would show up."

"About time." (M/N) spoke. "You two are slow."

"Screw you." – Aether

"...I'm going to look for the (M/N) in our world and learn the ways of the badass from him."

Lumine decided.

Aether meeped.

"Eh." – (M/N)

"So, I guess you guys have questions?"

Venti asked.

"First: Are you okay?"

Aether asked, concerned about his friend's state.

"Eh, I'll be fine." Venti said. "I'll admit it hurt, but nothing I can't handle."

"You were pretending to be hurt, weren't you?"

Tesla stared at the Anemo Archon.

"MAAAAAAYBE..."

Venti smiled.

"That's good." Aether sighed in relief. "What was that thing she was trying to steal from you? The Gnosis?"

"Ah, so you noticed huh?" Venti sighed. "This is top secret information only known to the gods, but you guys are trustworthy. I believe you were told that Visions are external magical foci that only a small percentage of people can ever attain? There's more to it than that, every person that attains a Vision is one who has not only been recognized by the Gods but have the potential to ascend to Celestia and attain godhood as well."

"Really?"

Lisa looked surprised at that information. As did her fellow Sumeru scholars. Then again, such information about the Gods would be extremely valuable. And provoke people to try to obtain Godhood themselves."

"We commonly refer such people as Allogenes."

"Never heard that word before."

Alhaitham said, looking extremely interested in the conversation.

While Azar and the other sages were in deep thought about that.

"Allogenes? Paimon never heard that word before."

Chuckling, Venti continued: "Because that's a secret we Archons are privy to. Now as for the Gnosis, unlike humans who rely on primitive tools like Visions."

"Visions are primitive?"

Kujou Sara looked surprised by that. As did others.

"But of course!" Venti smiled. "Gods don't rely on such mediocre devices like visions. We possess a power that only Gods can have."

"We Archons don't need that, instead we have an internal magical focus that resonates directly with Celestia itself."

"Fascinating."

Baizhu mused.

"That's what a Gnosis is."

"Then what is that?" Aether pointed to her hip. "A fake?"

"Yep!"

Venti answered the about to be asked question.

"Yep!" Venti happily confirmed. "It would look suspicious if I could use the winds and not have a Vision on me, so I just use this glowing glass ball as my 'Vision.'"

"True." Hu Tao nodded. "I did wonder about Zhongli 'vision'. Something about it seemed off."

"Probably because it's a fake."

(M/N) shrugged as he leaned back.

"Just like with Venti and no doubt with my other self."

???

"You believe it's a fake?"

Otto (HI3) asked.

"No doubt about it." (M/N) nodded. "Something tells me he doesn't require a vision to do the things he can do."

"What about the Cryo Archon, the Tsaritsa I believe (M/N) called her." Aether crossed his arms, unknowingly mimicking (M/N) own posture as he did so. "I remember him telling me about the Fatui, their Harbingers and the Harbingers authority, and the Tsaritsa concerning desire for power. But that's it, even he doesn't know exactly what she's after."

"The fact that he even knows anything tells me that he is definitely not normal."

The Tsaritsa admitted.

Just how much did he truly know of her plan?

"Ah yes, the Tsaritsa..." Venti trailed off, sadness in her eyes. "Unfortunately, whatever information I have is outdated by 500 years due to a certain catastrophe that happened."

"Oh..."

"Khaenri'ah." Aether guessed.

"Yep!"

Venti nodded.

"Exactly." She said, not surprised considering a certain somebody in their group was well aware of it.

"No surprise there."

Itto shook his head.

"Guy's a walking encyclopedia."

!!!

*CRACK!!*

So many turned their heads so fast that a loud cracking noise could be heard as they turned to Itto in shock.

"How in the Almighty Raiden Shogun name do you know such a big word!?"

Sara Kujou looked at him in shock.

"Screw you, Tengu!" Itto shouted. "I'm not stupid!"

"...DE-BAT-A-BLE"

Kuki deadpanned.

"Oh, come on guys!"

Not even his gang could look him in the eyes.

