In Inazuma, 60 years before the Titans' Awakening events, before she met Ei, Miko is spending time with her adoptive sister Ningguang when they were young.

Miko: Ningguang, What are you doing?
Ningguang: Oh nothing, I was watching the view of the city.

Then Miko has an idea.

Miko: How about we sing Mosura Lullaby.
Ningguang: Great Idea, but why do we want to sing?
Miko: Legends says that If any two females will sing a Lullaby it will awaken the Queen they will become her guardians, but it's just a Legend. Okay, let's sing together.
Ningguang: Sure.

Then they started to sing.

Miko & Ningguang (singing):

Then they stopped singing.

Miko: That was great.
Ningguang: It sure is.

Somewhere in Inazuma

In the Waterfalls When Mothra awoke as she hatches as a Larva Form. She found the imprinted on Miko and Ningguang as the Guardians.

(Flashback Ends)

Miko: I remembered.
Ningguang: Me too.

Zhongli came to check on them.

Zhongli: Everything Okay?
Ningguang: Yes, We're okay.

Then they felt a magic presence as the Lullaby playing in echo

Miko: What was that?
Ningguang: I don't know, but let's keep following it.

Then they followed the magic and then arrived at the waterfalls.

Miko: Why here?

Then they heard a screeching sound came from the waterfalls as Lullaby continues

Miko: Is that what I think it is?
Ningguang: I think it wants us to sing.
Miko: Okay, let's do it.

Then they started to sing a Lullaby

Then Mothra finally spread her wings with her Magic Much to its majestic and screech at them welcoming them.

Miko: It's beautiful.
Ningguang: It's her, Mothra, Queen of the Monsters.

Then they realized they vocalized their Mothra's Lullaby, they became their guardians

Miko: We are her Guardians.
Ningguang: I guess The Legends became Reality.
Zhongli: She's beautiful.
Miko: I know.

Miko and Ningguang became the Guardians of Mothra.
