After failing to kill Kingfish / retrieve the data cache, Ghost was imprisoned in a stronghold as Ultranationalist was planned. They received exact coordinates, it's time to go out.

[3 Days before Mission on Isolated]

Ghost, Adler, Price, and other UAC operators are in the war room.

Adler: Intel suggest the Ultranationalists are planning something big- really big. Our first priority is to retrieve the Data Cache Intel. But for you, Ghost... I have something else in mind. If the mission fails... I need you to make your way into their headquarters and transmit their coordinates. A squad will be waiting to extract you. Then we'll hit 'em where it hurts. We're counting on you, son. Godspeed.

["Mission Blackout"]

[Day 7 - 23:62:41]

[Lt. Simon "Ghost" Riley ]

[Task Force 141]

[Blackout]

Ghost is seen tied into a chair, with 2 Ultranationalist soldiers interrogating him.

Ultranationalist Soldier: What was your mission in Blackout?
Ghost: Like hell I am.

Then Ghost gets punched twice.

Ultranationalist Soldier: I'll ask you one more time. Where is Captain Price?
Ghost: I'll never talk.
Ultranationalist Soldier: I'm tired of this.

Another soldier uses the stock of his M4 to kick Ghost into the ground. Ghost coughs in blood.

Ultranationalist Soldier: Last chance before you meet your maker.

Price kicks the door and gets inside, killing the soldiers and saving Ghost. Lumine and her friends came

Price: You broken?
Ghost: No sir.
Price: Good. Chopper's leaving, let's move.
Ghost: Thanks.
Price: Right. Let's get you out of here.
Ghost: Okay.
Lumine: Come on, We have to go.
Price: Lieutenant in tow, moving to exfill.
Jean: Let's move out!
Gorou: This way!

Ghost and Price armed themselves, Ghost fired his ACR killing the hostiles, and Lumine and her friends fought against the hostiles

Price: Ghost, run! You trust me? Bail out, bail out!

Ghost jumps and gets into the chopper.

Ghost: Everyone, Into the chopper!

Lumine and her friends made it.

Price: Bloody hell that was a close one. Alright, Ghost. Objective's to reach Blackout's power system and send the Ultranationalists crawling back to their hole.

Ghost destroys the sentry.

Price: Bravo! Let's move on. Watch out! Follow the river bank to the right!
Kazuha: I see multiple targets on the water!
Price: Target on the water! Target on the bridge!

Ghost neutralized the enemy boats.

Price: Bit rusty are we? Get yourself warmed up.

Enemy fire its RPG at the chopper.

Price: RPG!

Ghost dodges it and destroys the delivery train.

Price: Target destroyed. Heading to the next. Down there! Enemy convoy!
Ghost: I see them!

Ghost destroys the convoy.

Price: Target destroyed. Heading to the next objective.

Ghost move to the next area.

Price: Helluva job! Head south, the transformer site is near the wind turbines.

An enemy helicopter is in sight. Ghost destroys the helicopter.

Price: The last group of transformers, blow 'em sky high!
Ghost: Copy that, Captain!

Ghost destroys the transformer site. Ghost realized that he forgot the Intel in Construction Site.

Price: Mission complete, prepare for exfill.
Ghost: Price, We're not leaving!
Price: What?!
Ghost: I got the location of the Intel on the Construction Site!
Adler: *comms* Ghost, this is Adler, Are you sure?
Ghost: Positive, sir! There might contain information about the operations playbook. Names, contacts, places, everything! I am not leaving without that intel!
Adler: *comms* Well, there's no arguing with it, but okay. Price, Bravo Team, the situation changed. Our new objective is to retrieve the Intel and exfill, over?
Price: Copy That, Ghost, lead the way!
Ghost: Okay!

Then they went to the Construction Site and landed the Helipad.

Lumine: Aether.

He looks at her.

Lumine: you might wanna need this.

She handed to him an M4 "Blackout" with OWC 4.4x Tactical Scope, Monolithic Suppressor, and OWC Tactical Laser.

Ghost: Thanks. Listen up, Data Cache Intel must be on the top floor. But watch yourself, Makarov's Men were patrolling around the building and guarding the intel. Let's move! Major, Gaz, you're with me!
Mokoto: Way ahead of you.
Gaz: Copy that.
Eula: Amber, Collei, and I will go this way.

Then they began to search for the intel, Ghost, Gaz, and Mokoto spotted the enemies.

Ghost: Contact!
Mokoto: Oh shit!
Ghost: Stay focused!

They shoot down the 2 Russian Mercs.

Gaz: This one's mine

He shot him with his Kilo 141 Silencer

Gaz: Easy Peasy.
Ghost: Keep moving. Go, go!

He spotted the Russians.

Ghost: Stand back!
Gaz: Target spotted, enemy shield turret!

The Russians fired the RPD and Shield Turret, Ghost prepared his grenade.

Ghost: Too Noisy! Cover me, Grenade out!

He throws his grenade and explodes killing them.

Ghost: Target Neutralized. Getting close, Don't stop, Almost done, Stay focused.

They found the data then he took it.

Ghost: I got the intel. Makarov will have nowhere to run.
Gaz: Solid Work.
Mokoto: Let's go.

Then they run back to the chopper

Ghost: All clear, We got the data, All squads regroup on me!

Then they regrouped.

Ei: Do you have the Intel?
Ghost: We got it, ma'am.
Ei: Okay, let's go.

Then they went to the chopper and took off.

Ghost: Adler, This is Ghost, We got the Intel, Do you copy?
Adler: *comms* Good job, Team. Bravo 6, exfill now! Head to the rendezvous point.

Then they left Blackout and arrived back at the base.

Miko: We're so glad that you were okay.
Ghost: Thank you, guys. But we must find Makarov before it gets worse.
Lumine: We will brother.
Ghost: Togusa, We got the intel.
Togusa: Good, because we're gonna need that for information.
Ghost: Okay.
Batou: Let's go find that kingfish.
Tachikoma: Yahoo!

They may have won this mission, but the warfare is far from over.