"After that, she changed. I guess she was sick, and tire of the senseless carnage waged upon that unfortunate nation and has most likely decided to rebel against the Divine."

"Rather stupid."

Pom Pom shook her head.

"Hey!"

"Which is probably in hindsight the epitome of foolishness."

"Oh, come on!"

(M/N) spoke up, having been quiet this far in the conversation.

"Because what if Celestia is aware of the Tsaritsa machinations and are already taking countermeasures if she successfully gains all 7 Gnoses?"

!?

"I...I didn't even think about that."

The Tsaritsa stared at the screen in shock.

She was so caught up in finally enacting her plan that she never took into account of the possibility of Celestia knowing of what she plans to do!

'Am I setting my plan into motion?' She thought to herself. 'Or am I possibly playing into their hands? Could they have a countermeasure in case one of us ever choose to do this?'

"Nothing goods comes out of stealing the powers of the Divine."

"That's for sure."

Some said.

That ominous warning dampened the mood a bit, until Venti decided to change the subject.

"You're leaving right? Well, I suppose your next stop would be Liyue."

Here, (M/N) slightly grimaced though everyone ignored it out of respect and continued on.

"He really doesn't want to go to Liyue." Shenhe observed. "But why? Bad memories perhaps?"

"It's possible." Ganyu nodded. "But we won't know until we see it."

"It just so happens that the Geo Archon, who administrates his entire region personally unlike me, is going to descend for this year's Rite of Descension. It's when he gives out his divine predictions for Liyue to thrive for the rest of the year."

"And then the lazy ones profit off of that."

Mace Windu inputted his opinion.

"Hey!"

Many Liyueans shouted in shock and outrage at that accusation!

How dare he!

"What?" He said. "The Force is simply telling me the translation of that."

"...We're not lazy."

Some of them said.

"And it just so happens, that it's going to start in a week."

"A WEEK!?"

"A WEEK!?" Paimon screamed. "We have to get going then! No time to lose!"

"Hold on a moment, Windborne Outlander."

"HMM?"

Venti interrupted.

"Hmm?" - Aether

"Traveler, as you set off on your journey once again, you must remember that the journey itself has meaning. The birds of Teyvat, the songs and the cities, the Tsaritsa, her Fatui and the monsters, your meeting with (M/N)... they all are part of your journey. The destination is not everything. So before you reach the end, keep your eyes open. Use the chance to take in the world around you."

"Everything happens for a reason."

Zero stated.

"Perhaps there is a reason why you are now trapped in that world."

"And it is up to me to find out the reason."

Lumine understood.

"Don't forget about Paimon!"

Paimon happily cheered.

Lumine just smiled and patted her head.

She strummed her Lyre as she finished her speech, opening her eyes.

"Any other questions you have for me?"

"Actually, Kaeya mentioned something of interest." Aether explained what Kaeya told him and Paimon.

"A Princess that leads the Abyss Order...and also the one who tried to corrupt Dvalin into serving them. But...as far as I'm aware I've never heard of a person like that leading the Abyss."

"Indeed." Zhongli frowned. "That's news to me as well."

"Interesting..." (M/N) said. "Either a new development, or they just chosen to reveal themselves now."

"Why though?"

Yomiya asked.

"That must mean..."

"The Abyss Order must be making their move now." Venti frowned. "But...who is this Princess that has somehow taken command of the entire Abyss Order?"

"Ah. Got it."

She said.

"But how did they take control of the entire Order?"

Here, many people turned to Dainsleif and Aether.

"...I'm sure the answers will reveal themselves in time."

Dainsleif merely offered.

"After all, we're still waiting on (M/N) big reveal, are we not?"

That got agreements and nods.

"Last question..." Aether said seriously. "The Gods themselves."

"I've already told you that Vision vielders are called allogenes that have the potential to ascend to Celestia. A Gnosis is a higher-order nexus of elemental manipulation and is emblematic of an archon's status as one of the Seven. But, as to who took your sister...that's a mystery that not even the winds can reveal."

"Who is she?"

Lumine wondered.

They knew she was most likely a counterpart to Kiana future self. But that was all they knew.

Zero chuckled.

(Let's just say I'm going to make the story a bit of a crossover now with Honkai Impact 3rd)

"But, in that sense I'm still not clear of suspicion either."

"Eh." Fu Hua shrugged. "Something tells me that we can trust you. You don't really scream 'sus' you baka vent."

"Eh?"

"It's okay, we've known you long enough to trust you."

Aether reassured her.

"Yeah!" Paimon agreed. "Besides, unless you had a 180 degree turn in your personality. Paimon doesn't think you'd be capable of doing such a horrible thing."

"...Funny you should mention that."

Venti looked to the side.

Remembering a dark time in his life. He might be the God of Freedom, but freedom comes at a price. And he had to kill to ensure that his people remained free.

Chuckling, Venti smiled.

"We should go."

(M/N) said, a small smile on his face.

"We've got a way to go before our journey is over."

"Right." "Yeah!"

The two agreed.

"Well then," Venti said. "Best be off to Liyue. If the descension ritual you fail to tally, then another year you must dally."

With that the trio started traveling in the direction of Liyue, leaving behind the Land of Freedom in the ever-widening distance.

Heading towards a land, where once again they are thrown headfirst into an unexpected situation.

"Thus closing the chapter of Mondstadt for now."

Alice smiled.

Omake:

In the prison cells of the Knights of Favonius headquarters.

"Oh?"

She rosed an eyebrow.

A bonus scene?

"Hey, Mikhail?"

Lyudmila smirked.

Finally! She finally had something to hang over his head!

"Hmm?"

"What was that you were always raving about? About the superiority of the Fatui and that we were untouchable and unstoppable? And that we can do whatever we want because we are the Fatui, and we can end everyone problems in the blink of an eye?"

"...Wow." Herta shook her head, appalled at the sheer arrogance she could feel in that sentence that the woman was repeating to the man. "Talk about arrogant and egocentric. You make those fogies in the Genius Society look pleasant."

...Genius Society?

"Well...what say you now, idiot?"

"Have you really been holding that in all this time, Lyudmila?" Mikhail asked. "How you really been feeling?"

"Oh, no!" Lyudmila sarcastically said. "It's not that I haven't tried expressing my concerns to you before. Only for you to wave them and talk about the superiority of the Fatui!"

...Yep, she was mad.

"*Grumble* Shut up, Lyudmila."

Mikhail growled at his partner mocking him for being overly egotistical and arrogant about the Fatui power.

"OHHHH, not this time." Lyudmila smirked. "Time for you to face your karma."

"LOL."

Xiao said.

Lyudmila pursed her lips and continued needling her idiot partner for his dumbass posturing.

"Oh, boy."

Kaveh sweatdropped.

"Lover's spat. Not pleasant to watch."

"LOVER'S WHAT!?"

The two shouted as they turned to him.

Lyudmila: "I would never be with this douchebag!"

Mikhail: "I would never date her!"

(Personally, in her opinion, Mikhail needed to be taken down a peg or two for his cockiness)

"It must have felt good for my other counterpart!"

Lyudmila stared maliciously at Mikhail.

"To finally see you get your comeuppance!"

"Oh, fuck you Lyudmila!"

"Alright." Zero paused the screen. "You guys can duke it elsewhere."

"For now, let's eat!"

Done!

Finally! I got this chapter out.

It took a lot longer than I intended to, but I have been focusing too much on my Multiverse book. I decided to take a short break from it and try to update my other books.

Especially, since I now have a Honkai Star Rail now up. If you haven't read it, then let me make someone clear. Male Reader in that book is bisexual and is in a relationship with Stelle and Caelus (The MCs of Star Rail).

Why? Because I decided to do something a little bit different this time.

Which is why they call their (M/N): husband, hubby, or any other term of endearment.

Hopefully I was able to make the reactions needed for this chapter.

Have a good day/night!
